The folks who work here are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, trained, and professional. It s always a great experience. As great of an experience as a returned Amazon purchase can be. :)

I ve been coming here for over a year and there is one particular agent who is very rude her name is Panda. There was a line and I watched her work, anytime she had a chance to give someone a hard time you can tell she enjoyed it, her demeanor and tone is not welcoming at all. There was tension in the store. That s how negative she was. She is not helpful and clearly hates her job. They used to always help with taping boxes but she wanted to charge, which I don t have a problem with but I asked her where s the sign that says we no longer help you tape boxes you have to buy a roll for 5.00?? if that was me I would gladly help the customer and let them know next time bring their own tape. I told her she was the rudest most unhelpful person here and she got all upset and said well you don t have to be here you can go to another store and then she followed me out the door to take a picture of my license plate. This girl clearly has a problem and she wants to make it look like the customers are the one starting things. Zero accountability. Horrible service. The manager needs to know about this incident but when I called the store, she answered. Panda if you hate your job that much, maybe you should find another one!

I arrived 1 hr before close, and I had a print/laminate job that would run long. The employees were very helpful and offered to stay over close time just to finish my job and also worked patiently with the long line of customers who showed up almost at close time. Thank you, Isabella and Mary.

This place is convenient for me. They do a lot of services. Their people welcomed me with a smile (at least) even if they were so busy sometimes. I would rather come to this store than a very convenient location up the road (no smiles, no scanner, just a drop off service). Plenty of parking in the front & 15 minutes parking is enough time to do business with them

I recently visited this UPS store and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by an employee named Brytin. After a less-than-satisfactory experience at another location, my decision to come to this store turned out to be a fantastic one. I came here on Saturday, dreading getting my toddler and this huge heavy air mattress to the UPS store to return. I in fact had been putting it off. I drove up and I parked in a 15 minute parking spot and there was a worker who was outside already helping another customer with something. I spoke to her and asked her if she would see if someone would help me get this box inside. Without missing a beat Mary ran around to my car door and helped me grab the box and said don t worry about it, you stay here and I will get your receipt! This was so helpful! A high quality employee for sure. - one thankful Mom!!

This UPS store (lady employee) wont print the Amazon return label I showed on my phone and demanded $5 for them to print if I emailed them . I had already paid $7 for the package return to Amazon . I drove 6 miles from Leander and this hurt my ego .

Super fast Amazon returns, even during the super busy after Christmas time. We had to return 3 items and had our QR codes ready to go, items not packaged, and had no issues. This is my go-to Amazon return place and my college care package mailing place. Im in and out in no time. Yes, its pricey, but not much different than USPS, with virtually no line and no waiting. Cant complain!

We had to return some Amazon packages today. There was one lady working , the line was stacked to the door. The sweet young lady was on top of her game! She was knowledgeable, fast, and all with a smile. I recommend giving her a raise or some sort of praise !

Shipped a package 2-day in September to Michigan. At no point did the employee inform me this was not guaranteed. Package took 4 days to arrive after going to California. Contacted UPS for refund. They said to contact store because I shipped through the UPS store. Emailed store and Kevin Allen, the owner, has not responded. Maybe he could train his employees to upsell and communicate appropriately. I understand that stuff happens but its pretty egregious for the package route to be so inefficient and UPS and this store take zero responsibility. I picked UPS intentionally because I thought I could trust them. Lesson learned; I recommend avoiding this location. I bet Kevin will be faster to respond to this critique than he was to an email request for dialogue. Is it so hard to be transparent and competent?

Based on some of the reviews, I was almost afraid to go this location. But when I entered, There was one customer at the counter and the employee was very polite to her. Then it was my turn and he (Julian) was sooooo nice and soooo helpful and (one more time) sooooo cheerful. The documents I was entrusting to UPS for overnight delivery are of the utmost importance. I will gladly return to this location on Parmer Lane. Thanks, Julian!!

Since the new owner took over, I do not like going here. I ve left the place 3 (out of five) times feeling mis treated as a customer. Todays trip ended with a clerk yelling instructions at me as I left the store, while 3 other customers were waiting for service. And I thought she was the nice one. Use to love the place and employees. Oh well. Hope your experience is better than mine.

