Last night was my first time at the Haute Spot to see Stryper. There was a lot to be happy about! First, I was very impressed with the friendly security and staff. Secondly, the venue was not too big and everything was nicely accessible. And, the margaritas were great! I recommend this venue and look forward to returning. Thank you!

My husband has knee and back pain and uses a walker. I was stressed and unsure if I should take him to the concert because of his handicap. The staff was so wonderful and really went above and beyond to accommodate us. I came away from there feeling so blessed because of the way everything worked out so well thanks to the owner of the venue.

This venue would be four stars but allows smoking so I deducted two stars. Its ridiculous they allow smoking in 2024. It completely ruined the experience. The food was good and you can easily order at the table. Some item prices were highway robbery, like $4 for a can of Coke. The bathroom was very nice. Parking was free and very close. The sound system needs some adjustments as its so loud it drowns out the vocals.

Great venue! Not a bad seat in the house. It was 95 degrees at 7 pm, so standing in that heat for several hours outside wasnt exactly comfortable but they gave us free cold bottled water (which is pretty rare) so that was nice. The only complaint we had was that we bought tickets to be right up against the stage and there were only about 10 other people in this section by the time the headliner came on, so the staff let people from other sections, who paid significantly less, come up to where we were. Had I known I couldve got that section when I paid for the sections further away, I never wouldve paid as much as I did to be where I was. That was pretty disappointing. Anyway, something to keep in mind for future events.

My friend and I had the great fortune to catch the epic Wailers 40th Anniversary of Legends album concert on a last minute ticket grab, Fri nite 6 Sep 2024! We enjoy supporting live music, been to hundreds of shows all across the ATX area for 15 Summer/Fall concert seasons and never had the pleasure to visit Haute Spot until Friday nite! WOW! Totally blown away at the overall pleasurable comfort and ease of use of this super fun, upscale and intriguingly intimate yet spacious venue! Online ticketing was easy, checking in at venue was quick, streamlined and very pleasant. We were immediately impressed with the professional, courteous and welcoming staff and crew! The set up once inside is visually pleasing & esthetically interesting... an effective blend of tree canopy/grassy landscaping, hightop tables/chairs, lowtop tables/chairs, lights, a striking balcony overlooking the well lit stage, a beautiful bar, a cool rustic satellite beer/fireball bar and a nicely appointed merch stand... adirondack chairs, a few picnic tables, there are multiple price points/seating options and GA options too, something for everyone! Feel free to bring a blanket!! Lots of standing room options! There was also an area in front of stage for dancing and jamin! It was a great party and we had a blast! Acoustically, Haute Spot is a fabulous 5star gem! From any location on the property you will experience awesome sound. There is no other live music outdoor venue of its size in ATX and surrounding areas that acoustically compare to Haute Spot, period. Its just that good. Drinks were competitively priced, and tasty, we did not order food to eat this visit, although we heard from others we spoke with that they enjoyed theirs! Drink service was swift, easy ordering with QR code, and wait staff were helpful and friendly! From a logistics stand point, vehicle travel to Haute Spot is a breeze, with easy on & off access right off 183A. Their complimentary Parking (approx 500 vehicles) was more than ample and much appreciated! There is a Hyatt Place hotel situated near to venue for those who want to party and stay over nite! The best part of the entire experience... is that everyone could chill and enjoy themselves and their vibe, however they wanted to! Hence, my 5 star rating. We are so looking forward to returning to Haute Spot, catching Marshall Tucker in November and likely will be back in the coming weeks ahead, for another show if the creek dont rise! If you love live music, and feeling free and easy at a show, give your self and your soulspirit a gift and check out a show or ten at Haute Spot. Youll be glad you did!

First time visit last night for The Wailers. They were amazing, and had several original players, and a level of humility in their reggae playing that was powerful. I sprung for the balcony with my crew, which had great views, separate bathrooms and a nice bar. You could order from the main bar and also get food brought to your location, with a QR code much like at major airports. The venue overall had great sound everywhere, a bit better down near the stage, of course. It looks like the high top tables are the ones to get if you want to be ground level. Parking was easy and the entire place was really clean. Next time, bringing a bigger group and grabbing a few tables! I live exactly 1 mile away, and cant hear the bands, which is a testament to the ingenious way they set up the stage.

