Never made a review before but Terrible service, sat there for 30 minutes not seeing one server and the one we did see seen my table and walked off. When we asked 3 servers for a server they all refused to help us and hardly anyone was in there. 0 stars for sure.

I usually order wing stop but they were backed up so I thought I d try BWW. Big mistake. I ordered a six piece wings bone in. I got there and waited quite a while before someone actually stopped and addressed me. I paid for my order and left. Drove directly home(not even a mile away) and when I bit into my wings, the center was cold and extremely dry. So disappointing. Won t make the same mistake again. Next time I ll wait for wing stop because at least their wings are hot and juicy.

Came here yesterday after my grandsons baseball tournament since my husband wanted to watch football. We knew it would be busy so we were patient. The waitress came & took our order, I wanted sweet tea she said they were out for the moment & were making some more, no problem. Our order came out & the food wasnt has warm as it shouldve been & my grandsons order was wrong. He had ordered a cheese burger plain & dry. He was given a burger with lettuce only. We let the waitress know & she took it back only to return with a cold slice of cheese & of course his fries were cold by then too, my sweet tea never came out until we asked the waitress about it. The waitress asked if everything was good & we told her no, the burger was not good since there was no effort made to even melt the cheese and some lettuce was still on it. She said I told the cook but nothing was done about it. We let her know once she brought out the ticket that we would not be paying for the burger since my grandson did not eat it because of the cold cheese & lettuce still in it. The manager came to our table & she looked at us & said I heard you were having trouble with your ticket. My husband told her about the burger situation & she just looked at us like whatever. Didnt even apologize or make an attempt to make things right. Never going back to this place. The Odessa location is now actually better than this location.

The staff at this Buffalo Wild Wings is probably one of the worst wait staffs I have ever seen. Especially the bartender. Not only does she not know how to make 90% of drinks. When asked the happy hour specials she brought me a menu and said just look at this it s our specials. So after 2 hours of ordering drinks I get my ticket and none of the prices match the menu. She then tells me oh that s the old menu. I paid and left but spent almost double the advertised price. I won t be back and recommend you don t Waste the time or money

Attempted to have lunch here. Went at 130pm. We waited for 20 minutes at our table (they had us seat ourselves) and not one time did anyone pass by to offer drinks or let us know when they d be back. They had a 9 year old kid working in the kitchen bringing out food and bussing tables and we saw maybe 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant. We ended up leaving.

the worst experience of my life. The waitresses had a super bad attitude and simply ignored us. We decided to call the manager and oh surprise he had a worse attitude. Complete rudeness! Not to mention that the person who was with me was asked for an ID to sell alcohol and since the ID was from his country he did not accept it and he did not want to sell just one beer. This place was horrible. The boneless wings were dry on the inside and came before a salad or drinks. Took over 30 mins for one beer. Each employee kept blaming the other when asked where it was and why it took so long. Canceled salad and was still charged because waitress wasn t paying any attention. Her name was Katelyn. Bartender only had 6 people at the bar and there was only 3 other tables when we sat down. One woman had her two year old following her around while she was delivering alcohol. DONT waste your money here!!!!

Hello, the front desk and management team in midland is horrible. They said that my order was not located and had me waiting at the restaurant for a whole hour and twenty minutes after 6:20pm which the original pickup order time. The front desk does not care, and the manager definitely does not care. The team said my order was not sent in the system and did not proceed to give me a refund after waiting an hour and twenty minutes. I will never be going back to this restaurant and I will never recommend Buffalo Wild Wings due to the midland location.

ZERO SERVICE STARS. Everyone in your staff in Midland Texas are either idiots or have no clue, or both. EVERY time we order online to pick up at your locaton its always 45 minutes or over the scheduled pick up time to get our order and its always what we didnt order.. Door dash, Favor delivery to my residence....They deliver our order on time every time and we tip hevaly. We open the bags and its ALWAYS what we didnt order. For a franchise as large as this.....You should have it together by now. We are highly disappointed! We have given this 1 more opportunity, 4 times too many at this point. Unfortunately, every time has been a disappointment. Paying $40-60 for a meal and tipping $20 to the deliverer is reasonable. Unboxing what I didnt order to feed my family every time is aggravating. Yall need to put your heads together to figure this out. I am absolutely certain this isnt an isolated incident.

Came in for a quick lunch, place was fairly quiet. Took a bit before somebody came to take my order, and I got 10 original buffalo bone-in wings. I asked for the side of carrot and celery sticks. The wings were great, as usual. I got a complain about the side though. I got some obviously pre-cut celery spears that looks like they were bought that way. And a handful of those skeezy looking baby carrot things that look like theyve been pushed through a scrub brush factory. I mean seriously guys,come on. Youre charging me for a side of vegetables that probably cost a quarter. You mean to tell me you cant bother to cut the vegetables fresh? Theres nothing worse than those chalky pre-packaged baby carrot things. Gross. Do better.

