PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They promised us many things and when we arrived half of the things we were promised were not there. I have receipts where my parents had to pay the SAME DAY, 1 hour before the event because we were told the big white chair was included and then it was not. It was so hot inside, there is NO A/C. The security was not allowing family members to come into our event. The food was disgusting and they were limiting our plates. They were not serving kids only adults. We asked to borrow one extension and they were rude and did not accommodate us. They denied us to come and bring our drinks one day before, which resulted in having to be getting everything ready 2 hours before our event. Now you tell me who does that??????? we were denied a sit after unloading all of our drinks because in our contract the party did not start until 5 pm. THEY DENIED MY GRANDFATHER WHO IS 70 YEARS OLD A SIT BECAUSE OUR EVENT DID NOT START UNTIL 5 PM AND IT WAS 4:30 PM. They will treat your other services very rude because you are not using their vendors. They turned off the lights on us because the owner did not want us to have electricity until 5 pm. The owner threaten to shut down the ceremony because we were expressing our disgust on how horrible they treated us. THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE, DISHONEST!

I had my 50th in 2020. I loved the service the treatment from the beginning from signing contract to the very end. My 50th was a great success all because Miriam listened to details. And she asked questions that I said I trust you. And she did great. That is why I recommend her for my niece wedding and once again Miriam is not disappointing. She is going to make my niece day special. I will continue review after. Stay tuned.

The experience we had here was one of a kind! I had my daughters graduation party here in June. The decor was exactly what we wanted, the food was amazing, everything was beautiful and well organized! Thank you Fiesta Gardens for helping create a memory we will never forget! In my opinion it is a nice place but I differ from the service, I am going to tell you about my experience, the decoration was not to my taste but to their taste, they did not leave me the quinceañeras chair or the ceremony tablecloth in the kiosk There is not even a piece of furniture in the changing room to put your things and the waiters pick up very early making the guests feel that it is time to leave, they should apply empathy towards the customers because no one likes to pay and not receive a good service. Highly recommend!! I am going to be honest, I was a little skeptical, by some of the reviews. I am glad we took a chance. It was the best experience and everything was soooo pretty and beautiful!!! Miriam, Nicholas, son (I cant remember his name) and their staff were amazing, communication was good, catering and cake were delicious! Decorations were beautiful and exactly what our princess wanted!! Many compliments from our family and friends about the food,cake, decor etc! Highly recommend Everything ran smoothly. Looking forward to booking again!

HORRIBLE owner! THE WORST!! I d definitely never recommend anyone ever to book here. If you do. Be ready for bad communication. Bad vibes. Bad everything! Especially if you don t use their in-house vendors. And be ready to hear the exhausted excuse of the fire marshal smh.

Do not book with this venue!! Very unprofessional, water leaks , rude and made my friends who where getting married very frustrating, as well as guess of the clients . When you pay soo much money for a Venue like this , u expect it to go smooth and good but no they where no help and made everyone feel unwelcome Definitely dont recommend at all!!

Worst place to ever book with. They gave all of my vendors a hard time and my guest. They were rude. They didn t communicate to us at all, I had to reach out every-time and they didn t reply until weeks later and they took forever to give us our deposit back. Our guest felt as if they had to leave. There was water leaks everywhere and the owners are just mean people. Don t book here!

Don t book on a rainy day or any day actually, water leaks all over the building - puddles inside the building while the event was going on. Everyone was slipping and sliding trying to get in and out the building, nothing was provided to prevent that. Owners were giving the vendors a hard time upon set up. Staff started cleaning and packing up early as if they were rushing the event to be done. Full deposit was not given back, for no reason.

Horrible customer service. They didn t keep their word on when the venue would be open. They started cleaning up before the event ended which made guest feel like they had to leave. It was raining and they didn t even put rugs or anything to make sure the floor wasn t slippery also had many leaks which the floor was flooded with water. It s not worth booking with them.

Bad service, from the owner to her employees because they are manipulated by themselves, my friend just for her daughters 15 they did not let her put her fruit table to her liking, by law they want everything to be consumed, they dont like it No one should bring anything from outside such as food, fruit or something... The place is not recommendable, if my comment is of any use to you THE PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED... BAD SERVICE

Let me just say the experience wasnt all that great. First of all, the wait staff literally threw the silverware on the chargers. They forgot to bring us our dinner. Lastly, they forgot to serves us cake. When we went up to get a piece, the ladies putting the cake away were not very friendly.

Venue is really pretty. The outside has a Spanish feel with a small balcony. Felt like I was arriving at my families Quinta in Mexico. Has two levels, the 2nd level has a balcony view of the main level/dance floor. Has a lot of windows so you can see the trees and garden area. The womens restroom area has a nice size open area by the entrance/sinks where teens can make TikToks (I saw several teens making videos), stalls were roomy, the lavender hand soap smelled wonderful, overall clean. The staff was really nice and respectful, they kept the tables and venue clean throughout the event.

Family members had a quienceniera . The hall is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful and well kept! It also has a wonderful balcony that can accommodate morning people for larger parties. I would recommend this place highly.

The venue itself is gorgeous, spacious and well lit. The parking is gated but the ground is in poor condition. The lines for the parking spaces are hard to see and the asphalt has pot holes. Another improvement would be to the bathrooms. They are small, only two persons at the time and very dated facilities. The towel dispenser was broken and they just put the roll of prayer towels in the sink counter
