Food was amazing! AND I left my purse in there and they took care of it till I came to get it. One of the honest employees turned it in and the owner stayed after they closed for me to pick it up. Great burgers and honest people! Thank you!

The burgers are very tasty, the detail of having cheese to put on your fries is a plus. Very friendly and efficient staff, the Asian gentleman at checkout, was polite but could smile. But the bathroom is very dirty and the restaurant smells musty.

I ordered the rib eye steak sandwich and some onion rings, and I have to say, everything was cooked to perfection. I ordered it medium rare but I think I ll do medium next time, just to give it some firmness. The place is clean, and easy to navigate. Very old school diner vibes, which I personally think is holding this place back. If they remodeled and made the outside a bit more appealing this place would be popping. Overall, food was great and I ll go back to try some other stuff, but definitely during lunch, not somewhere I d go to in the evening.

I love the atmosphere. Its a mom and pop type place. The buns were excellent and the fries were the perfect mix of crispy and soft. They have a build your own bar with condiments and veggies. The returant was clean and staff were friendly. Wonderful experience!

The burgers are really good and the atmosphere is cozy. You get your burger plain and then use the toppings bar to fix it up with the basics, like at Fuddruckers. They do have a hot pot of liquid cheese as well, though it is a bit thin. They also used to have jalapeno cheese, but have discontinued it. Luckily, theres jalapenos on the bar so I could spice up the cheese on my own. The crinkle cut fries are crispy and lightly seasoned and the cheese tasted as good on the fries as it does on the burger. The great thing is the fries are served in a paper basket, so just dump your fries on your tray and use it as a bowl. They do have other food, but I only come for the burger and fries. Kid-friendliness: Its a burger diner, not fancy dining. kids are welcome.

I do live fairly close, so I have eaten there many times. The burgers are bigger and better, and havent disappointed me ever! Just dont like prices going up all the time! The food was good. Very Mom and Pop type of restaurant. The onion rings were good. Personally I felt the fries could have been cooked a little longer, I like crispy fries, these were just a little too soft for my liking. The burger was good, not sure what type of patty they used but it was flavored well. They may be frozen patties, not fresh; Im not too sure. We didnt try any other menu items. They have a serve yourself add on bar with melted cheese! That was cool. Overall it was ok. I would try other menu items. Atmosphere was chill We are on search for the best Mom and Pop burger in the Deer Park Pasadena area.

Need to update their menu in regards to drink sizes. Menu only shows SMALL & LARGE sizes. Most people would think that SMALL refers to a normal/regular drink size - but it doesnt. SMALL for them is KID size, LARGE is Regular/Normal - and the real Large is X-Large (not listed at all). Left a bad taste in my mouth.

My burger was actually pretty great, I got the one that starts with a B..., my husbands was raw. He mentioned the meat tasted bland and I noticed they are not hand made anymore, theyre plain. I cant believe it, no wonder this place isnt what it used to be. The owner needs to go back to the better quality meat and fries, I noticed. The cook corrected the mistake and genuinely looked sorry.

The petite cashier at the front spoke to me like I was stupid when I was waiting to order, her customer service skills are nil. Bought the 6 oz burgers and fries, I liked that I could dress my burger, the veggies were very fresh for a Saturday evening. The burger was a nice size, but very dry. The fries were over done and extremely salty. Next time I will definitely say no salt on the fries and cook the burger less. If theres a next time.
