Theirs no way I would ve signed my name to anything if I read these reviews first. Cause everything these people saying is true. You would think they would be in contact with you instead of you constantly have to call them and they halfway answer or return your calls. I just don t feel like they in my best interest you call they act like you getting on their nerves, rush you off the phone while you still asking questions. My review for the law firm was not good at first cause I did not know what was going on. I was kinda suck with someone who was moving on but I had no idea till she left. But when she had me she was nice so I did not understand what happened. So months went by and nothing. My fiancée call the law office and called all day yesterday and we finally got someone and they told us our new attorney. He reached out to him once he was settled in his office. (He was driving we he got him) He apologized and told us what he had been doing for us. But that still did not make me happy because they have not called me and they keep calling me fiancée. But today the lawyer call me and introduced his self and told me what he had been doing. Even tho I m sick I was still able he understand and now I m happy.

Horrible communication between departments. No one ever knows what s going on. Would not recommend. My attorney Chelsea lied every step of the way and whenever I confronted her she would stop answering my calls. My accident was October of last year and in March of this year I had to chew my attorney out for her to ask for bills from providers I saw in December of last year. I was charged 2,000 for 3 counseling sessions and that was after the reduction. Screw the insurance company, not your client.

They represent plaintiffs who false claims in personal injury claims against drivers, for themselves & the plaintiff to get an easy check from Full Insured motorists. Plaintiff will ride with physical therapy for 3-6, then get steroid shots for pain . When surgery is recommended, they can opt out, then eventually the law firm & plaintiff will be cut a check. One thing for insurance companies to be crooks, but civilians & law firms too. If reviews are monitored, I m not the defendant, but I ve watched this scenario happen to too many people & now this law firm is part of my witnessing. Keep up the good commercials & scenarios given on k104.5, that s why this low life contacted this law firm.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don t make the same mistake that my mom and grandmother made by coming to this law firm. They don t communicate and lie. My mom and grandmother was hit by an 18 wheeler last year around Father s Day. It is now July the next year and my mom can t get in contact with anyone for an update. They haven t even communicated with my grandmother about her settlement but sent paperwork to my mom a month ago saying her case was settled for $35 thousand. Someone called her and told her she needs to sign documents and give her bank account and routing number. With a screenshot of proof of bank. She told my mom after they pay the doctor bills and pay themselves she would get a direct deposit of her money in two weeks! It s a month later and STILL NOTHING! No one will return voicemails, answer calls, or emails! This is plan ridiculous. This law firm is not as good as they claim to be and the radio station should stop running false advertisement for them. PLEASE DONT TAKE THE BAD REVIEWS LIGHTLY!

I was involved in my accident March 20 2023 and it is May 21 2024 and I have heard NOTHING but excuses. I was told in Nov 23 that a amount was submitted to the adjuster and I should hear something in 30 day, well its been 180 days and NOTHING. I had to pay the hospital bills bc it was gonna go on my credit. I had to get a new car and thats another hell story. I am behind in my bills and I feel like why should I have to give these ppl 33% of my settlement bc I did all the work as far as getting all the bills and information gathered to send to them. I live in a neighboring state but it seems like I need an appointment with someone who can get this settlement pushed through. I need 25% back due to my stress . I was told to call a direct # to a specific attorney that now has passed my account off to another attorney that has NEVER called me nor has called me back. Ive called, ive texted and NOTHING, the only way to get a response from these ppl is by posting a bad review on google and social media. They asked me to take the first one down but I made adjustments to it only, i will not take this one down. I chose this lawfirm due to someone I trusted, but these ppl want even call you back nor answer a text. I trusted Witherwright Law group with my case and this is what I get NOTHING.

They would ve gotten 4 stars but after my case settled they stop responding to my phone calls and emails. I still haven t received my settlement check to this day. At first my case was handled okay but after the settlement, I felt like I was begging for my money. I settled my case Feb 13th but there was a lien that had to be settled and that was settled a month ago. I heard some of the horror stories about communication and not receiving settlement funds but now I m beginning to live it. I also was quoted a six figure amount for my medical bills/expenses and come to find out my lawyer lied to me about that. Unfortunately, I will have to hire an attorney because I no longer trust Witherite and their attorneys.

