Its a decent store, not as nice as some but better than others. I am a little weirded out by the loss prevention guy with curly hair that follows me all the time.... I think it stems from when I would go with my late mom, who had a stroke, and would literally spend 2+ hours there lol. But like dude, I dont steal. I like to browse. Target has some neat stuff! And my momma takes FOREVER to shop because she loves Target, and Decatur doesnt have one! So she spends her time in there! Lol but bro, please, stop following me. Im not who you need to be looking out for. Lol but, do your job bro, good on you. I am not worried about the watching, lol but just know I see you sir lol

Placed an order for pick up over three hours before they closed no call or anything tried to call no one would answer the phone. Why does this target always re-sell used returned items? it s actually disgusting. This is the third time at this specific target they ve tried to give me a used returned electronic product. Also, the girl at the Starbucks with the glasses on needs to watch her nasty attitude. She was giving the younger gentlemen very bad attitude after he asked for her help earlier today 08/04/24. He is comes off as a new employee. She also gave him attitude about taking his break late. All while the entire crowd of customers including myself, who are waiting for their drinks can hear her nasty tone and how she s speaking with him. Do better Target.

This location is generally well-kept, and there are always plenty of employees on the floor to assist customers. There is a spacious parking lot in the front, and CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks inside. Prices are fine; grocery items are comparable to Kroger and around only a dollar more than Walmart in most cases, electronic items are competitively priced, but home goods is always lackluster in terms of options vs quality vs price which is why I rarely purchase home goods at Target. (The same can be said for Targets very underwhelming selection of seasonal decor.) Beauty products are abundant, with a great selection and comparable prices to similar retailers. Clothing is cute and trendy with prices similar to Marshalls, but, unfortunately, careless customers frequently leave messes. ETA: In the past few months, customer assistance has really declined at the store. Ive watched employees speed walk away when they noticed a customer looking around, clearly trying to find help (I had to help another customer!).

My first time coming into this Target since moving to the area didn t feel welcomed or treated fairly by the older Caucasian woman working at the register 15 with curly hair and glasses. She made sure to greet the lady in front of me and gentleman behind me but totally ousted me as I initiated a conversation. I thought Target was about acceptance of all races and inclusivity. I m an Asian woman and the workers here are not welcoming at all but rather seem racist against. Left a bad experience for me. Maybe it s location specific on how employees are trained. Who knows.

Ive been going to this store since they opened many many years ago, and the bathrooms always look like a freaking crime scene. The rest of the store is fine, but the bathroom always has poop on the walls, clogged toilets, paper everywhere. Ridic! Never once has it been okay!!!! Now that you know to pee before you go, they do have some cute stuff. They have a Starbucks too. Another negative is they are always crowded. Dont go on a weekend unless you want to feel like its black friday. Bought the tray and the cookies there this weekend.

Is this Target turning to next Walmart? Today I faced racism in this store. I love Target but not at this location any more. During checking out, I told cashier that I have my own bags because I donot use plastics bags. I hand over my bags and she threw bags in my cart and started pilling up my stuff on side. And after checking out all items my stuff were still on the other side of counter and she started taking with other customers behind me. I asked her you do not put the groceries in bag and she said No, we donot put groceries bags for those who bring their own bags! . I was really surprised and I asked her politely wish you could have told me that early so that I could have load stuff up and did not have to hold the line. Also, I have never heard that before after shopping in target for more than 15 yrs. The lady behind had a her own bag too and she loaded her stuff for her. I didnot make any sense there because I didnot want to hold other people. Only the difference between the customer behind me whom she loaded her bag is color of our skin. Is this really because of color of skin she acted like that? If her day was not good then she should have act same way with others too and if she does not know store policy then why she loaded other customer bag but not mine. Really disappointment with Target at this location, I never faced these kind of treatment ever. I was just being regular customer who shops at least minimum of $300 of groceries every week there. Please stop Racisim, specially place like this who shows gender equality by selling all gender equality clothes and hangs the posters of all size model s pictures and when it comes for equality on skin color you cannot even train your employee to act correct then your business policy does not have any equality how you advertise! It is total lie if you advertise for equality but do not show equality in reality. So your business is total lie for every one!

We were in target on 3/19/24 and ordered deli meat (boars head) Genoa Salimi took it home refrigerated and going to have next evening for dinner. The meat was bad so bad 7 dollars and some odd cents in the garbage, nevertheless, will never use their deli again

Spent an hour at checkout because the self checkout charged me without saying the purchase was complete. Management and store said that the purchase never went through and target received no money. However it has been 4 days and my account is still missing over 100$ that target took. It took more money than the cart was even worth. The employees assured me that my money would be back in three days max. It is still not here. Ruined other plans I had for the day because this issue took so long because the management were clueless on what to do. Have received no compensation. Management were friendly but uneducated on their system.

