Came in and the host sat us down with menus. Great! But after waiting 20 minutes nobody came to ask for our drinks so I asked the host if we could get someone to assist us and he said he would get someone. After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked a waiter walking by if she could assist us and she said she was going to get someone for our section. There were other people around who weren t being assisted and people were still being seated at the open tables near us but no server. It was disappointing.

The place was fun full of cool games and all. The food was good depending on what you ordered. The service did take a while but overall it was ok. The only problem was I ordered a burger to go and I only received the lettuce, meat, and fries we didn t even get the bun with the burger. I didn t even get to check it until I got home and it was very upsetting since how could you call it a burger and only give the meat?

Came in today played games first then stopped to get some food before we went back to play. Our server NEVER came back to the table after we ordered. No refills no condiments we had to get up to get our own Togo boxes. The only reason she got a 20% tip is because I used to work here a long time ago and 20% is the standard tip I leave but if she would ve at least came back to the table it could ve been an easy $50. Food was good my nephew had fun so that s all that matters. We will be back but won t eat here. Also the winner circle only having 1 worker on a Saturday is crazy! The guy seemed overwhelmed and when the girl with the glasses finally came to help she seem she couldn t have cared less lol. A lot of the prizes don t even have ticket prices and that makes you stand in line to get the ticket price and hope you have enough or you will have to find something else and get back in the long line.

Thursday Night Football, not that packed, and only three of us. Ordered water, waited around 10 minutes and nothing came. We ordered two little kegs ($37 each?!). Drinks were $100 after tax and each keg provided 3 to 4 drinks. Ridiculous and felt ripped off. Issues: - The beer keg was not pressurized correctly, or some other issue. This was extremely annoying and overpriced. The beer was 90% foam and 10% beer. We brought it to the staffs attention and nothing was done. So we drank 90% foam beer for $100. Amazing. - We ordered the kegs to avoid having to reorder beers. The most frustrating part is we ordered drinks before the game started and didnt get them until a few minutes after the second quarter began. - A LARGE party (of 10 or more) was seated sometime after us and all received their beverages well before we did. How do the procedures work here? Food: It was the best part, really tasty. However, the food was brought out in bits and pieces. Entrees were brought before apps? Again, this seems like a logistics or procedural issue. Wings, fries, and queso were all top-notch. Games: - Standard arcade games! Needs more retro games honestly, felt like something was missing. Great selection overall however and cannot complain. Verdict: - Ordering drinks and food early enough and waiting for 25% of the game to be done before seeing it does not invoke the desire to return. When you add on the prices, quality, and the fact a large party got their order before us left us feeling frustrated and overcharged. Do not think we will be returning here sadly, unless something is done to right this. The food and games were the only redeeming quality, but our experience started poorly.

My son loves the ARENA feature. During our visit today everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and the food was fast and HOT! Our waitress NEISHA was so nice and came by often. Definitely recommend coming with the family for a good time! Weekdays before 6pm are awesome!

Dee and Darnell were great. This is my first time at D&B in a very long time and they made my experience great and made me want to come back. Wow!! The nice bartender with the beard I believe his name is Randall 10/10! So attentive and kind! We didn t have to call him over for anything, he was always point with the service! I ordered some lemon pepper wings and fries, it came out so fast and was hot! The drinks were real good and not all watered down! I drove 30 mins to come here and I will again! Me and my husband sanket lokhande flew out to dallas for the weekend to meet friends so nine of us including two kids came to your location on friday august 16 at 8:30 pm we were offered the shuffleboard game play area which was 35 per hr and included a free appetizer. My friend whos bday it was asked to order a mojito and got told out of mint so she then requested red wine instead. the bill came and my husband and his friend split it and didnt check but after they paid we checked the bill and got charged for the moijito and the appetizer which was suppose to be free when we go to say something there was no apologies and requested to get replacement drinks for the charges and still then it was difficult we got drinks that covered cost of mojito and appetizer charge other drinks my husband paid which was 18.90 something and on top of that we were told to tip which he did 3-4 dollars and just today he received an email from his credit card saying did you mean to tip 64% which totaled 31.00 we would not tipped that much for drinks and we should not have to pay for the mistake of your employees we spent a lot of our money there and do not appreciate the service and extra charges and add extra tip in which we did not agree to pay for. we would like to know what can be done regarding this situation we live in seattle, washington and did leave a vcm with the number given to contact merchant. If our friend had not checked the bill we would have been charged extra for things not received and for things told it came free with package.