I currently have a claim with WLG. I am not having a good experience with them solely because I m not getting regular updates, the incident occurred over 8 months ago now. The attorney (Maryann) that is handling my claim doesn t pickup whenever I call to get updates and when she does pickup she doesn t prioritize my Cliam. She stated that they only help with the medical as per ct of the claim and not the property damage. I will advise new client to do their due diligence first before hiring this law firm. I will be updating my post as the claim progresses. This is in addition to my previous review. After leaving the above review, someone from WLG contacted me via phone call he basically wanted me to remove the 1-star review. My review is based on my experience thus far! It has been 10 months since the accident occurred and I have hired the WLG to handle my claim. I have not gotten and single phone call from them again for for almost 3 months now and anytime I called them I am not able to speak to the person handling my claim. I will not recommend this firm to anyone. They will disappoint and add more stress to your pain. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM.

Witherite law group paid themselves about 5k and medical about 8k and my self the client 1600. Where they do that @. Witherite Law group . this is the update/ revision. The very next day, I got a call from a Witherite Law Group attorney, saying that they were sorry and that they made a mistake, and that they dropped the ball . What I mean by that is ,the attorney representing my case ,had advise me prior to receiving any funds ,that he would get with his supervisors about reducing the attorney fees as well as reduction on the medical. He advise me that I would be receiving another check for over 4k. Had I not wrote the review., would Witherite Law Group called me back? Inquiring minds want to know . Integrity, morals , ethics is a must.

UPDATE: I would like to come back and say that my lawyer has reached out to me and my questions have been answered. Although I know cases take time my issue always was not being informed as I should have being a client. My lawyer and I had a conversation and I am more confident that my case is being handled as it should be, I hope that business will continue to be conducted professional as it should be. First let me start off by saying I picked Witherite because they came highly recommended by a friend. I have had nothing but problems since day one. Where do I start from getting the run around to my case being switched to someone else that had no idea what was going on to who or what was what. They are the most unorganized people or lieawyers I know. None and I do mean none of them know what s going on. They answer question that I ask I get told I dont know I m new to the case. Maybe if the same person stuck to one case it would be done in a timely manner. I still have yet to speak to my so called lieawyer. Matter of fact I don t even know who it is. The questions that I have gotten answered I feel are to appease me to get me off the phone in a hurry. I m not satisfied with the work that is being done and why would charge 33 1/3 for there to be no clear communication with the victim.

Can we give ZERO STARS? I have to express my dissatisfaction with the legal services provided by this firm over the past three years. Despite engaging with five attorneys during this period, our experience has been characterized by a lack of communication and subpar results. Throughout the duration of our case, we encountered significant challenges with communication, often feeling uninformed and disconnected from the legal process. Additionally, the outcome of our case fell short of our expectations, resulting in only a 20 percent resolution of our original claims. Of particular concern was the encouragement from one of the attorneys to accept a minimal settlement from the insurance company, despite our reservations and the significant preparation invested in our trial. Furthermore, the attorneys inappropriate remarks regarding our race and its potential impact on the legal proceedings were deeply troubling and unprofessional. Regrettably, our experience with this firm has left us disillusioned and dissatisfied. Despite initial optimism, we have been met with empty promises and inadequate results, ultimately leading to a sense of betrayal. My daughter is using them right now and although I understand they are busy. They never return calls! Her case has been on going since August of 2023 and she has not heard from them at all. Then when she can get in contact with them she all of a sudden has a new case worker that knows nothing of her case! I dont recommend them to anyone at all! I ve been a client with Witherite since my accident November 2022. They are a great firm and I understand their volume of cases, however, the communication is not good at all. I rarely know what s going on even so, there was a time I was going to dr appointments being asked by the dr what was going on. I had no clue because I couldn t get a hold of anyone and it seems they couldn t either. I understand they re a big firm, but the feeling of just being another case is how I feel/felt. There were 2 people that after a lot of attempts to talk to someone and finally getting a callback, were the most informative. That was Brendan Clay and a lady named Tasha. Although they were the most informative, they had the same explanation as everyone else, We re waiting on them or that department and they ve been out . Everytime I finally spoke to someone, I heard that phrase. Communication is key when dealing with clients who have no knowledge of the process or what s going on. That seems to be the reoccurring theme between the bad reviews, no communication. I understand the hustle and bustle of lawyers but sometimes just to have someone speak to you like they really care goes a long way. And that s not saying they don t, it just doesn t come off that way. Would I recommend, probably yes. They did their job and although I haven t received anything yet, I feel they did their best. Do I think it could ve been settled a lot sooner, a big yes! I ve been done with physical therapy and all medical for about a year. So if you have patience and understanding, I d recommend them. If you don t then you should go somewhere else because the communication is very poor. *Update* My attorney called me this morning and apologized on behalf of Witherite Law and explained the setbacks. Again I m understanding of high volumes and I also understand that misunderstandings and mistakes happen. However, to call me the next morning, apologize, explain what he s been going through, deserves a 5 star rating. And he never asked me to update this either

