My family and I have used Bradshaw several times with good results. However, I have tried to reach them and left messages for over two weeks and sent an email and I have not heard one response from them.

They have been closed for 6 days have not answered phone calls and I have called every day the doors are locked and I payed them 400$ and I received a warrant warning because I apparently I missed my court date the lady I originally spoke with said I did not need to apear and that they would settle. No phone calls or information just a warrant warning so I had to call harris county and pay another 275$ to have it taken care of. Total of 675$ this is crazy.

Zero star and robbery service. I used them for my speeding ticket. They barely responded your email and you have no idea what happened. Then after a couple weeks, they would call you and said your case was worked out. But you have to pay extra $300 for dismiss. There is another option for safe driving course, but they never take it for you. They said their option is the best. They also lied about the court date. They told me that they just got the information last week, but it turns out it was almost 2 weeks ago.

Apparently I came around the end of lunchtime. I showed up at 12:48. I called at 12:50 and a girl answered the phone, I asked if they were open she said yes, I told her that I tried to open the door and it was locked. She replied that they had just gotten back from lunch and that was probably why. OK cool. I went back up to the door, tried to open it, still locked. So I thought OK maybe they don t open until exactly one? I go back up to the door at 1:02. Door is still locked. I knocked on the door, waited about a minute or so.. Tried calling the number again, Someone else answered and said that they were remotely calling? I asked them if she could ask the people inside to open the door? She placed me on a five second hold if even that, then came back on and said no one answered her call and that she could take a message for me. I don t understand why there are no business hours posted anywhere, no lunch hours listed online or at the location..

I usually refrain from writing reviews, especially negative ones, but Im beyond annoyed with the service I was provided. I have used this law firm since I was 18 - I am now 35. Im not sure if its Mr. Bradshaws daughter or the front desk that has let service slip, but last year I had a court case they handled for me - attorney showed up to my court date, nobody called to let me know they went to my court date - one day my dad gets a letter in the mail saying you owe a balance of ___ to the court, I call bradshaw law to find out what this was about they tell me oh yeah... we sent you an email with the invoice. ookkayyy ssooo no phone call, voicemail, just an email? Okay, maybe my fault for not checking my email like an adult should, but then the good part comes when they reach out to the court to find out if I can still pay the lawyer to have my case dismissed, I get an answer back that yes, I can. A week later I pay off my balance. BAM! get another letter to my dads house that my fees have still not been paid, now I am to appear at court. I called the law firm AGAIN, they tell me they did pay so at this point Im playing back and forth with the court and the law firm one saying they have paid the court, the other saying they have not been paid. Finally after give or take a month of going back and forth (half the time not even answering the phone!) I get one of the front desk girls at the law firm saying Ugh... let me call the attorney to see if we can get this paid today. AND STILL did not get it taken care of until 2 days later! Now my insurance is coming to a renewal and who now has points on their license because the payment was made after the due date making their insurance go up...me. UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I appreciate that you responded to my review, however, as proved during the time of trying to get my case handled with you...there can be 5 people in the office at all times, but that doesnt mean anyone will answer the phone. As stated previously I have used this law firm for over 10 years, try Audrey Williams. Michelle was the only person in the office that was of any use to resolve my issue with not having my citation paid in a timely manner when a week later the court had still not recieved payment. What I dont appreciate is addressing your most recent negative reviews with the same response knowing that nobody ever answers at the office. As someone whos also in customer service I know how random new back to back 5 star reviews all of the sudden appear on businesses with a few negative remarks on their search engines. Itd be a great idea to have someone respond to reviews that actually wants to help resolve any future negative responses to the lack of care for clients outcome BEFORE they end up with points on their licenses or threatened with warrants from courts, instead of someone thats going to respond to all of them with the same copy and paste message.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My husband had Bradshaw Law handle a citation. They followed up via email and confirmed that he had no further action. He just received a letter stating he has a failure to appear because the fine was never paid and he did not show to a court date he was told he didn t have to go to. Bradshaw Law is now not answering emails. Update: MY name is not in your database because my husband is your client as I stated. Issue was addressed after anxiously waiting for someone to return our email days later. The office says the issue was taken care of. We shall see. Should ve never had the issue to begin with, IMO. Still would not recommend this office as there are other reviews stating they had the same issue.