My wife and I met some friends at Haute Spote for a concert and its a nice venue. Its outdoors, but it has so many trees and shade and water misters that the temperature was really pleasant, even in Texas summer heat. Their food and drinks were good. They only lose a star from me due to some parking and exiting issues. My wife had a broken leg and getting around was a challenge, but we got there early and parked near an exit. We asked the guard there if we could use the exit to get back to the car and was told yes, but when the concert was over a different guard wouldnt let us leave through that gate. We could see the car. My wife is hobbling, but they refused and we had to walk all the way around the venue to get out. It was unnecessary and I dont see what harm it would have been to let her exit there. Well go back, but I feel like they took a hit on service with us. Otherwise it was a flawless evening there.

My first Smash Burger was a spiritual experience! Haute Spot throws down a mischievously crunchy pair of patties grilled to semi-perfection. The toppings and condiments screamed from the rafters we mean business. I tasted all of the generally accepted Food Groups in the first bite. An absolute conflagration of fresh vegetables and spices that rivals eateries with *stars* and exorbitant overhead! There were other food groups in the remainder that your dietitian would not approve of! While Haute Spot has a welcoming atmosphere that s perilously close to a visit to a friend s home, that Smashing smash burger tasted like it was custom-made just for me. Come for the music, stay for the menu you may never leave!

Nice atmosphere but otherwise kind of a mess. The womens bathroom was out of soap and though it had four stalls, one was broken to begin with and another broke halfway through the night. Door staff gave incorrect information on whether there was any GA seating, seating was not clearly explained or marked inside the venue, and the staff themselves seemed confused on where certain seating sections were. The online ordering at the tables via QR code worked for food, but the drink ordering system had somehow been turned off so drink orders never arrived. I dont have a problem getting up and ordering from the bar but its just an example of how things werent running smoothly. The vibe felt like the place had just opened the day before and no one knew what was going on. Food was decent bar food. Parking was available in a large, free field. The venue lends itself to fairly intimate concert experiences

First the positive.parking is free and seems to be enough of it. Food/Bev and service good, easy to order with your cellphone. Sadly the negative outweighs it if you purchase seats. Described as high top tables, the reality is low plastic patio tables and chairs that not only make you feel like you re down in a hole, but the entire area between you and the stage is filled with people standing up shoulder to shoulder. So it s impossible to see the act you paid money (in our case over $300) to see. Strange concert layout that I woukd not attend again. Either arrive early and stand in front of the stage or buy seats where you see a wall of people standing in front of you.

Gracies got this knack for making you feel like you re chatting with an old friend, not just another person in line. Every visit is better because shes there, adding that personal touch that turns a good night into a great one. In short, Gracie is the heart of The Haute Spot. My best friend lives in Austin and I was thinking of making the drive from Houston area to visit him and his wife. In discussing ideas of what to do while I was there, my friend mentioned The Haute Spit and how much they loved going there. Saw that Dylan Wheeler was going to be at The Haute Spot, which closed the deal. Im making the road trip to hang out and listen to some damn good music. Had a question regarding seating accomodations so I reached out to The Haute Spot and Donovan replied back quickly. He was extremely helpful. Fast forward a week later and we arrive that night to enjoy ourselves. What a GREAT place!!! Absolutely LOVED the venue and the whole vibe. Great place to watch some live music and hang out with friends. Service was efficient and quick. You order drinks and/or food thru your phone and voila! Its there in a flash. Ordered quite a few rounds of drinks for my table (all via their mobile menu) and every time, they arrived quickly. Even paid out at the end via the mobile site. Staff were on top of things and the ordering process was a breeze. Donovan was even there and swung by my table to introduce himself and say hi. We had a great time and hope I get to make it back there for another show. Bravo to The Haute Spot and kudos to Donovan for making our night great!

There is also lots of random spread out flat top tables (no chairs) where you can post up and are able to place your drink down and enjoy some food. These are nice little touches that dont go unnoticed! Also really like that they have paid table sections where you dont have to stand and can order drinks and food right to your table! Not a lot of concert venues that you can do that without paying a fortune for this type of service. Drinks are a little pricey but thats expected these days. Cant wait to go back for another concert! Bought premium balcony tickets for $85.00 each. Tickets were not listed as standing room only. (I have bought standing room only seats before for concerts, but they were always listed as such. ). Photos of red barstools at the balcony are clearly pictured in venue photos but absent when we got here. I don t feel like we got what we paid for. Other patrons were also feeling duped and questioning employees. Employee said that sometimes there are seats on balcony and sometimes there are not. they don t guarantee seating. Seems like shady business practices. I drove in from Fort Worth and definitely feel ripped off and won t be likely to return.