I listen to the radio with Amy and DeeDee about calling Witherite Law Group and take pictures. My husband called me and I called Witherite Law Group.The man talk to my husband a couple of hour later. Going back to the accident which was a four car accident. Three car where seating and a eighteen wheeler ran in back of that vehicle.That vehicle ran in back of MR Burgess.Mr Burgess ran in back vehicle number 3 .Police was called. Accident report stated that that the eighteen wheeler drive was at FAULT for this accident. Witherite Law Group decided to take the case.Did nothing for my husband but Ghost him after a month. My husband was calling but he just got the run around.Basically just Lies which was really sad. The only way we knew they dropped the case is went they had a Third party Law Group call him.The man stated that someone in the same accident called them first.I dont believe that.If it had any true to it Why would you decided to take the case.I am very DISGUSTED with this Law Group.Because I told my Husband that you MS AMY Witherite take care of your clients. I recently heard a commercial on the radio for Witheritelaw. Where they do a short interview with Amy Witherite, it seem shes a very nice lady who likes to help people. Her office represented my case. I was not happy with her people and have asked to speak to Ms Witherite more than twice. I did not get to speak with her, nor is she aware that her office represented me. My case was ignored and got passed around for months and dragged on for over 2 years. In the end, her office got more of my settlement than I did.

But on today after speaking with a supervisor ( Rob Loar ), it was not a good conversation when an attorney representing such a high power law firm tells a client that my accident was basically a scratch and was lucky to get what was settled on, if it had gone to a jury probably would have lost!) Wow are you for real the gentleman basically offended me by stating what he stated and I feel like that was very unprofessional and making my case not important as any other case. I could not believe that this attorney would say this! All he kept saying is I watched the video! I mean who do you work for the defendant or the hired law firm. So basically the $4300 in damages to my vehicle and my medical and pain from the accident was in his mind a reach and less important than a million dollar case. This was so offensive!!! He needs some diversity training to be a supervisor because as a client that was very offensive!!! Please just send my money im over this whole thing. I do not recommend Witherite Law. Hired Witherite Law on June 29th. July 21st a case manager, Maria Benavides, called me. Treatment concluded September 28th. The assigned attorney, Christopher Mallou, did not contact me until November 16, 2023. His callback to me was only after I d left a voicemail with Amy Witherite directly. Chris was monotone and seemed annoyed during our one, first ever conversation. He stated, there was no need for us to speak . The primary issues are extremely poor communication, treatment of clients & timeline misrepresentation. I ve learned the BEST way to decide who to hire is to only trust word-of-mouth recommendations. Solely trusting online reviews & marketing to your community s radio stations is a mistake.

I had a terrible experience with this law office. The staff wouldnt return calls, the contract they electronically make you sign says that all medical bills are not cover and that were responsible for them. They print it in very small letters. I had a small account 8 years ago and got more than what I got thus time. Atty Christopher asked me to use my personal wk insurance to get more and I did and the extra money the law firm got instead of me. Dont hire this law firm for anything services. I regret using them and will not use them again. They are crooks and crooked and its all in the smallest writing and you will never see it until something goes wrong like in my case.