I bought a vacuum cleaner at this location today. Upon opening the box at home, I discovered it had already been used. There was dust and debris and hair already wrapped around the brush roll. So clearly the product was returned and put right back on the shelf for someone else to purchase at full-price. I called customer service a few minutes ago- the lady who answered the phone should be ashamed of her service skills. She said I could bring the product back for a refund or exchange or take to another location, which was fine, but made no offer of an apology or explanation that this is not how their store usually operates. I politely mentioned that they may want to check the products before returning them to the shelf, and she said sounds good in a sarcastic manner. I will NOT return to this location again for obvious reasons.

I used to think that Target groceries were higher priced. But after several trips now for large and small shopping they have always been cheaper than Kroger - especially for the staple items. Officially buy 90% of my groceries here now instead of Kroger. Pickup orders are ready in 2 hours or less, and you can pickup at your convenience rather than a specific appointment time. Target has NEVER canceled my online order (Kroger did this countless times dur to staffing issues) and they almost never have items out of stock. And if you think Target is more expensive, they are regularly running sales and promotions that offer you Target gift cards, so its often the same price or even less expensive than Walmart and Kroger. And of course customer service is unmatched.

Using their Target App. Is sooo convenient. The drive up saves me so much time! They hardly ask for substitutions and have everything in stock! The employees are always so kind. Love the option of on my way it allows them time to have my order ready. I pull up- let them know what space number I m parking in. What type of vehicle and where to put my groceries. I will never register at Target again. Especially after the new return policy instead of exchange. This should be disclosed before someone registers here.. I just tried to exchange an item from my registery with my ID and was told that they no longer exchange only return, yet returns are capped at $100 a year. So youre telling me if I received a carseat that is over $100 and I try to exchange it, I have now capped my ID on returns in the future for a WHOLE YEAR?! Had I known this, I wouldnt of had people purchase from here. Definitely lost a loyal customer! I will no longer purchase items from here knowing the inconvenience of the return policy.

Im a regular here and usually have no issues with anyone. Everyone before this has been friendly and helpful, and I try to bother them the least amount possible while I know they re working hard. Today however I went in and got joycons for my switch in the electronics section. Patrick, who had on a tech shirt, refused to check us out after unlocking the joycons. He said it was to much for him to check out. We had three additional items that WERENT alcohol or produce. We didn t have to wait long in line in the front, but it did take our actual cashier longer to unlock the box then it took Patrick to take it to the back and put it in one. It would ve taken mere moments to check out with Patrick but instead he put it off on his coworkers. Patrick s demeanor made it obvious he didn t care, even about his other coworkers. I ve never had issues at this target but everyone knows the damage one bad apple can do, and if I see him again I ll request for someone else should I need anything electronic related.

The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what I needed. The variety of products is impressive, but I usually visit for getting diapers . Id give this target a 5 star if only the bathrooms were clean. For an establishment that makes millions probably billions a year the bathroom is always so icky. I always have to hold it or if I really,really cant I end up cleaning urine off the toilets and floors just to be able to use the bathroom here. The staff is always super willingly helpful, happy and professional the rest of the store seems to be clean just the bathrooms need work.

Target was super hot and humid inside. Needed to buy a cold gatorade just to shop. The coolers at the front mainly didnt even have any sports drinks, just sodas and caffeinated drinks, not a good way to stay hydrated at all WTH!!! Do not reccomend shopping here this summer until the store gets it stuff together.

Do not recommend same day delivery - second time I ve had groceries take over 4 hours to get delivered. Last time they had to cancel the order and couldn t deliver until the next morning. Employee compliment to Boss in the Ulta section!! I tried to find a way to send in a comment to the store, but aside from calling or chatting online, I could not find a way to submit one. THANK YOU to the employee who had Boss on his name tag in the Ulta/cosmetics section. I was in the store in the evening on 4/19/23 trying to figure out what makeup to purchase. He initially saw me browsing and offered help if I needed it. He was not pushy at all, and I normally do not seek out assistance in cosmetics, but he was so approachable that I felt comfortable asking for help. I was seeking insight on quality of foundation, concealer, and primer. He helped me locate a few different products based on what I was looking for and with different price points. He helped me navigate some very affordable options, and I felt so much better about makeup application in general the following day after using some tips he offered on my routine. Thank you, Boss! I got a couple of things that day and am looking forward to trying out some products he suggested. This guy knows his stuff and is great with customers.

Stood in line for 15 minutes behind one person to return some items at guest services. They did not think to pull someone else in to help even though it was clear that additional assistance was needed. I honestly think it was more that the customers there were just idiots and the workers were doing the best they could but it was still incredibly frustrating.

I love Target, but the woman s bathrooms need a bit of help. Better circulation and higher cleaning standards. I ve lived in Denton for 15 years and come here regularly. The air is ALWAYS stale and I wish it was a bit cleaner. Other than that, everything else it great!
