Me and my wife were visiting recently and decided to stop for a bite at this location. I havent been to a Chilis in years so I was a bit hesitant but our server, Ivy couldnt have been more welcoming. She had such a great personality and was just overall amazing. I had to leave a review.

During our recent visit to Chilis, John, our server, truly elevated our dining experience. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm and inviting smile, instantly making us feel welcome. What stood out most about John was his attentiveness; he checked in on us frequently, ensuring that our drinks were topped off and that we were satisfied with our meals. His genuine care for our experience was palpable and added a personal touch that made our night memorable. The food itself was nothing short of fantastic, with the chefs showcasing their culinary skills expertly. John must have communicated our preferences well to the kitchen, as every dish arrived just as we had envisioned it. Whether it was the perfectly seasoned ribs or the crispy nachos, each plate was a testament to the chefs dedication to quality. Johns commitment to customer satisfaction, combined with the kitchens high standards, created an atmosphere that was both enjoyable and stress-free. By the end of the evening, we left Chilis not only with full bellies but also with smiles on our faces, grateful for the outstanding service and delicious food. It was clear that John and the team took pride in what they do, and we felt valued as diners. We cant wait to return and experience that fantastic service again!

I stopped in the other day cause, I didnt have a chance to eat that day. I was also, pushed to try and get chips but, denied. I ordered the Cajun ultimate pasta, it was heavily seasoned with chili powder and killed the taste of the dish. I went to pay my tab and was expected to tip 25% on to my bill. Usually, its a good place for us dod to eat an escape but, was highly disappointed

I got a drink I happened to be allergic to, Pamela insisted I should not pay for the drink and insisted that she replace the drink with something that would work for me and also insisted I take home a desert on the house. They were so kind helpful and quick I really appreciate their service and empathetic response. Rock on chilis!

Last night ate dinner with my friend and my daughter. The service was terrible. Got our food. My daughter order pizza with fries. She got her pizza but didn t get her fries. By the time we ate our food and wanted to leave. The fries still didn t came. The server didn t check how our food was or didn t ask if we wanted refills for our drinks. He kept walking by ignoring us multiple times. The restaurant wasn t crowded and it was slow.

Love the lunch and dinner menu. I absolutely would not recommend the breakfast. The breakfast is limited to a few items, our waitress disappeared. The meal took a half hour. All around a bad experience.

Slow service, frozen salad, awful tasting tea. Didnt eat but two bites of the salad, because the lettuce was so cold it was almost frozen with several parts of the lettuce. The tea tasted horrible, like dirty water. Took over 15 min to get my husbands beer, with being only three tables in the restaurant of customers. Sadly, no military discount!?! Youre on a military base! Ive never been to a Chilis that didnt offer military discount. In addition, Im 41 yrs old I dont need my 20 something year old waitress calling me honey. We dined early for dinner, received really poor service and people who came after us were served their food first ordering after us. Nothing taken off bill for tea or salad. Didnt even drink the tea because it was so gross and requested water. Hardly touched the frozen salad. Extremely disappointed not for me but for the fact that you service soldiers and other military personnel.

Went for a girl dinner date with my best friend about 530pm on a Thursday. We were seated promptly and Ivy welcomed us and took our drink order quickly. She informed us of Happy Hour specials and brought us waters without asking, which I love, for the side. We ordered a couple appetizers for our meals and told her we would order to go also. She gave great, energetic service with an exemplary smile and didnt forget we needed to order to go once we finished eating. She made us have a great experience for dinner.

I had been once and the truth is that the service provided was not all that good. The food and atmosphere were very good but the attention provided by the waitress on that occasion who I believe was named Liz or Luz was not very good, having to constantly talk to her to remind her of things. Last week I went and I was surprised by the treatment from Ivy which was the complete opposite of the previous waitress, very attentive in the service and always with a smile and of course the food did not disappoint!

The food is pretty good and I personally love the deals here. I tried the chicken enchilada soup which was good but a tad bit too salty. Liza was our waitress today and despite being short staffed she was working hard and was wonderful. She did the best she could and overall I still had a pleasant experience.

Last time I was at Fort Bliss the location was a World of Beers, the change to Chillis is an improvement. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Chillis menu is the quintessential American bar and grill menu nothing over the top but all very solid. Im not encouraging this but they do have a happy hour daily and all day on the weekends for those who wish to partake.

Food, drinks, and our server Liza 10 s across the board! I can t wait to come back for a visit. Liza is literal joy! She is very attentive and personable! ALWAYS ask for LIZA!!! Parking: We purposely drove from the Northeast to on post just for the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: All are welcomed!

Ivy was such an amazing waitress! She was very helpful with any questions we had regarding recommendations or questions we had about the menu. She made us feel as if we were speaking with a long time friend! Highly recommend requesting to sit in her section! She was such a warm and refreshing part of our trip, great conversation, and quick service! When we visit again, we will definitely be asking to have Ivy as our waitress!

I cannot believe I have waited so long to go to this restaurant! Mrs. Ivy was very welcoming and greeted me with an enthusiastic demeanor. She had a great personality and just made our dining experience unique and enjoyable. Not only did she know her stuff, but she provided recommendations that were catered to me and my wife! I asked for an awesome blossom extra awesome and boy did she provide! I will continue to ask for Ivy every time I come here. I WANT MY BABY BACK BABY BACK BABY BACK!!!