I come to this location mostly for Amazon returns. The employees are always attentive and polite and always give me the receipt. Even when the line is long, the line moves fast. Ive been to other UPS stores and FedEx stores, but none of them are friendly like the people at this UPS store.

Customer services has plummeted at this location. They gave me someone elses package, then claimed I stole it when I tried to correct the issue. This was after providing my ID they allegedly validated against the item at initial pickup. Attempts to contact management were denied due to the claim they cant provide personal info. I even clarified I dont want there personal contact, but they continued to refuse. Specifically the employee Shaun is unqualified to work in a customer facing position as he claimed his coworker Julians egregious mistake was theft on my part. I am honestly baffled to be slandered by a businesss representative when addressing there mistake.

Today I stopped by this store needing help printing medical papers from my, My Chart app.on my iPhone. Javier was the most attentive person. He went above and beyond helping me figure this out. I like the convince of it being right in front of my apartment complex, however, just a quick feedback: on the computer for public use, it is rather slow to use - and it charges by the minute to use so be mindful of that....moreover, when using Internet Explorer the Microsoft Edge popped up prompting for an update, which slowed me down from what I was doing trying to exit out of that.....this almost seems like its done on purpose but it might be an oversight. The staff is friendly and helpful. Again, good location.

Nice and quick service. Always use this location and Tam is especially very nice. She does everything by the book, very professional and polite with a smile on her face. Very bad amazon return experience. Amazon told me not to pack and label the item, saying ups would do that. The staff in the store insisted I should buy a mail package in their store to put the item. Why? She said the item it is to small to put a label on it. So I paid 5 bucks for a free return amazon item. I will skip this store for future and use kohl s for amazon return.

Do not use!! Found out the hard way that this is not ups but a franchise of ups. What that means for you is that they are not liable for lost packages. They will tell you ups picked it up and it s not their fault. They won t refund your money or do the right thing by making another shipment for free. They will tell you that you have to call ups to make a claim and the number for ups won t allow you to speak with anyone. Go to fedex or another ups that isn t a franchise. I would have been better off going with usps even with dejoy running the show over there.

I called to let them know I was coming in from Leander due to their store closing earlier. Was told told not to worry they would be there. I will even stay late. I get to the door and the employee is closing down the doors before even 7pm, keeps me outside arguing whether he can do a shipping and that it would take 15 mins to make the label. Rude and frustrating, I needed to ship the box to my mom out of State. Not recommending them. Thanks for nothing....

I hold a postal box here, and use them regularly for shipping as well. From the postal box perspective, I like the text and email notifications so I can know packages are waiting. When it comes to shipping, its a fast process, they tell me my options, and I make a choice. Amazon returns are in and out. Aside from that the staff has been great to me. Miranda, Justin, and Tam have always been super polite, and I enjoy chatting with them.

Police called on This location s Staff !!! Had one of the worst experiences at this specific UPS store today,but the problem is not the staffs fault only, it s actually the owner of the franchise and the policy they instituted last year which is not consistent with any other UPS store franchise that I have Done business with. I actually had to call the police on the staff at this location because of the policy that the franchise owner has instituted. Obviously I will never go to this UPS store again, I strongly suggest not to use this franchise UPS chain. The details : even after showing my state issued ID i.e. drivers license , they would not release my package that was in my name to me. Call me crazy , but that is not customer friendly and will not be rewarded with new business from me or any of the 600 employees at our company. I ve personally use UPS services for about 30 years , it feels like I have never had an encounter like I did today and I work in many states and always on the road and having to use UPS for my pick ups and deliveries nationally. The policeman that arrived to take the report we re also very confused about the stores premise or argument for not releasing my package to me with my name on it matching my ID. Their franchise status should be Removed

As a former The UPS Store employee, I can tell when I m being lied to when it comes to shipping. My wife didn t know any better but her experience with this store infuriates me. Shipping a package from Central Texas to Dallas is a 1 day transit with UPS Ground. Tell me why the employee (a female, name not on receipt) told my wife that shipping ground wouldn t make it by EOD Friday (a 3 day window) and proceeded to charge her $30+ for Second Day Air? Total BS.

I dont understand the negative reviews for this location. Reading the negative reviews it sounds more like people just b!tching than anything else. Ive been at this UPS location twice and both times service was quick and the customer service was just fine.
