The lady I spoke to was very rude. If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. She barely spoke English and basically told me to recorder and pay again. Didn t even try to understand what I was saying, because her solution did not even make sense. Also got home and realized I paid extra for the collectors meal because I wanted the collectors cup and did not even receive a cup. No point in even going back and complaining because they don t care about doing their jobs and making things right.

Be sure to double check your order before going home. They forgot an item and when I called all they could offer was to drive all the way back to give the item that was forgotten. Kinda sucks to have to waste time and gas and only get the item that was forgotten, very punishing for the customer due to the restaurants mistake.

Ever since the renovation which looks to be from corporate it takes like 40 minutes to get your order and you can t even get a refill. The time component is the whole reason people come here since now it s like 9 dollars for a burger. Kind of defeats the purpose. My cashier walked off on me like halfway into me telling them what I needed and started texting. This happened TWICE. I told them 2 more times I needed my order. People buy fast food for cheapness and convenience. People don t want to eat McDonalds for luxury

Biggest concern is that I ordered an ice cream cone, while happy it was actually working. Very saddened and disgusted by the fact that the very kind employee was first sweeping the lobby, saw us and walked up to the register to take our order and cash money. He then walked over with the same (dirty) hands and grabbed my cone without gloves. Not only touching the paper but the cone itself. My favorite part. Seeing this, I immediately knew I would not be enjoying my favorite vanilla ice cream cone on this very hot day.

I went on 2/29 at 8:30pm and they forgot half my order and when I went in to ask if the items could be added that I had paid for they acted like I was the problem ?? and then somehow still managed to give me an incomplete order even though I had all the receipts. Manager on duty seemed to have the biggest problem. Everyone else seemed eager to resolve the issue.

This Spanish manager should not have that position. She is the rudest woman in this facility, telling me if I dont have Nuggets, I cant have BBQ sauce. I eat at multiple locations and this hag needs to be terminated. Very unprofessional and wrong about her statement. I will be contacting corporate until something is done. I will not let this go. My biggest complaint about this particular store is the location, and the city and TxDot have not done it any favors. Traffic patterns are terrible, and there is backup into the street and turning traffic. The new diverging diamond did not help. I always order on the app for curbside, and avoid it completely on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

I dont understand how there can be ten people working at one time and no one there can figure out how to assemble a burger. There was a time when young ladies and young men worked restaurants like these, but now its just forty somethings who dont care what the food looks like when it gets to the customer. Very disappointed in the inconsistencies in service. Some of the staff are great during the weekdays, but we just dealt with a manager that could not or would not even communicate with us, which seemed to be a language barrier issue, and being in a managerial position, that is very unprofessional. After waiting in a chaotic line, because of her in ability to lead, we sent off with no breakfast, supposedly because the cut off was 1030, which was due to waiting in line for over 10 mins to begin with. One gentleman in the pick up line was waiting over 10mins for his coffee, which they misplaced to begin with. Again, some staff can be a joy to interact with there, but it took this one incompetent manager to ruin it.
