First let me say that this law office is definitely a cut above the rest. They dealt with my case with professionalism, I was always in the loop of every step taken. They were very hands-on with me, and it was resolved within the time frame that I was told. I will definitely be recommending this law office to anyone who needs assistance!

From my first call, through paperwork and preparation, I spoke with the team of experts at the law office of Bryan Fagan. They displayed so much knowledge that I felt they were the best team to help me with my case. This is an awful process and Id already been denied 2 times. They handled everything. When my hearing was scheduled the office set up a call, we spoke and our call lasted about 15 minutes.They clearly knew exactly how to handle the situation. The entire team at the law office of Bryan Fagan are unbelievable.

I contacted the law office of Brian Fagan to ask a simple question about a potential case. I needed some clarification that really didnt require the services of an attorney, but someone who could answer a few questions about application of law. I spoke with Maria. for about 15 minutes. She is a. very lovely young lady and has a broad knowledge of law and was able to answer my questions very succinctly and thoroughly. If my case becomes necessary to file, I will be certain to have my formal. consultation with Mr Fagan. His staff is really on top of everything. And I highly recommend speaking with Maria. Shes delightful and made. my day.

False advertising! This firm promotes a free consultation, however, instead a person who is not legally trained or allowed to give feedback on your legal matter will take your information, then try to get you to sign up for a paid legal coaching service, before you can get any feedback about whether you have a viable case. Consultation means getting some professional feedback regarding your legal matter. Beware of this false advertising promotional tactic.

When people hear the term lawyers all you envision is high price, unemotional, human beings. This is far from the truth. No matter the situation these attorneys here in the office of Bryan Fagan, care about more than just your case. They care about you. My exceptional attorney made the process less stressful than lawyers whom I wouldve had to pay hundreds of dollars. She cares and for that I will always appreciate her.

Paralegal was rude.I didnt like the way I was spoken to while on the free phone consultation. That ultimately led me to go with another firm. So glad I did after reading the reviews on Yelp and BBB. I felt I was trying to be compelled into paying a $3500 retainer fee without having the knowledge of what exactly that would go towards. I was only getting very vague answers to my questions, not even mentioning a specific attorney name that would be assigned, or without the option to set up an hour consultation first. Seemed a bit money grubby and incompassionate to my situation. So theyre not getting my money.
