Dead place they never have what I need there when can this place be good I know never It will never also there so mean to me and me only find a better store even the dollar tree and family dollar store is better go there stop taking your kids there. My kids didnt know the candy was expired I didnt ether and then I looked after they got sick and the candy expired 2021 Check the expiration dates too!!! Please find a better store

The store is great for finding a variety of affordable items, from toys and games to home decor. The prices were very odd, cause its called Five and Below and one of the photos had the price and it wasnt below $5, there was only 2 staff members in which was odd and the cashier was so quiet I could barely hear him, its an okay place that needs a few improvements

Priscilla Mendoza missed the class on customer service. Lack of awareness for cash register and then while I waited for five minutes had the nerve to be rude. I placed my items at the lit register and then she said I m not open there- I need you to bring all your items over here. She didn t want to start ringing items as I brought them over. I need all your items here before I ring up. Didn t even bother to help. Power issue for no reason.

I travel frequently and DollarTree, Walmart, Costco & Five Below are the always top of my list. This location amongst others in Austin is always short staffed and understocked. I would avoid the headache of looking for this place, parking, only to be disappointed to nor find anything.

I have visited several Five Below stores, but this particular one was outstanding. It offered a vast selection of products in various price ranges, all of which seemed to be of excellent quality. Additionally, there were some fantastic deals, particularly in the $5 range. I highly recommend it.

Five Below are good stores to find items for low prices, but sadly I wont be going there anymore. Today we came within 20 minutes of closing, as we knew exactly what we wanted, in less than 3 minutes we were already in the line to pay. They only had one cash register open and the manager walking back and forth while more than 25 people gathered to pay. This man has been asked to open a second box, since due to some problem with a payment with a client the payment was blocked, this man did not want to and after almost 20 minutes waiting to pay we have left without buying, I think which is a lack of respect for customers. The lady who was collecting was in a hurry because she saw the number of people waiting and this man continued from one place to another in the store, indifferent to the situation. I thought maybe because of the higher price point, despite inflation, this discount store would hold true to its vision of selling everything below $5. Alas, no. They now say five beyond. They sell a number of items higher than $5. Five Below is a solid discount store and it does sell more innovative stuff than the average discount store.
