We celebrated our anniversary here and it was amazing!! Our server Peyton was amazing. The food was so incredible, everything we had we couldn t stop talking about. We will 100% be back as often as possible - new favorite spot in Dallas. We got the calamari, bucatini (MUST TRY), steak, Mac & cheese with lobster, and the orange olive oil cake.

Terrible. Initial drink order was wrong. The redfish way overcooked. As someone who grew up on the coast, I have cooked plenty of redfish. This was awful. $14 for 3 broccolini spears is absurd. The pricing was way too high for the product produced, especially the ala carte sides. The scallops, mafalde and rock shrimp pasta were serviceable. Unimaginative dessert menu heavy on fruit based dishes. Slow, distracted service-took forever to get refills on drinks, more sauce for appetizer was slow to arrive. It was a birthday meal for two people in our party-incredibly disappointing. I will recommend my friends go elsewhere.

We eat out. A lot. We love fine dining. After reading the reviews for Even Coast, we were excited to try it. We arrived yesterday with a reservation. We were seated immediately but at a booth very close to the large bar (when I say close, about 10 feet max) - even though the dining room was empty and wed booked standard seating. A group of between 20-25 people had gathered on our side of the bar - apparently to celebrate a birthday based on a bunch of presents on a nearby high top. There werent enough bar stools so people were milling around the bar instead. At some points, the folks were about 3-4 feet away from our booth; in fact, several group members leaned down to ask if our appetizer was good. Needless to say, the noise level was so high that our server could not hear us and we could not hear him. We had to shout at each other. Our server apologized, saying the group had arrived without a reservation and they would be asked to move to the patio. That did not happen. After being seated about 45 minutes, we asked for our food to be packed to go instead of brought to the booth. As for the food, it was nothing special. The calamari was so-so. The Caesar salad consisted of 5 large romaine leaves topped with 4 anchovies and 3 small croutons (for $16). There was no offer of cracked pepper (though, in fairness, the server likely didnt have room to grind it). Other reviews mention natural light; any light at our booth was blocked out by the crowd. Although we took our entrees home, we havent tried them yet. When we left, we went to another dining establishment which just highlighted the unpleasant experience at Even Coast. Assume this (obviously) bad seating choice was due to inexperience on the part of the hostess/manager - although we never saw a manager. Id save your money. We wont be back and will tell our friends and business associates to skip it too. Too bad since we were looking for a new place to add to our dining go-tos.

Last night, I had the pleasure of a lovely evening at Even Coast. From the moment I walked through the lavish doors, I was transported to a coastal paradise. The decor is a beautiful blend. I kicked things off with the Johnny D, a frozen delight reminiscent of a Long Island Iced Tea. As a true L.I.T. gal, I couldnt resist a third round during Happy Hour only $7! The calamari was divine, perfectly coated and came with a crispy fried broccoli stem. The Texas Redfish stole the show with its to-die-for Cajun sauce and perfectly cooked rice. As a TX native living in OKC, this dish was a taste of home. For dessert, I had the millionaire. It was rich and indulgent, the perfect end to a fabulous meal. The ambiance was stunning, with versatile seating options perfect for any occasion. The waitstaff rocked Levis uniforms, and I loved seeing that giant black pepper grinder in action! The managers visit added a personal touch to an already perfect evening. Check out my pics and videos for a glimpse of this unforgettable experience.

We got there in time for our reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes. What s the point? The food was alright. Seafood is good however all the mains like pastas and appetizers are terribly portioned. They barely give you ANY food for the price you are paying. We had to order the burger just to fill up. I expected a big investment like this restaurant to know how to portion their food. Fix your serving plates and actually give customers what they pay for.

Went with my husband on Saturday night. There was a short wait (20-30 minutes), but we ended up finding a spot at the bar and decided to eat there. Ramon and other staff were great! The food was all delicious and the atmosphere was perfect- not too stuffy but upscale. Love the location to our neighborhood, so will definitely be back. My only suggestion would be to make the cocktails smaller (and less $$). It was too much (volume wise) for a pre-dinner drink. I d rather pay $11 for half as much so I could switch to wine Other than that we were really happy with our experience!

Vibe: Chic, open-concept, and effortlessly stylish. It s the kind of place that feels upscale but still super cozy and welcoming. Perfect for date nights, celebrations, or just catching up with friends. Food Highlights: Steak Tartare: Fresh and flavorful, one of the best I ve had. Oysters: Crisp, briny, and always a hit. Salmon Dip: Creamy, rich, and perfect for sharing. Bolognese: As someone who s obsessed with Bolognese and has tried it across Europe, I can vouch that theirs is fantastic. Cheeseburger: A must-order. Perfectly cooked patties with balanced flavors it s comfort food elevated. Happy Hour: Runs Monday through Friday. Great way to sample the menu and enjoy the space without rushing through the experience. Service: Friendly and attentive. The managers are fantastic always around, making sure you re having a great time. They add a personal touch that makes every visit feel special. Overall: Even Coast is off to a strong start in Dallas, and it s clear it s going to be a staple in the local food scene. Whether you re a foodie or just looking for a great new spot, it s worth checking out. Highly recommend!

