My husband and I hired this firm to assist with our immigration process, but unfortunately, it felt like throwing money away. We would highly recommend following the government instructions directly instead of wasting time and money here. Our lawyer, Marissa Young (Gnatek) provided poor communication, often more focused on her personal matters than our case. Her lack of professionalism resulted in mistakes in our application, and our concerns were dismissed as irrelevant. Additionally, they wouldn t answer our questions without charging extra fees. We completed the second part of our application on our own, and the process was smooth and straightforward compared to the confusion we faced with the firm. They seem to keep clients in the dark, making you feel dependent on them. I would avoid this firm if possible. PS. Just like anticipated and similar to the experience of other unsatisfied customers of this so-called law firm, the email address they gave us in the reply is fake. Please avoid and don t get scammed like we did.

The truth is that they divorced me, I had a divorce case and I know that it is difficult, it was their decision to leave my case for reasons of $ but well I tried to reach an agreement about it but I didnt receive answers and well they didnt leave it anyway but now my case It is more difficult due to temporary orders that you advised me to accept and I am having problems resivit all my documents so that I can continue with the case and all cases are different but in my case you could not help me, I was only left with a debt of $ with you Hopefully we can still reach agreement on that.

The most unprofessional office. Its raining and everyone is running behind, understandable. I call ahead. Told not not to worry bc its only 10 minutes. Arrive and 45 minutes past the appointment time no one has said a word. Asked the receptionist if Im getting seen soon, and she says she doesnt know maybe another 15 to 20 minutes. Very non-committal. She didnt care. So expect to be ignored for at least an hour. Maybe I should have let on that English was not my only language.

Worse experience ever! Take your money somewhere else. The lack of communication within my legal team cost me over $1000 and my case was not even solve. The fact that every time i call and spoke with anyone in my team i had to explain my case to them because they somehow never knew what was going on with my case, that shows how little they cared and the lack of interest they put to their clients. Every minute of explaining my own case to my own legal team cost me money and every time they would tell me they would have to call me back with an answer, something that never, not 1 call back. It is ridiculous and frustrating that you are paying for a service and they dont even have the curtesy of returning 1 phone call. Oh, but the money was being withdraw from my account on time every time without a doubt. Seems like all they care about is money. So if you just want to waste money this is the place to do it. They are so unprofessional and rude. Would never recommend. I had to ask for them to cancel my case because i didnt have any more money to waste and even when i complain i was ignored by the first person that took my complain. And here i am short a large amount of money and with my case unsolved.

This firm is fraudulent and will bill you attorney hours that are not used, then sent you to collections when you ask for explanation of additional electronic bills. I went to get my prenup documents drafted. Basic terms, no kids, no properties. The process took less than 2 weeks of work/attorney hours that are covered by the $1,500 retainer fee I paid upfront. A week later (after the prenup was signed and notarized) I got an additional electronic bill for $500 of additional hours and service fee that were not covered by the initial $1500. When I hired Manuel Diaz Law Firm, the paralegal who did the first interview said the $1,500 would cover everything, and that I would even get some of that money back, since our prenup agreement was simple. I have not paid the $500 additional bill because I want the firm to revise the hours, and honor the truth of this case that took less than a week to be finalized. Manuel Diaz Law firm in Dallas sent me to the collections department, wont answer my calls, or emails, Elizabeth Perez and Stephanie Sánchez are aware of this situation but they are not responding calls or emails.

If I could rate this firm at a 0, I would. I was a client of theirs for a divorce case from October 2023 to April 2024, and I can say they literally were the worst experience Ive ever had with a law firm. They overcharge for everything they do. A phone call will be $50, and an email will be $35 (and not even to respond to your email but to just receive it). They say its a free consultation, but this is only if you do not proceed with their firm. IF you do, the first invoice will reflect the time that they spent with you during the consultation as well as the time it took to set up your payment account. I put $2500 down and had payments of $500 monthly, and I still owe over $11k for them to do absolutely nothing but sit in court next to me and say they represent me. The original attorney I had left the firm after a week or two with my case and so I was charged AGAIN for them to give me a new attorney whom knew nothing about my case so I had to be charged AGAIN to explain to her my situation, only for her to tell me she wasnt available for my next hearing so they had me drive to fort worth to charge me AGAIN to consult with another one of their attorneys so he could represent me on that day. So, I basically was charged 3 times for me to explain the same information over and over again. They played defense the entire time. Not a motion filled on my behalf, not an item requested from the petitioner or opposing council to support our case. I am on supervised visits with my daughter for failing a drug test (Marijuana only) that the court KNEW I was going to fail (specifically says it in my original temp agreement that if anything OTHER than Marijuana was found in my system i could not get EXPANDED visitation. NOT THAT I WOULD BE JUDGED BASED UPON FINDING THC IN MY SYSTEM), and my attorney did not say a word in my defense to try to argue to motion for reconsideration. When asked what she had to say, she put her hands up, shrugged, and said she didnt know what to say. Im paying $1585 a month on child support (which I understand and is not the problem). PLUS, Im paying $1500 a month for a home that Im not even living in. This is MY home, but the attorney has yet to provide anything to the court to support that. So Im paying for someone else to live in my home. When I finally got fed up and asked why I was being charged so much for them basically doing nothing on my case they had a supervisor contact me that was arrogant and rude and basically told me if I didnt like what was going on with my case I could represent myself. The attorneys I worked with were Stephanie Sanchez (left firm shortly after receiving my case) and Josia Jose (most recent attorney) If youre smart, DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM as they are unprofessional and will not be able to do anything for you that you cant do yourself.. other than know legal terminology. (Update) They reply to your review to act like theyre going to look into something but when you try to email the email they say to send your information to you it is sent back because that email only accepts emails from within its organization. Like they didnt know that already

Had a consultation with a very dismissive individual named Gerardo, dont know his last name because he didnt give us one. He walked in very nonchalantly and said he couldnt help us based on the notes the paralegal gave him. He was very vague (and again dismissive) in his conversation. Not a very pleasant experience. This man was not at all personable, and lacked etiquette. 1 brand new because they are very good at collecting I paid 1000 dollars in pure calls and emails and a visit and they did not even start my case how can there be people who throw money away in the trash in this law firm very bad service I do not recommend them at all I had I have to calculate my case because at that rate I will have to pay, who knows how much money they take advantage of from people, they are of no use, look for other options

If I could do -0 stars I would! I hired this law firm for my divorce and just threw my money away, they did NOTHING for me, I paid and they wouldnt even answer the phone. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They do not have ethics. From do not care about you or your case. Dont spend your money here, I hired them for my divorce and they did nothing for me, I made my payments and I had to fix my things alone. I canceled my contract because they never answered the phone and never did anything. There are many other lawyers, at this firm they dont care about you or your case.

NOW THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME. THEY TREAT US PAYING CLIENTS LIKE MONEY MULES.