My two boys and I had an amazing time here tonight. We were able to get a seat quickly and the service was incredibly friendly. Our server, Shodrack, was kind and friendly, something you dont often get with servers anymore. He took time to help us navigate options for my son and I who have Celiac disease. Our chosen option didnt end up being in stock, so he helped us find another option that worked and everyone was happy. He also helped us get set up on the Arena game and navigate playing the different scenarios. The only issue for us is that we wish there were more gluten free options for us to eat, but thats the case at many other restaurants as well. Overall, it was a great time with my boys having some good fun and winning Deadpool and Wolverine swag in the coolest crane game around! Dietary restrictions: They have some gluten free options, but not a ton. Mainly nachos and wings. The wings were pretty good though.

Kids have blast couldn t be happier. It was not expensive and because of the age of our kids, they weren t even sure if the game was being played half the time and had a ball. Only thing I ll say is be a little careful with the tickets. They automatically go on your card, but you might want to see how many you have and kind of buzzed through the shop before you bring kids in there with unrealistic expectations. That game doesn t work managers come over super helpful. Staff was amazing. Lots of kids playing around other parents were great as well.

We had never been there before, but we had looked at other venues that seemed similar in terms of equipment. Upon entering through the front doors, we were blown away. I was looking for a room that could accommodate more than 200 people, and their dining room fits 223. It even has a huge audio-visual wall called The Wow Wall. I was truly wowed! Next, we needed to ensure the food quality was good enough for our group. The food we tasted was absolutely top-notch. I ordered the ribs, my wife had the quesadillas, and we shared some fried mozzarella as an appetizer. Everything was served quickly, with a smile, and was super tasty and high quality. I m extremely happy and can t wait to host our 220-person company Christmas party here! My question is, why hadn t I been here before?

We will not be coming to this location ever again. I coach travel softball and my entire team was at this location to have some fun before the games start. We proceed to order food and drinks and purchase playing cards for all the girls. Server did a great job doing what he could but this location is way understaffed. We had around 30+ people in our party with 1 waiter. The next thing that happened is when we went to check out Dave & Buster offered 50% off if you had the app for Dave & Busters. Server told us that some thing was wrong and they could only do 15%! Pretty sure that would fall in the category of False Advertisement! Last was our kids were in the toy purchasing area and the kid named Jonah would not help them or check them out because he would rather carry on a conversation with other kids his age. I set there and watched our kids have to wait while he talked away. This location needs a serious overhaul with the staff and the customer service. Ever parent and child left that place upset because of all the things that had happened.

Last night I took my nieces & nephew to the 9450 N. Central Expressway Dallas, Texas location & was very satisfied with the over all customer service by Ced & all the other employees. Ive worked as a server & bar tender before myself. So Im always critical when it comes to customer service. Hats off to management & all staff at this Dallas location! I was very pleased & will be returning to this location. I ll definitely be asking for Ced. I thanked him personally myself, but thank him again for me please. As well as the entire staff. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! P.S. I asked if he was in leadership there. He said Unfortunately no. I think he would be a great asset to the company if he was in a leadership role.

Wow, its been years since Ive been to a Dave & Busters! The age range in our party was 3 1/2 to 78 with a jumping 12 year old in the mix. We fed 4 adults, and one childs bought 2 game cards and had drinks for less than 300 with the tip. Everyone stayed amused. The kids and my mom had a blast. The service was so good that my mom made me add 20 after the bill was sent in. Even with that, I spent less than 300. If you eat out a lot and take kids to game places, you know what a deal this was. The only down part? USA lost to Panama on the GIANT screen. Kid-friendliness: I spent 76 on game cards, and they had a blast!

Service was bad i sent back a dsh for tasting burnt and dude gave me an attitude and a face like he was the one who cooked it. I had originally planned on tipping 35-40 bucks and ended up tipping 10 If yalls employees are complaining about tips, train them better. Some of the games were taking my chips and not working. Wouldnt come here again. Sticking to main event from now on.

This is a nice Dave & Busters location! We got some food here as well which was pretty good. Our only complaint is that a few games were not working... So we lost a couple credits because there wasnt a sign and when we shouldve won a jackpot it didnt give us credit. Otherwise, we had a lot of fun. There are a lot of games and a really big restaurant seating area.
