Bogdanowicz Family Law is more than a law firm. From the moment I met with Erin Bogdanowicz, I felt immediately at ease and by the end of my consultation, I trusted her completely. Erin was helping me get prepared for a contempt and enforcement hearing because my ex would not follow with the final divorce orders. She was dealing with a nightmare on paper because my previous attorney failed to put important information in the final divorce decree. But Erin said she will do her very best to collect as much possible. They immediately went to work the next day and she brought in another attorney, Carla De La Cruz to assist in her specialty. Devon is their paralegal and it wasn t too long until I still after feeling like I was part of their family. They truly cared about my feelings and everything that I have been through and they were bound and determined to keep researching that would help document my case. Well, I won my case today in court, and it was able to get way more than what I thought! Erin and I both hugged and I just thanked her and told her to please think everyone because Devon and Carla De La Cruz were not at the hearing today. I hope you re in a happy marriage but if you re not I highly recommend using this firm. The team will fight for you and keep things running in your favor and share a new idea to see if you agree with that direction. Like I said, you are a part of the, and will be consulted on any decision that needs. They will give you their opinion if you ask. They are extremely smart attorneys and paralegals so I recommend taking their advice and be patient and hopefully They can help you collect more than you are asking as well And give your ex the perfect motivation to keep up with their payments!!!

One star because there is not another option. Strange how there are only 8 reviews here as long as the practice has been going. My guess is that like this one it will eventually be removed. This firm was not a good representation for me. Bad advice that cost me a LOT of money, dragged out a custody counselor evaluation that was mandated by the court and lost that battle again in court costing more money when I said lets do the evaluation they said no we can get out of it. Well they didnt, weak performance in court and I moved to a different attorney after that. The evaluation was in my favor and helped bring the divorce to a final end. Bogdanowicz also said I needed a financial expert to protect my 401K prior to marriage, This is not true! only if you are going after the interest earned. They researched it any way after I signed a document turning it down and billed me for the research that I didnt want. Very unprofessional on one court appearance when they sent another attorney and didnt tell me. That attorney knew I was there and went into court without me as I was just outside of court. Moving to another attorney was the best decision I did, just wish I would have done it sooner to save a lot of money and headaches.

I could not recommend this firm enough. The entire staff was professional, timely, and respectful in all of their correspondences. They guided me through an extremely difficult situation, and walked me through every single step to ensure that I was fully informed of my options. I went in worried that I would be lost in the process and thus my childrens best interests wouldnt be heard in court nor considered in the final decision. Fortunately, my worries could not have been farther from the actual outcome! I walked away with my childrens best interests in place and then some!! I could not be happier with how things went. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU Kelly & Erin for representing my children and me. You guys are life changers, and Im so incredibly grateful for all of you guys at this law firm!

Kelly and her staff are Amazing and that does not seem to be enough to express how they care about you, make you feel like your their only client and accomplish amazing results. I owe them everything for piece of mind and my life. If you use them for any legal reason you can rest assured your in the best possible hands. I will be forever grateful to them.

Erin and her team were very prompt, responsive, caring and kind. Their offices were also centrally located, easy to get to, inviting, clean and comfortable. Everyone I encountered on her team cared about myself and my family. I really enjoyed getting to know them through our time together.

Phenomenal experience. Managed opposing counsel very well. Kept me in the loop the entire way. Always provided options with trade offs. You won t find a better lawyer. Highly recommended Erin and her team!!!

Carla De La Cruz is amazing. I am very grateful to have gotten to work with her. She represented me in my immigration case and was always easy to contact , helpful and kind. She exceeded my expectations and always showed a high level of professionalism. Every time I called the office, everyone was nice and friendly. I recommend working with Carla or anyone in this firm!

Erin & Misty are by far THE best attorneys in DFW. They listened to what we wanted and created a path for us to go on in an attempt to get what was in the best interest of the kids. Their professionalism, organization, knowledge and compassion are what led us to achieving our goal. They are both a force to be reckoned and would highly recommend them.
