I love the beef crunchy tacos, I tried some of the new items, but I didnt like the chicken enchilada burrito. Its a rice and enchilada sauce burrito with a tiny bit of chicken. The loaded nachos were pretty good for the price. The sauce Im not sure about, but I think I prefer nachos bell grande instead.

I was forced to use their dirty kiosk (the screen was covered in grease) to place my order. TB Management, My wife picked up our dinner at your League City, Texas location at 2660 E. League City pkwy (034701) on 12/03 at roughly 18:00 hours. The order consisted of two of your combo #1 (3 crunchy taco supremes) and one additional beef burrito supreme. This meal had to be pre-cooked for some time, something one should know is impossible with crunchy tacos. No sour cream and tomatoes and the entire bottoms of all 6 tacos were grease sogged and had to be eaten with a fork. When I opened the burrito to add sauce, the consistency was soupy with little to no beef and no refried beans, just soup. We will be fortunate if both of us don t get very ill from this visit. If senior management is requiring this type of preparation with terrible contents then shame on TB. This location needs to be investigated by region management impromptu to see what the hell is going on. As for the service, it is a joke too how ignorant and non chalant your hired help are at this location. Professional? Please, you have to care to be a professional. This supervisor or manager and the owner of this franchise needs to be warned and put on notice. Chick fil A uses the same youth and has very few issues.

We tried the vegan nacho cheese fries and cheese sauce. The fries were great, the cheese sauce was just like the regular sauce, tasted like canned cheese sauce. Between the 4 if us we couldnt tell the difference. Order fiesta burritos too, as usually this Taco Bell is cheap on their chips, guacamole,and sour cream compared to other locations. I even ordered an extra amount of the three. Three chip bits down at one end, less than a teaspoon of guacamole and sour cream ? It wasnt there. When we asked, the lady on the counter got mad and said it was there. Just skip this Taco Bell

If you want to make vegetarian/vegan customizations check your food before you leave. Almost every time I order at least 1 thing is incorrect and still contains meat. (I mobile order so I know it was typed in correctly) And today was the last straw, I waited for like 5+ minutes asked to make sure everything was correct and still was given the incorrect protein despite the black bean version being an on menu option! I very politely called the mgr when I got home to tell him my order was wrong. I assumed he would be working on making another wrap correctly. He was too busy trying to fix it in the computer for his inventory and kept arguing about the other item and not the one I ordered. Just got home with my food; Mexican pizza was completely inedible. It had the bitter taste of rancid grease. None of the sauces that I ordered at the kiosk were in the bag, no napkins. Since the employees have time to play grab@$$ with each other, you d think they d have time to make sure the supplies were in good condition. Nobody at the counter to take orders. I bought $40 worth of food, got like $15 in tacos and chalupas, the current staff refused to give me my food. I have to drive 2 times to get told i cant give you anything i ended up going to another restaurant to feed my kids. also to include there was no management staff on duty to take my grievance. Also i typically go inside to get my order taken, but i stood for 30mins with no service, there was also another patron who was there even longer. Dont always have all the options you want / remember. But its taco bell, you cant really complain. Theres always affordable options, I just wish the quesadillas were cheaper.

People who work here are rude. The MANAGER should teach them how to respect customers. Customers are always right. The bathroom is so dirty and not enough soap and toilet paper.

I live less than 5 minutes from this TB. By the time I got home all the food was soggy and the cheesy roll up I had ordered (add beef and tomatoes) wasnt even steamed to make it a melt. The taco Supreme that came with the meal didnt even have its tomatoes on it. Sloppy work all around.