The experience and professionalism I received from day one was like no other! The day my accident occurred and I knew I needed someone to fight for me,and knew I needed the best.Within minutes of getting on their website,I received a call from one of the team members and they went to work.They were very concerned about my well being and the chaos that was just caused by an impatient driver.The treatment plan that was recommended for me and my injuries was incredible.The team was always there to make sure I arrived safely to and from my appointments! During the process of dealing with The Witherite Law Group I initially only picked them because of the radio station I listen to K104 but if I had to pick them again I would solely go to Witherite Law Group because of Miguel Cazarez. I had the opportunity to work with Miguel Cazarez towards the end of my case as my attorney he was absolutely amazing Miguel answered every call he was extremely prompt and concerned with my case he made me feel like he cared. Was recently in a terrible car accident at 7 months pregnant in December 2023 and the guy that hit me admitted to fault along with his insurance. I reached out to Witherite law to represent me and they took my case immediately without question. I noticed days went by and I hadn t heard from anyone on my case so this gave me doubt. I called and called until I told a representative that I m unsure about this team representing me especially since I haven t heard from a case manager (that they said would reach out ) or even my lawyer assigned to case. Finally after several attempts of calling a random representative told me my case manager was a lady named Maria ( no last name) .I also had to keep calling to find this out but I told her I hadn t been assigned doctors appts etc so she put that into place. By this time I had a weird feeling in my gut because i was doing the calling to find out who my case reps are and what s doctors I go to on my own by this time. After days and time of never speaking to my lawyer and rarely being able to get in touch with case manager, I asked the witherlaw group to drop my case . I was able to finally talk to Maria and asked if she received the email and she said one lawyer agreed to drop my case but had already sent a representative letter to insurance, which I was unaware of this the whole time . I was honest and told her that communication was never there for me with this team and she seemed offended so I stayed silent to keep from going back and forth. She stated that two lawyers are working on my case. Keep in mind these lawyers never contacted me and I only knew their first name ( John and Chris) that s it. Chris agreed to drop my case but theirs a catch that I ll tell you in a few. We were still waiting on second lawyer to respond which took a lot of time and several calls I had to make to confirm but never happened. After me explaining to her I didn t feel communication was there with this team it went down hill from there. A few days later I received a call from Maria that the lawyers decided to drop my case but keep 33 1/3 % of settlement money if I decide to move forward with another lawyer in future. So this means even if Witherite doesn t represent my case and does the work to fight my case they still want payout from my settlement which is ridiculous because I will have another lawyer doing all the work while they get paid to do nothing. Keep in mind Maria told me that one lawyer agreed to drop my case but didn t tell me they would keep a percent of settlement money until I asked another representative a different day then she confirmed the next time we spoke . When Maria called to let me know my case was drop she also seem to defend herself saying communication was always open and I disagreed but didn t want to argue . I told her witherite law agreeing to drop my case but keeping a percentage of the money that they didn t help to fight for is ridiculous and she said well I signed the contract. The next week I received my drop case papers and this was the FIRST TIME I knew the lawyers name assigned to my case but still to this day I don t know second lawyers full name. I want to tell anyone this -be careful before signing with bigger law companies and make sure you re not just a number and a case to make money . Not knowing the lawyers name that rep you or updates on case process is a hug red flag. They work for you and your case is valuable so remember without you they can t make money. I ve since met several people who have had the same experience with witherite. These individuals said they had to hire new lawyers but still had to pay witherite which is crazy Keeping 33 1/3% of someone s money even if you both agreed to drop case isn t right so please think and research before signing any papers. I m due any day now to have my first child and this is what I have to deal with from this company that I thought I could trust.

