I had an incredible experience at Xperience restaurant & cocktails, thanks to the amazing bartender, Devyn! She made me the best blueberry lemon drop I ve ever had perfectly balanced, refreshing, and bursting with flavor. Her attention to detail and friendly vibe really made my night. The food was delicious, very tasteful. The customer service from the young lady was absolutely horrible. She sat us down and left. We had to flag her down to order food. Food arrived, we had to stop Nathaniel to bring us plastic ware. Had to stop him again for water and to bring us to go containers. She didn t come back until it was time to pay. I tipped Nathaniel because that s who deserved our tip. Realized after leaving they charge a 15% gratuity. UNACCEPTABLE ! I should be able to tip according to the service provided! This allows waitresses to conduct themselves in this horrible manner because they know they will get a tip.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The service was very slow, and despite their claim that Sundays get busy, the restaurant was not crowded during our 1:15 PM reservation. The music was uncomfortably loud for the few patrons present. The seating was awkwardly arranged because of a long bar running through the middle. The food did not meet expectations. I ordered the steak and eggs, which was described as having egg bake with caramelized onions, grilled bell pepper, roasted garlic, cheese & spinach, but the eggs were plain scrambled with none of the listed ingredients. The steak, which I requested medium rare, was cooked to medium well and was poorly seasoned. I ended up asking to remove the steak and eggs from the bill so we could leave. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. Additionally, I observed that two women at a nearby table were also unhappy and chose to leave without paying.

First of all it was my st & last time ever going there and even though it was free I still had to go online for entrance/ reservation tickets in order to get in for the 6 pm TACO TUESDAY & KARAOKE NIGHT festivities which Myself & My party of 9 also did day in advance. When we arrived they were CLOSED for whatever reason thats STILL unbeknownst to me. We ended up driving 6 minutes away to GVO Bistro and we had to see some of their employees there. And one of them told me that the restaurant was changing their TACO TUESDAYS to TACO THURSDAYS. I was like..... REALLY, WHO IN THE HECK GAX HEARD OF TACO THURSDAY!?

We had a party of 6 for a small gift exchange. Instead of them seating us at a bigger section they placed us at on section and add two chairs that sat at the end of the edge. Next to us set a few people that looked to be management. Knowing the sitting arrangements was dangerous they still didn t allow us to use the empty section next to us. Just a we thought one of the girls in the chairs that was placed at the section fell backwards off the edge. For the people next to us possibly being management, no one from that table came to see if she was ok or if she was hurt. The safety of the people inside your establishment should be more important than the space for more people. Other than that the food and the environment was a vibe but, I don t think we will be going back.

The food was actually delicious. I had the lamb chops and grits, which were seasoned very well!!! The deviled eggs were good too! The service was good. However we could not hear the server at all due to the loud music! The music was extremely too loud! I was yelling the entire time just trying to converse with my table. I understand that s the vibe but it is a restaurant not a club!! I did not like that we were around hookah. I wish it was a separate area for hookah!!! What a time! This was our first time going but it wont be the last. The food was good with great portion sizes. Our waitress was sweet but really busy. I came there from Houston this past weekend with my friend. First of all the FOOD was delicious I had the chicken and Waffles. The Chicken was seasoned correctly breaded really well had a nice crispy crunch just how I like my wings and the waffles were on point and I dont even really eat waffles like that so this is for Real. The drinks were really good and the DJ had the crowd going I had a blast and will be coming back. Vegetarian options: They have things you can pick from on the menu my friend eats vegetarian.

Made reservation and were seated about 10 minutes after. After placing order with very friendly waitress we sat for close to an hour before half our order was served. 20 minutes into eating what was served we realized that the Southwest Chicken omelet had bo chicken and my Husbands steak plate never arrived because it was served to another guest who arrived 45 minutes after us. So we canceled the steak plate and reassured our waitress that the mishap wouldnt affect her gratuity. She tried really hard and we noticed. The music is also very loud so its hard to hold a conversation while dining. Lamb Chops were good. Hopefully management can make the necessary adjustments to improve the Xperience.

