We contacted Wendy in the morning and she met us at the house that afternoon. She showed us comps in the area and helped us decide on a listing price. We signed up and she had the pictures taken that made the house look great. We listed for more than expected. Within a week we had five contract offers. She helped us go thru the offers and we accepted the best for us. We actually got more than list price with favorable closing times. She set the closing and met us there to make sure everything went according to plan. We closed and got our money. Wendy showed a true interest in our relationship. She was not just out for her commission.