Bad experience, the waitress took my order wrong when I arrived so I had to change my order because it wasnt what I ordered and until then everything was fine, it is understandable that these things happen, it took about 1 hour in total for my food to arrive and in the end I was They ended up charging for the 2 orders for the one they changed, it should be noted that the waitresses were attentive and embarrassed. By mistake I only took the ticket and they passed the card when I saw the charge I told the waitress and she told me that she was going to talk to the manager, she came back and told me that she didnt pay attention to her that I could go and I went and told her What had happened, such a despotic man snatched the ticket from me and moved something on the computer, finished and threw the ticket on the table without saying anything and left, to this day they have not returned the money they charged, the food was Good and the attention of the waitresses is the same, we are all human and we make mistakes but I dont understand how there can be a manager who doesnt know how to treat customers and doesnt deserve to be there.

Short summary: Non existent service. Less than sub-par wings. Didn t recommend this location before, definitely don t recommend it now. Will likely not be back to give it another chance. Plenty of other places to get beer and wings who are happy and eager for customers to come support their establishment. Every time we ve been here, the wings come out 5 minutes after we order them and have tasted like they ve been sitting out all day, just waiting for someone to order them. We decided to give it another chance yesterday to have some beer and wings on the outdoor patio with our dog. My partner went inside to let them know that we would be on the patio and would like a server. After he was ignored by two different workers who answered the phone but did not bother to acknowledge his presence at the front counter, he finally got someone s attention. They told him to walk around the restaurant and try to find a server for himself. (What?!) He did as he was told and walked around the store asking workers to help find someone to serve us. He found a total of 3 different workers (one who we think was a manager, but we are not entirely sure that it actually was) and let them know we would be outside awaiting service. We sat outside and waited. And waited some more. We thought about calling to let them know we were still here, waiting. But why should we have to try so hard to spend our hard earned money here? We decided to leave and take our money elsewhere. We ended up at The Patio, who had surprisingly good wings and a dog friendly patio. We were served within minutes of sitting down. They had much better, fresher wings than I ve ever had the pleasure of having at BWW, albeit fewer flavor selections, and they aren t even a wing place! Will likely not be returning to BWW, but will most definitely be returning to The Patio.

The wings are really good but this Midland location is disgusting inside. The restaurant reeks. It almost smells like there s a sewer issue. The bathroom is even worse. It smells like urine. The floors are very sticky, there s wing sauce stuck to the walls in the bar area. This is in the perfect central spot in Midland but it s simply too gross to sit down in the restaurant to eat. I love buffs but they need to completely revamp this spot and clean it up. Business would boom once again. Please re do this Buffs!

Went around 7:30 and found an open table. Not one single person came to our table to serve us. We tried to ask a waiter about service but he completely ignored us and kept walking. Another waitress walked by, we asked her, she said she would get our waitress and then went about her own business. There were multiple waitresses gathered in the corner by the bar taking selfies, playing with their hair and chit chatting. Not one single person came over. They saw us sit down when we got there but no one served us. We left after waiting about 20 minutes. On the way out we mentioned it to the lady at the front register and she even said that the girls in the bar are always over there taking selfies and visiting that it even stresses her out. Pretty laid back, easy to get a table and not super loud. Wings are good. Burgers and fries are just so-so. Great drink and beverage selection. The wait staff is better than most in Midland. Update 6-17-23 what a let down, was there with wife, my daughter and her husband. The wait staff did not attempt to wait on us. There for 20 minutes and not a peep. Was told only 1 wait staff, counted at least 5 wait staff milling about without even taking drink order. Walked out disappointed and told front cashiers about it. Not sure they cared. First time coming to this location, I m from Houston and I ve had the worst experience by Breeze I do not recommend her as your server. Was terrible customer service, I was not asked once if I was good or if the food was okay, asked me while I was still eating if I was ready to be cashed out, had a very bad attitude. Would not recommend this location for Dine in

I like b dubs, I know it s a chain, but certain locations make good food and are very attentive. The wings here are gross. Very fatty wings, not crispy enough, and dry. Only reason they got three stars is the bartender was great!

Took my stepson to eat here and watch an NFL game. It took about 10 minutes for our server to great us and I ordered a beer and my stepson ordered a water. 10 minutes later I had my beer but the waitress forgot my stepsons water. I asked her nicely for it and she said it was coming. 15 minutes later I had finished by beer and no water. I asked to have a manager close us out because we no longer wanted to wait for subpar service. The manager had the server come over and made an excuse she had a large table and it was too much to ask for her to grab a water or get someone else to bring it to us. She was upset we did not want to stay and order food and said that we were impatient. She brought me my receipt but did not bring me a copy to sign as I paid with my credit card. When I asked her for it she said I didnt need it because I wasnt going to tip her anyway. She proceeded to accost me as we were leaving the restaurant and management just watched and let it happen. Management did print me a receipt to sign and have a copy of. When I asked them why they allow this and do not address a server speaking disrespectfully to customers and not listening when they told her stop, they said they handle after the end of the shift. As someone who is in Management, problems are best corrected immediately and patrons deserve respect in an establishment when they are provided poor service.