Update the 3rd time was not a charm. Took my sister here for her birthday, there were 4 of us total. We had the oxtails on a bed of mashed potatoes, yams & Mac and cheese. Lamb chops yams & Mac and cheese, jerk rib truffle fries and pork chops with dirty rice & mashed potatoes. The yams & Mac and cheese came in a small cast iron skillet & were hot as expected. Unfortunately the oxtails, lamb chops and rib fries were all cold. We sent the fries & oxtails back for to being cold. The guest with the lamb just ate it cold to avoid the hassle. The fries came out hot the next time but the oxtails & mashed potatoes came out cold a second time. I didn t feel like sending it back again. It s like they let a $30+ plate of oxtails go cold to wait for fries twice??

My crew and I decided to drop in on this amazing establishment. When we walked in the ambiance was amazing and very sensual. As we were sat, the hostess ensured that we were in laced in an area that we felt was most appropriate for the best dining experience. So the best was yet to come, and that was our waiter!! I love this place for brunch! The hookah is amazing, and the food and drinks are great. The catfish is cooked to perfection. The 2 for $40 champagne buckets with juice always make it better. My first time visiting was OKAY, me and my friend came and got some wings and some drinks. It took around 45 minutes to get our food, our waiter took a while, when we did receive our food I can tell it was sitting out before being brought to us. But the dj and the drinks were good. As well as the cups are plastic and I don t understand how me and friend spent over $200 and we received plastic cups and small wings!! Maybe next time we ll have a better experience.

We went for Sunday brunch for my birthday was told when making the reservation that they had a dress code no tennis shoes, no ripped jeans, no baseball caps etc when get there and see that everybody in this place look like the just came from a kapa beach party, no dress code was In forced I asked the guy at the door why would yall tell people on the phone you have a dress code and you don t he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. Watch out: gratuity is added to check no matter the party size and waiter does not communicate that. So when the bill is shown it ask for a tip in addition to the 15% gratuity. Greed at its finest. Food is overly salted and takes an extremely long time to come out. Crab dip is soupy. Chips are overly seasoned. Yams are gross with just brown sugar sprinkled onto it. I made it there a little early without reservations so I suggest you get one if you want a table. I sat at the bar and that was way in the back which I was fine because both bartenders got me together. I had a drink that was really good and I was a little disappointed in my food because I thought the sausage that came on my sandwich was patty but instead it was pre cook patty. So the flavors clashed a lot for me cause they had maple syrup French toast bread. I had the French toast sandwich. Let me start by saying we re visiting from Memphis and had a really great time! I m assuming Friday is Trivia Night because they had a game of song trivia s and the crowd was really engaged (we even participated). The adult beverages were on point and for the most part the food was good. I had the lamb chops (they were spicy but not seasoned, I didn t really care for them but the Mac n cheese & asparagus was good) and big daddy had the catfish (it was crispy and well seasoned with Mac n cheese & greens which he said were a little to spicy for his liking). Club feel great for night out for singles. More of a hookup vibe. FOOD was not great. It was edible. There is nothing to write home about. We had the grilled porkchopes they were marinated in vinegar and it was more of a pickled porkchop then grilled. The greens were cooked but not seasoned. The candied yams were undercooked. Let s first start with the positives. Our server was really nice! The music was curated just right and flowed, this alone will bring me back. Now, there s room for improvement. There was 8 of us, 2 people ordered chicken and waffles, 2 people ordered the French toast sandwich, 1 person ordered shrimp and grits (they came last, ordered last, but got their food first), 1 person ordered a waffle with bacon and potatoes, 1 person ordered an omelette with a waffle, one person just ordered a breakfast plate, 3 of us got our food 15 minutes later (only 1 chicken and waffle came out). 3 other people didn t get their food until almost 30 later than everyone else. We ordered a tower and the tower was leaking. While the server did bring us a cup to put under the nozzle, it still kinda made a mess. If you love jumbo wings this is the place for you. The chicken wasn t quite seasoned and could ve been cooked a little longer. The person s omelette was runny. They were hesitant to send it back because they had already waited a super long time. If the kitchen could communicate wait times that would be helpful. I understand things can get backed up but ya gotta let a starving crowd know something. lol. Overall, I d go back and give them another chance.