I really hate that I m having to write this review because I ve heard nothing but good things, but my case seems to one of those that s not to important. I have sent numerous phone calls, emails, text, literally everything but a smoke signal and somebody has yet to return my calls. My car was towed as a result and last I heard from my case manager they would be getting it out and towed to their yard. As of today I don t knw where my vehicle is I don t knw what s going on with anything, all I knw is I m going to what seems to be a million doctors( who are also trying to contact them in regards to my case), and don t even know where my case stands this experience has already cost me a lot but working with this law firm has put even more stress on my shoulders very disappointed! **** JUST WANTED TO GIVE UPDATE**** I would like to take back my previous post all was just a misunderstanding on my end Everyone have been working tremendously on my case behind the scenes. I had a Lawyer and I should ve deal with my lawyer. What a regret! My case lawyer has been changed 3 times, without any notification from the new case lawyer. Jennifer was my first and she was doing an amazing job... now, I m not even aware of any update with my case! Neither do I know my new case lawyer, what a joke! The manager/supervisor won t even call me back.This is ridiculous! The radio ads are convincing but nah, they re just phony UPDATE!!! I had an accident in February 2019. After all the struggles of having to deal with multiple lawyers and unresponsive for more than a year. After 1 year and 7months, they told me *I m not getting ANYTHING* Instead I ll be owing Medical City. From a bad accident, where my car was total written off and the other driver admitted been at fault?? So, the big question is; IN WHAT WAY DID YALL FIGHT FOR ME?? I was confused! I ve all the emails. Well after another negotiations, I have signed for the check since 10 weeks ago and check isn t here yet. You can not tell me it s takes 10 weeks to get a check from Geico in Maryland to Dallas. Are you using the money to trade or something?? Amy Witherite is this right??? I ll be back for another update Response to Amy! I don t know what I m just seeing your response and I can t even reply to it. Anyway, like I said I have the email that the lawyer told me that I will be getting ANYTHING from the Geico settlement That s for an accident that my car was totaled!! I previously posted a negative review on this firm and was contacted by my lawyer within 20 minutes. On the phone he appeared to understand my concerns and asked that I allow him the opportunity to turn it around. Here I am 3 months later and still feeling like an after thought. My accident occurred on Feb 28th and I am still dealing with the fall out. From losing my vehicle to having torn muscles that prevent me from writing or even bathing without pain. The firm simply appears not to care. I stand by my first review, and feel that if I had gotten hit by a commercial vehicle, things would be different. Every step of the process takes entirely too long. No one has a sense of urgency or cares that my life is in shambles. I will Not use them again and Do Not recommend you waist your time unless you case will bring in big bucks. That s the only way you will be given priority! UPDATE: Nothing has changed!! My case is very low on their radar and now it s to the point where I was pressured into taking an offer that is only $100 more than an offer that I was told was not acceptable. Please do not waste you time. They are handling my sisters case who was in the car with me and she cannot even get I touch with anyone. She was never given an update and is even lower to them than I am. It really sucks!

I must say Ive had WLG twice in the last two years and this second time around ROBERT FITZPATRICK has become my favorite! Ive had to call/email Amy on my previous case with them a few times and she responded fairly quickly! I knew if I had any more I was definitely going back to her. My experience with Witherite Law Group has been amazing.They really care about their clients and Mr.Mitch Miers really fought and got me the money I really deserve and he was always there for me to answer any of my questions .He never ignored none of my calls and he kept me updated on how my case was going on a regular basis.Hands down Witherite Law Group are the best no doubt

I ve been Using this firm since March, I definitely DO NOT TRUST THEM! No one returns my calls, seems like there s a high turnover with employees, I do not feel like they re working for me, it appears that the medical professionals are they re main priority. When asked, why they sent me to so many doctors; I didn t get a valid explanation. But now I ve figured it out.. I ve moved to another state and they still haven t closed the case. DON T BELIEVE THE HYPE!

I was unable to get to proper doctors they waited a year sending me to chiropractor that was hurting me worse with me saying I can t continue can u send me to right place finally after year no on ever returns calls I had to settle or walk away empty they got more then I did wouldn t recommend them to anyone sorry even the 1500 advance to go see the doctor they should of sent me to first didn t help shame on this law firm was not for me

My experience with this law group has not been so great. I had to deal with a lot of attitudes and excuses in the beginning. The customer service experience has been awful. Also no one is ever in the same page. I had three cases with Witherrite and they dropped me on my last case after telling me I had a case and sending me to all the doctors appointments. Their excuse was cause they may have to go to trail. I havent heard anything on this case. Like have they spoke to my witness or even checked the guy that hit my cellphone records. I mean nothing. Beware they can drop you when they want is what I was told . Dont even deserve a star. Oh and they have no problem contacting you about a bad review either. So unprofessional