I get it you may be busy and understaffed but I feel like that s not an excuse to be rude to your table me and my boyfriend are very kind to our servers because we understand it s stressful. However, our waitress was very snarky with us and pretty much ignored us the entire time. I always make sure we leave a tip but this time I made sure he didn t leave a tip for her because wow.. only giving 2 stars because the food was okay.

We had kind of an interesting service. The first lady was not in a happy place. Our ages are 49&45 and we look it. I was going to order our beers. The first server asked for id. I only had my modile ID but my friend had his. She said it had to be physical id. It was hard to hear her. So, I feel like a lot of it was because the music was loud. Not because anyone wanted to be upset. She said she couldnt give either of us a beer because I didnt have my ID. We was still discussing why? She said I am not going to serve you. This was late at night. And he just drove from Pecos to Midland to eat with me. It was to late for the store or another place. He didnt even have time for a shower. All he wanted was chicken wings and a beer. I understand I didnt have my ID. Only my mobile id. And in Texas it has only become legal as of May 2023. I did ask for a beer but understand that I could not have one. I said ok then just my friend then. Idk TX law but in NC if your over a certain age and ppl can tell with wrinkles and grey hair their it no need for an ID. But I did not argue or ask this part. I just wanted my friend to get his beer and food. As he had been out all day in the desert sun working. When she walked off, she said she was not going to serve us. I thought at first not the beer. Ok. He had his ID why not just for him. So, we waited for several mins. I mean several. She circle around us. But never came back. So, I went and asked for the manager. The lady I asked to see the manager acted annoyed that I had asked. I wish folks would understand. We never want to argue with ppl making our food. I just wanted to get out supper and go home. The first server came out to me explain I could move to another location but she said I was rude and she was not going to serve us. I never argued. I didnt even raise my voice. I was just clarifying no beer for the both of us genx because I did not bring my wallet. I go back to my table the manager comes over. We talked she said she would get us a now server. New server was fine we ordered tea and water. Two plates. We ate then paid and left. We never asked the second lady for anything. Nor did we ask the manager for any beer. I fully understand ID ppl. My only thing is with the new mobile ID law passed in Texas. Can we please up date the policy. Also, why could he not get a beer he had his ID. I promise we look out age. I try to respect policy and laws. Thats why I did not argue about myself. I only wanted him to have a moment in his day to chill. The only reason I did not have my wallet was because I didnt drive and usually I dont look that young. Kid-friendliness: We saw several children. Everyone seemed to be chilling and ok with little ones

I came in at 730pm. My food was two use at 745pm. I asked for 15 boneless wings. They came. They were warm. I sent them back and asked for a manager. No manager came over. They came 10 minutes later Warmer. Before I left I asked for the manager name and said I was going to call. I walked out. Called talked to a manager. I was told to call them at the office. They will be open. Nope not until tomorrow morning. Natalie was are server. Horrible service. No refills on the drinks. She stood over me as I was giving her a tip. Horrible service. Will not be back and if they wont fix it. I will despite it with my bank.

Even after seeing the reviews, my husband and I decided to give it a try because things change. Not in this case. Our waitress was good (although she had all of the tables in the bar area and some in the other area- we were in the bar). There were 3 girls behind the bar talking and laughing and I think the cook had to come tell someone to take care of the the to-go orders. We waited about an hour for our food. Everyones food came out at the same time, including a group who came way before us and after us. The food was good, but the restaurant was not clean. There are too many other places to eat in Midland and this one is off of my list.

The food here was better then Odessa location. We came on a Monday evening and service was pretty fast. You might have to get a waiter attention at first but after that or should be smooth. Not very clean floors, seats, tables and booster seats. Make sure to bring baby wipes and germ x for extra cleaning if need be.

It was good but the girl who served up was slow. She looked like she was on something. The food didn t take too long but the people need to hurry up and serve us when we walk in. The girl was also with her boyfriend that was there most of the time and they were affectionate towards each other in the whole restaurant so I know people don t wanna see that. The food wasn t bad but it was greasy. But the atmosphere was good besides the pda. the girl was also kissing her boyfriend and vaping. Some people could have asthma or have an allergic reaction. I didn t have a pleasant experience especially since I had to sit there while the server was busy vaping and kissing her boyfriend the whole time. You guys should pay attention!!!

I had the worst experience. My husband and I waited 20 minutes for our server to come over and take our order. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and my husband ordered hot wings. I m not joking it took them 40 minutes to get us our food. When I got my salad, it was (2) heads of lettuce and (1) chicken wing and that was it!!!! They wanted me to pay $16 for that. When I asked for a manager, he said that there was nothing he could do and that s how it comes! I told him that I want our ticket so that we could leave! I will NEVER go back!