Owner might need to invest in bar stools that have full back support and put hooks under bar table for ladies to hang their purses. 30 degrees outside. And wouldn t let me in because I have a sweatshirt on. I saw a guy in there with a sweatshirt and a girl getting carried out drunk. It s not that upscale to turn away business because of a sweatshirt that I can take off because I have a shirt on underneath. Nice vibe at this place. Went for my cousin s 50th bday celebration. The bad part and I mean bad was that it took literally over and hour for us to get our first and only drink. Service was horrific for me and my better half. We arrived right before 7:30. The party included about 20 plus people. I ordered our drinks at 7:45. About 15 minutes later the waitress came for the meal order. At 9:06 was when our drinks arrived. I said something several times and received excuse after excuse. We watched literally dozens of drinks being made and the entire tables food came and we still hadn t received our drinks. The waitress brings the food and says I checked the time and you waited 35 minutes for the food as if that made it better. When our food finally arrived everyone else was done eating and on drink two. I would love to go again( because of the music and vibe) but, at the prices they have I can t spend money at an establishment where complaints were made to management(who sat 3 feet away) and they never came to make the situation right. And we ordered $50 in food and based on my experience they should ve comp the meal but they took it right back. Our two drinks were $38 fyi. Worst service I ve ever experienced. If I wasn t with my cousin I would ve left way prior and I didn t get to enjoy her celebration because I refused to spend anymore money their.

The food was amazing, the service was too! There were a few things to work on. Maybe putting a QR code on the tables, also bringing small plates with the appetizer; trying to share appetizers is difficult without the extras! This was not my first visit to Xperience however, it was the first visit for my cousins who were in town for the weekend. We arrived for Sunday brunch on time and waited about 30 minutes to be seated. The food here has been great during my previous visits, so I was extremely disappointed when our food was less than okay. What the hell happened? The food was bland, over cooked on some plates, under cooked on others. I was in shock. I had the catfish and grits. There was no flavor even with the sauce drizzled over it. Just a piece of fried fish sitting on top of plain grits. The steak was overcooked and the French toast breakfast sandwiches were prepared incorrectly (requested no pork). Our server, Sanara, really went above and beyond to improve our experience. She deserves 5 stars and the 5 star rating is ONLY for her attention to our requests and trying to make a bad situation better. We left to go eat somewhere else because we were all hungry. So while the ambiance of Xperience is still a good vibe, the food has changed drastically for the worst. Because of this, I won t eat there again. And thanks again, Sanara.

Visited for a birthday celebration. The door attendant was friendly and got me in at the bar while I waited for the rest of the party to arrive. My waitress Mya was friendly, attentive, and prompt with her service. I wasnt crazy about the drink I got, it wasnt bad just not what I expected. But the highlight of the night was the car fish I ordered. It came out fresh, hot and smoking. It was seasoned well and crispy! Thoroughly enjoyed the fish and fries!

Im proud to support a local business in my community. Reservation had been made in advance. The whole party must be present before they will seat you. You are given a 15 minute window to allow your guest to show up. The brunch vibe took me back to the best times in the past enjoying a great happy hour with friends. I was not expecting such a vibe mid-afternoon @2p. I loved it! The waiter Nathan was so patient and calm. He took excellent care of us which was awesome! The food service was slow but the food made up for it. No one in my group of 7 complained about the food. We were all very pleased. They offered hookah. The tower mimosas was definitely worth the $60. There is a 15% GRATUITY added to each individual ticket which is noted on the menu. I will return this establishment with more friends in tow.