Manager was very rude when confronted about the pit area being farther back than the map showed. And said you guys still have a good view . No apology, just arguing about how the seats are still good instead of fixing the issue. This is false advertisement and would not recommend coming to this scam place.

Always a great time at the Haute Spot! The people checking tickets are super nice. The bartenders could use some training on cocktails but I am fine just getting beer. The prices are fine for a concert venue. No complaints there. My friends who smoke have a corner to go do that so thanks y all. I also like the many options to get tickets for seats. Even though we were freezing, we still had a great time watching The Bacon Brothers.

My first time at THE HAUGHT SPOT and here are some bullet points regarding my experience... The Good- *Venue was very nice for a concert..chill lighting, plenty of seating and tables...coming in everyone was nice, jovial and fun. *Stage & Sound were very acceptable, however not 5 or even 4 star. The BAD *Drinks are RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED! My girlfriend & I were only there from 9:15pm to 10:45pm and my bill was $200 bucks. *As soon as the band played the last note...no more noise mind you...bright lights turned on, security guards and staff made it very WEIRD. 10:45pm on a Saturday night. Standing over you, intimidating and uncomfortable... telling you to get the F out. Ill be seeing my shows and buying my drinks somewhere else. Which is unfortunate as I liked the atmosphere initially, but just felt uncomfortable leaving. In the live music capitol of the world there are better venues.

Cold, no heat lamps, horrible food, drag show started late the day I went for last show. Multiple people walked out including myself. The brunch buffet is over priced. They only give coffe as a beverage option. I ask about water or juice and the manager acted like I asked him to eat fire or something. First and last time in this astabelishment. And, yes that chicken was raw/ under cooked.

What a treat and a fabulous surprise. This was my first time to a Drag show and to this venue. I will have to come back and see more shows here. I would give a 4.5 but Google doesn t do that. The drinks were awesome and there was plenty to choose from. We came for the drag brunch and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The brunch buffet was pretty good. I say that because I grew up in the land of buffets. I know they do this regularly so I was a little surprised by the fact that they weren t quite prepared with the amount of coffee that would be drank. It was chilly outside. 80% of the food was fantastic and the rest was ok. I asked the group I was with about what they ate because I am limited. Waffles were awesome! One said and another said, The biscuits and gravy were ok. I was hoping for a little more flavor. I myself ate eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage, salmon and fruit. The salmon was disappointing. I m not sure I would have had something like that sitting out. Over all, it was a great time. The performances were amazing and I enjoyed my first drag experience in a perfect place. I m excited to see some other shows here. Like I said, 4.5. I recommend this place and this event as well.

Went to my first concert here to see the Members Only 80s show on Friday, 11/10 and I was a little disappointed. I found the tickets and drinks and even the water VERY expensive. But despite the high prices, the womens restroom only had ONE functioning toilet. The show was advertised as 8-11, but the band stopped right around 10 and took a long break in the middle. Id say we got about 90 minutes of music. On a personal level, I was disappointed by the song selection. But I understand that is subjective. Im not saying I wouldnt come back if the right person was playing, but I just wasnt impressed on my first visit. Will update if that changes!

Venue is great. Management (Brandon) could not be worse. We reserved a table MONTHS in advance, arrived 2 hours early and ended up being assigned a table with stools that had no backs. Two people in our group have back issues and could not sit on a stool with no backs. We were early enough that we tried to get chairs with backs, to be told we could not move chairs. We then asked to be moved to a different table and he said no. After telling him we want a refund, as we are unable to sit for 2 hours on a stool with no back, he then moved us to a table with broken stools. The entire time he was indignant and acted as if he was doing us a favor.

Incredibly beautiful venue with great taste in music bookings but unfortunately no decent food and all seats are socially stratified. Strict pay to sit policy and no ins & outs. Also there s nothing to do pre-show or after. No pool tables or cornhole or anything of the sort. Very little entertainment value other than the band you re going to see. Security is good. Parking is good. That s about it.