I was in a difficult situation that was very time sensitive. I called Bradshaw Law Office and was able to meet with their team the same day. They worked hard to get a meeting with the other side and make a deal that prevented any further issues for me. Highly recommend!

Scam would be the nicest way to put it. I make sure if I can not afford service, I do not hire I ensured that I paid all my dues and I have a balance with the court. Will not be doing business with this firm anymore.

Was going to obtain their service but they are not very engaging. It s very hard to reach them. When I called the first time they kept misspelling and re asking my email address 3 times. The lady said she was gonna email me and call me back so I can pay since I didn t have my card on me at that time. Now I can t reach the office. Will be looking for another attorney.

I called and was advised they will call me back in 1 hour or so. It s now the next day and I had to call them. Savannah told me she has to talk to the attorney that s in a meeting and will call me back this evening . They close at 5pm. It s now 1:07pm. Sounds like extreme incompetence.

We paid Pamela Bradshaw to go to court for a ticket dismissal, last month. Now we are getting threats for a warrant and no one from this law firm will return our calls. Next step is going to have to be filing with the State Bar of Texas.

Would not recommend takes 2-3 phone calls for them to answer, and then once they answer they say they will call back with an update on your case and never do. This led to me getting notices for arrest warrants twice. Was not professional at all.

My son got a ticket in early Jan we had used this attorney before so naturally we said lets call them again. I should have known first interaction with Savannah was not good she was slow to get us the paperwork from their office and we had to keep calling her. Then we finally pay our deposit and I am the only one to make contact with them at least six times before my sons Feb 11 court date and was assured it was handled well guess what NO it was not now he has a warrant. The only thing I was told was Sorry from the attorneys office. We had to hire a new attorney and still no response from the attorney or her office as to why this took place. I am livid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately made one of those mistakes where I needed to find an attorney. Found Bradshaw Law office and they immediately got working with me and laid out what to expect. Michelle was knowledgeable on the process and was very candid on the situation. She worked every angle to make sure every option was carefully looked at and taken care of. I got a speeding ticket so I called since all the reviews talked about good prices. When I called the first time I was directed to Jennifer which then got pushed to voicemail saying they were out on Christmas/New Years time off. So I a but confused so I called again and this time got someone new and I spoke with her and told her about my ticket and was quoted a price of $315. Which I was okay with at first til I spoke with my friends and family and said that was an outrageous amount and was recommended Sullo&Sullo to which I called them and explained my situation and was quoted $85 which is big difference from what I was told from this law office. I kind of feel taken advantage of because I told the lady who I spoke too that this was my first time getting a speeding ticket and had no idea how the lawyer thing works or how much it s going to cost. I m giving three stars mainly because the women I spoke with was very nice and understanding but from the price I was quoted I would definitely give it a 2 or less stars. ***I called these two numbers, the bottom one sent me to Jennifer that gave me the weird voicemail of being on Christmas/New Years time off. And the top number was the one who I spoke with and gave me that quote.

Michelle Bradshaw is amazing, she helped a friend of the family in a time of crisis when others gave him a very grim outlook on what his future held, Michelle exceeded expectations by taking the time and finding the errors made on behalf of a certain police department on top of that she went the extra mile and charged him a fair rate and all she asked was that we share our honest opinion with her team and offered feedback on how her office could do better. I approached Bradshaw law because they had helped friends of mine in past with minor accidents and tickets. Well I had a slightly bigger case than your average speeding ticket, but I needed representation. So I met with Michelle, to discuss my case. I was falsely accused of driving past a loading school bus in Seabrook. I hired Bradshaw Law and Michelle met me in court. After hearing my side of the story, Michelle asked the court if she could look for a video from city cameras. She found the video of the exact time that I passed the bus and it was (as I had said) not flashing any lights. The judge immediately dismissed the ticket and she saved me HUNDREDS of dollars in fines. She was so amazing!!! Very thorough and diligent. Hire Her!
