I just left this location. I ordered.a 4 peace chicken dinner. They gave me chicken fingers. I corrected the person.she wanted to charge me more for her mistske. I ask to speak with manage, was told no manager on duty. This is the second time this has happed to me st this location. I need t9 speak with upper management.

I went to get a few (4) bottles of Lotta Zing powder and a roll- got up to the window and they said the manager never orders the bottles, therefore I was unable to purchase, which if you cant do your job- QUIT! The rolls are a staple for Golden Chick- tell me why the roll was burnt and hard? If I have to wait 5 minutes, after already waiting in the long long for a fresh roll, you have a lazy staff! Time to rid of the managers and staff and start fresh.

don t come here. I got a 6 piece combo which costs $12.99 and added 3 extra tenders which costs a little over $5 and another small gravy which costs a less than dollar. The girl at the window said it was $31.30 or some exorbitant price like that. I asked her to check that and she insisted it was $31.30 but I did the math and my order should have been roughly $18 with the extra 3 tenders and 1 extra gravy. while at the window I asked her to walk me though how it came to be that much but she didn t explain. I ended up just getting the 6 piece with no extra tenders and no extra gravy. I even decided to make my exact order online to see if maybe she was right. She was not. And, she forgot to give me my drink.

These guys are always working very hard when I get food here, its the best catfish, chicken and Rolls and its the only Golden Chick in Denton..... So I expect it to be busy. Its always worth it and warms up great later if you cant eat all of it.

They never get the orders correct. This is my 3time coming to this location and they never get it right. I ordered this time the 6 piece wicked wings combo. I drove off and look at my meal I had to turn around because the gave me a 6pice sweet and sour wing. The last time I came I asked for baked chicken they gave me fried chicken.. So my guy ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was hard as a rock. When he took it to the counter the chick tells him all the buns are like that and she can only remake it with a roll instead. This is not the nicest or cleanest of golden chicken. Perhaps its the lighting and the layout. Anyway, it could be better, fresher. The rolls are always good and for that matter our family enjoys their chicken however theres been a time or 2 when you can tell it had been out for a minute cause it wasnt hot, go early or they may run out of wings. To be fair, Ive been to a 5star golden chick in Kerrville Texas, the whole experience was different. Happy eating, now Go get your grub on

There is just no way that every time I come here at least ONE item in my order is messed up, last time I got a 6Pc spicy tender, tenders weren t spicy, they were cold, & the other items were all cold, I came today & got a 4 PC tender with a spicy chicken sandwich, the sandwich wasn t spicy, the tenders and fries were cold for the 4 piece & the condiments weren t correct, LOCK in, y all know what y all doing at this location and y all need to stop, y all pick and choose who y all want to give good customer serve to and it shows. I hadnt been back to this place for a few months because I was tired of it never opening on time. Well, I decided to take a chance yesterday and arrived at 10:30am, which is the opening time posted on the door, and 20 minutes went by and it *still* wasnt open. The food was okay, buns were doughy, and the interaction with staff from behind the black window tint was almost zero. It felt like a drug buy. I was the only car in the line and it took about 10 minutes to recieve my order for only 2 people. I made the mistake of not checking my food before I got home and to my horror relieved 2 chicken sandwiches (I ordered 2 chicken meals not sandwiches) with cold fries on the sides. We took off the buns and tried to just eat the chicken and it was rock hard like it was really old and sitting under a heat lamp all day. There are so many chicken places available in denton. Sometimes the chicken is good sometimes its super salty. Sometimes they hear when i say no Ice in my drink, sometimes they dont. So/so customer service.