Pros and cons to this place. Pros: It is not huge so an anywhere in there is good for sound and seeing the stage. Other than a mic issue at the very end, the sound there was really good. It was super clean...bar, bathrooms, grounds were all really nice. Bartenders were fast and service was good. Food was OK, standard bar snacks that were good. Cons: Getting in was overcomplicated. This is basically a bar/restaurant with an outdoor space and a stage, but getting in was like going through airport security. I have entered large arenas and amphitheaters faster than I got in here. Empty pockets, get scanned, remove your hat...move to next station....show ID, get an over 21 bracelet...move to the next station...get a color coded bracelet for your section. It was too much to get into what is basically a large bar. On top of that, security was rude. Heard them comment that everyone coming in was so bougie and they think they can do whatever they want. They were just slightly confrontational with everyone I saw them interact with. I could honestly rant for a while about the security getting in, but no one wants to read all that so Ill just say that the process of getting into this place was so frustrating that it is the main reason I likely will not go back. Overall, once we were in things were OK. The show was good. The thing is that there are lots of places to see music in Austin though and almost all of them are way chiller than this place. Ill probably skip this place in the future and keep making the drive south to Far Out, Stubbs, Scoot Inn, Mohawk, etc. where everything is a bit more chill.

We saw Hermans Hermits. This was an amazing show on a beautiful night. Peter Noone gave us an almost 2 hr show. They played all of their hits, plus many other British invasion hits. Way above my expectations. We had front row table seating. The majority of the seats around us had arm rest and backing. The few in front were just seats and became very uncomfortable as the concert went on. When making reservations, there is nothing that distinguishes the difference in seats. Its just a few seats that the venue could easily replace to make seating more comfortable. Also, the tables around us had the same complaint, strobe lights continuously flashing into guest eyes. We found this very annoying. Last item. The opening act was so mismatched for the crowd in attendance. I believe Sydney Wright is talented. Thank goodness the very very much older crowd, was polite, because 98% of the people didnt pay attention to her.

Great sound, beautiful venue. Seating is competitive, but its a concert so thats to be expected. However.....drinks are very overpriced, mainly water which you have to buy in a 16oz can for around $5. There are two free water stations that I was told were first come first served and they would not be refilled after they were empty, which....was fast. In the middle of August in Texas theyre only providing one round of water for a crowd theyre serving alcohol to, while I saw two buss boys playfully whipping each other with their towels like they dont have time to fill up a water station. Unprofessional and dangerous.

We have been here many times for different concerts. There s no reason to pay for the upgraded tickets unless you want to be in the very front row. Anywhere you stand or sit has a great view. We like this venue because it s small and intimate. Never feels overcrowded even when sold out. The only reason I did not give FIVE STARS is because they need to be more on the ball at the bar. The bar staff is SO slow. I stood in line for more than 20 minutes while the band was playing to get a drink. That s unacceptable! There should be at least one line for beer only or have another area outside for selling only beer. It s the mixed drinks that slows them down. The plus is the parking is free. We have never been there when there was no more parking in the lot, but then we get there around the time the first band goes on stage. The venue is easy to get to from the toll road too.

We were 5 people, including an 8 y/o. We reserved a table for 4, and called the venue to ask if we can purchase much expensive ticket (double price) so the 5th person can join us at the table. We also told them that our son will sit on our lap, so no additional chairs were needed. We were there early and grabbed bottled waters. We were not trying hoard but apparently we got 6 bottles of water. When we were walking to our table, the manager came and asked us to give the 6th bottle to him. We were like Ok, here and did not understand why he was aggressive about a bottled water. Then after few minutes, he came to our table and asked one of us to leave the reserved area. We told him that we called and got a confirmation before we bought the 5th ticket (again, twice the table tickets). He told us no, they have not told you that . So basically he is saying that we are lying. He was like I take the phone calls here, all calls go to me . Apparently he does not know how to run a business. And he has no idea what is going on around the venue. We ended up not sitting together because he was being a jerk. When we said that, he threaten to kick us out by saying if I want to watch the show from the parking lot . How classy? He said people are complaining if there are people standing around the tables. And there were people standing after the concert started. Guess what, the manager did not even say anything to those people. We did not even see him once. I am sorry for the venue that they picked this guy as a manager. We are not coming back because of this bad experience.