Even Coast in Dallas, located off Beltline Road, is an exceptional dining experience that truly lives up to its high expectations! I ve visited this newly opened restaurant a couple of times once for my anniversary with my husband and another time for happy hour with my girlfriends. The atmosphere is stunning, featuring a gorgeous open-concept design that feels both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. With Executive Chef Omar Flores at the helm, the cuisine is simply outstanding. Every dish bursts with high-quality ingredients and remarkable flavors. My personal favorites are the steak tartare, oysters, and salmon dip. As a Bolognese enthusiast who has sampled versions in Italy, France, and all over Europe, I can confidently say that Even Coast s Bolognese is just as good if not better right here in Dallas! Don t miss their cheeseburger, which is an absolute must-try. The patties are cooked to perfection, and the flavors and textures are perfectly balanced. If you re ever uncertain about what to order, the cheeseburger is a fantastic choice. Their happy hour, available Monday through Friday, is another highlight and a great way to enjoy what this restaurant has to offer. Additionally, the staff at Even Coast are phenomenal. I ve had the pleasure of meeting managers Christopher and Chelsea, who are super helpful and attentive definitely say hi to them when you visit! In a city like Dallas, where the food scene is incredibly competitive, I have no doubt that Even Coast will quickly become a beloved staple. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

Decor is stellar. Five stars. The service was nice too. The fake plants, one star The portions were small, which is fine and all, but the prices are so high that it really just feels not great especially after we tasted the food. I wanted a lighter lunch and noticed this place just opened and it had a seafood look.. decided to give it a try. My salad was 16 dollars and I added salmon as a protein - what came out was a side salad sized dish and an overcooked dry salmon placed beside it. The dressing was pretty oily and overdressed - so the lettuce was even difficult to get on the fork. The salmon was a 13 dollar add-on - 29 dollar oily small salad. My wife didnt want a protein and loves fresh pasta, there was one pesto pasta dish, so thats what she ordered. The bowl is comical large with something like a 4 inch lip on it and perhaps two cups area for the pasta, but only like one cup of actual pasta. This dish was maybe 25 dollars? Oily pesto, way too salty, definitely disappointing overall. Beautiful setup though, great space. We didnt get any cocktails for the light lunch desire, but the outside patio looks very inviting, but I cant imagine what a Black Manhattan would cost based on the good portion/cost ratio. It felt like a soft opening, but it wasnt. It was very confusing. Vegetarian options: Perhaps two salads and one pasta dish is the only vegetarian option.

We had a great dinner last night at a wonderful new restaurant called Even Coast. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The service was prompt and attentive. (Special thanks to our server Heather). The food was over the top fabulous. The place just opened and is so new that I couldn t check in on Facebook. We started by splitting the BIG EYE TUNA CRUDO which was wonderful. Debbie ordered the New Bedford Ma Scallops. Her choice did not disappoint. I decided on the Bucatini which was so delicious that I had to order a second serving. We shared a refreshing bottle Rombauer Chardonnay with our extraordinary meal. The general manager, Chris stopped by to make sure everything came out the way we wanted. It did and we will definitely be back.

The crust on the Chilean salmon was perfect with a delicate flakey center. The salsa on the broccoli was delicious and the mild heat really worked in its favor to add to the wonderful crunch. I will be back for more.

Came across an article about the opening of this restaurant in the Addison area. While we normally wait a month after grand openings for places to work their kinks out, we heard so many great things about this place, why not go on its 6th day of being open? The interior is beautiful. Open and grandiose yet inviting. The hostesses are dressed as Flight Attendants.Such a cute way to add to the ambiance. My SO wasnt drinking that evening but noticed they had a No Fashioned, which is a non-alcoholic version of an Old Fashioned. It was absolutely amazing. Flavor was spot on for an Old Fashioned. Highly recommend to anyone that may want a cocktail but isnt partaking in alcohol for whatever reason. I walked in knowing we were going to order the Cornmeal Dusted Fried Oysters. I saw reviews and photos of them and said no matter what - they are a must have. Every single review did not do them justice. They have to be the best fried oysters we have EVER had. So tender, juicy, and crispy with the perfect sauce accompanying it. The spinach just rounded it nicely. The clam chowder sounded so good that I decided to get that. My SO loves his Caesar and ordered that. Both were delicious. The chowder was thinner than I expected, but that was good because it wasnt a heavy mouthfeel. I dont recall a lot of bacon lardons, but that is fine, as too much would overpower the flavor of the clams. I forgot l even had soup crackers because I was so focused on the soup. Definitely did not need them. My SO ordered the Fish N Chips, which is beer battered cod, slaw, tartar, and rosemary matchstick fries. His exact words were these fries are like crack. He went crazy for them. Perfectly crispy, great balance of rosemary, and nicely salted. The cod was a single, large piece, and it was cooked to perfection. The waiter highly recommended the house made bucatini with lump crab, and he was 1,000% accurate on that call. I can still remember that flavor in my head. Pasta was exactly al dente, which a lot of restaurants do not seem to achieve. The cream sauce had a great zing of lemon, and there was a good amount of lump crab to have with every bite. Definitely worth it. We were both very full after our appetizers and main course, but upon hearing there was an orange olive oil cake with gelato on the menu, we immediately went that direction. That dessert was flawless. The orange came through and complimented the strawberries extremely well. The cake was incredibly moist. To show how much we enjoyed our evening, we booked our anniversary dinner on our drive home. Can t ever recall booking on the drive home from eating at a restaurant! 5/5 stars in all categories.