NEVER & I mean NEVER make a reservation and try to come here. My family made a reservation a week ahead, drove maybe 45 mins, some over an hour, got here, and they had the nerve to try and offer us separate seats .AT A BAR! It was only 6 of us. They told us 4 in one area and 2 in another. And, when we made a complaint, they told us we could wait 45mins-an hour for a small table that could barely fit 4, comfortably. I mever knew it was located in a shopping center strip. That took away the ambiance for me. The pics online appears to be different than what it really is. The floors were slippery , have to be VERY careful nor to slip. My fried cauliflower was suppose to be vegan but the batter tasted like there was eggs in the mix made me sick I couldnt eat them..so I wasted my money. So the vibe/music is LIT!!!! Drinks FLOWWWWW!!! But the service as far the when the food comes out is CRAZY. We sat at 2:03pm. Party of 6. They told us the lamb chops and grits was 4 lambs chops. The loaded grits was 3 with shrimp and crab. We also ordered appetizers. So the two seafood dips and crab cakes took about an hour. The actual food we ordered which was 2 loaded grits one with a side of potatoes one with a side of fish. Then we ordered lab chops and grits, fish and grits and not sure what the other member ordered but doesn t matter she didn t get it. After an hour and 40 minutes only three members of the party had got there meal. The crab cakes were good and so was the dip. the dip only comes with 5 pieces of bread (you ll have to order more ) the strawberry and blueberry lemon drop are both good! Opt for the blueberry. It s cheaper and stronger! Ended up telling the manager cancel all the entrees as it took over an hour and 40 minutes when the total time you book a table for it s TWO HOURS!!!! How are you giving us a time limit when the food hasn t even come out?! Crazy !!!! Dj was lit. Overall atmosphere lit ! Food service TERRIBLE !!! 0/10 so not recommend. Our server, Nathan, was very pleasant. Could have been a little more attentive but I m not sure how many tables he was serving. Overall experience if you re hungry DONT COME HERE!!! You ll drink but food is scarce. Birthday brunch for me was a WASTE!! Mad i came here at all but it looked good on social media. No one expect the server was apologetic! Not even the manager. I came out with friends for brunch . It was 5 of us . 3 of us ordered French toast and the server came back and told us they ran out of French toast . So after I placed an order for something else here they come with my French toast but not my eggs and bacon . One of the drinks the other girl wanted to order that s on the menu she was told they didn t make no more . I ordered the mimosa flight that on the menu says it comes with 3 juices and he told me it changed and only comes with 2 so in conclusion they need to update their menu . We were seated right before 4 and at 520 we still didn t have food and they close at 6. They took our food to another table and when they denied the food and said it wasn t theirs then they brought the food to us. Why they think I want my food in 3 separate parts and not all together is beyond me. And my bacon was cold. The food and drinks was alright and the DJ was lit but I probably won t be back. The service was mediocre. I believe the owner or manager was walking around but wasnt helpful nor really interested in making sure guest were having a good time. He looked high or spaced out. The salmon coquette was very odd compared to how they are traditionally made. It taste like no salmon was in it, just bread. It took at least an hour to get our food and lamb chops were so tough (which is hard to do to Lamb chops) that I was scared to break a tooth or my nail when trying to pull it off the bone. That was very odd because I eat Lamb chops everywhere I go just about and even with well done they are never tough. I literally became concerned and just opted to get fried chicken instead. I think better management this place could really be a hit. Oh and not to mention online it says there is a dress code but thats not true. We showed up feeling overdressed and looked at kind of crazy while the other men and women had on sneakers. The music was really the only thing good at this place. Hello I am a food blogger and review writer across Google. Ive been hearing about this place for a little while now and I decided to take a visit being that its in the vicinity where I live. I walked in on a Thursday and the bar was very relaxed and chill for the evening. I can appreciate that being that I wanted somewhere relaxed to have a drink before going home. I ordered to specialty drinks and they both were well-made into my liking! Nas was my bartender, and her personality made it enjoyable to be there! I love how this place is well decorated and the furniture looks great. It does not look outdated and cracked .. I also love the wall decor and the signs that they have. I believe they hosting such as karaoke and paint and sips on weekends. So, where do I start. Im giving the two stars for the waitress who was very patient with our party and the DJ. The food was not all that. The devil eggs was good. But I ordered the blackened catfish with cabbage and mac and cheese. Well instead of them letting me know they didnt have those sides, they just brought out the food with other sides instead. And when we told them those were not the sides we ordered, thats when they said oh, we dont have the mac and cheese and cabbage. The fish tasted as it the put a pound of salt on it. So I asked for the fried. It wasnt any better. It was over cooked. I then asked for the dirty rice and the red beans and rice. Didnt like those. The drinks was ok, but for $12? You couldnt even taste the liquor. Also, they take a %15 gratuity out. Our food came out about an hour after we ordered. One person ordered just a salad and it came out after all our food came out. A salad.......last........then we was told we had to leave because reservations are only for 2 hours. Overall, spending $79.00 at this place was NOT worth it and definitely will not be back. Maybe I will eat and drink before I get there and come just for the DJ. He was on point and the karaoke. It was good. But I will NOT spend my money here again. And dont waste yours either.

Not sure how new this place is, but it has great potential! I don t know if they were short staffed but our waiter was constantly nowhere to be found. And we got there early so there was no crowd.
