We checked in at a regular time they had no hot water and they expected us to bathe in cold water what the hell so I told him I want my refund back he says we cant do it I said youre going to do it immediately I said I will report you and you will give me my money so he told the clerk give her her a refund right now whos going to want you to take a bath a shower in the cold bath really and he didnt know when he was going to get his part for the water never again will I stay there

First I was giving a room that was already occupied. I was charged over a $100 for 1 night. Then the second room that was given to me. I had the bathroom dirty. Hold in the wall and how a weird wet smell as soon as you walked in. I was not content what my stay there $100 plus It was horrible. They didnt even have breakfast.

If anyone can give me information on the owner of this place, I need to make a complain about the building, general manager, and front desk night clerk. I have been paying weekly rate for the past 3 weeks and today since I complained about music being loud at 3 am, room AC not working and requested to be moved they kicked me out because I go down to the pool in swimsuit exactly swimsuit thats what the general manager told the police officer, I guess you in the pool with PJs.

The first room they gave me people were still in the room so they transferred me to another room and off the back it smelt like roaches ,No microwave , toiletries were from the previous person. Blood splat on sink wall , hair everywhere ,tables weren t cleaned , no remote for tv , 2inch cap opening on bottom of door had to cover with a towel . Morning breakfast it s just waffles with old syrup ,cereal with no milk . After 1st night of trying to give the benefit of the doubt woke up with bites all over me and my kids . Went to talk to lady s at counter and spoke my concerns and if I can check out 1day early at get a refund on the day I m not gonna stay and said it s not refundable so I checked out 1 day early with no refund and bed bug bites . Lady at desk was just on the phone with her boyfriend the whole time .

Stayed for 4 weeks, housekeeping never knocked on the door once. I had to the front desk to get clean towels. Receptionist came in my room without even knocking, said they didn t know the room was occupied! We got big trash bags from front desk to take out our own trash, the day we checked out we bagged up the trash n left it so housekeeping could take it out. After checkout I was told I needed to come back and clean the room, so went back and took out the garbage and was then charged $50 on my debit card without notice. This place is a joke. So for $395 per week that s the service you get

Even tho, it was a renovated Hotel we didnt have a good water pressure in our shower, we had to go old school with a bucket to get water from the bottom and breakfast was only cereal and coffee. I dont think thats a Continental breakfast. Rooms: Room was ok, just had issues with the shower no pressure

Econolodge at St. Bernardo and Jefferson Laredo, can be defined as worst hotel you can ever stay. Poor customer service, poor in-service, rude staffs and liars. Noting work in the room and when called to request they lied. This is one of my experience, my room was flooded with rain and I called the management, they said they will come but no one show up after 2hrs. I called again and again over the night. In the morning went to the office and complain but I was told to leave the hotel if am not good. I called the police , they came and spoke with the management . The management promised to come but no one still show up and very sure this was intentional. This is hotel have no regard for law, client and authority. Not safe to be in this environment Rooms: very bad

There s been several times that my card is been charged $50.00 extra the next day when my staying its only for a few hours and there s lots of scams by the front desks and gives you the run around and no reason for the extra charges? Also fire alarms at 3am 4am 5am disturbing the peace and sleep.. I won t ever come back to this hotel by Econo on South Gate Laredo. Horrible experience.. I won t recommended at all seriously. I m disputing this scam as we speak and please do not use your card on this particular place or you ll be sorry.

Usually have good stays here when we come visit, we stay here since most of our family and friends live in the area. This time around was different, wifi never worked, a lot of roaches crawling on TV area so we couldnt eat on it, they dont sweep well either there were some dead bugs on the floor and even a babys bottle under bed. When I took off the comforter, you could literally tell the sheets were not changed from previous stay. There was hair and dirt debris lying there, comforter and sheets had same stains (see pics). I had to go get clean sheets from the front desk. Definitely not staying here again.

Worst experience ever Reserved a non smoking room when the whole hallway smelled like cigarette I complained to staff in a very rude wayy said she can t do anything about it when I ask her to put some freshener smell went inside the room I complained again to be switched room and floor she failed to do so. Next morning on breakfast there was nothing but waffle and coffee when I was told they provide a full continental breakfast I went to complain with general manager he failed to provide assistance did not resolve the issues just threatened to call police if we did not like it that we just shouldve left the building. It so unfortunate to have people so unprofessional rude he raised hes voice like almost attacking body language .....Need corporate to review cameras they can check on staff never available on reception. This was an ok place for a quick one nighter. Key machine was gonna be out for a couple days so we had to get front desk to open door every time we were in and out which was very inconvenient. A/c was very dirty from the inside. No maintenance for yesterday they were off especially on Fourth of July . Milk was in a small container laying on ice and smelled a little bad. I wish i got a picture. No juice for little ones either. I would recommend it with better cold containers. Front desk was friendly but quiet.

Its real not that bad but not all that good to be honest. Hate that you can literally here everything you they are doing in the next room and couldnt really sleep much. Its just your average hotel to me.

They need security ; someone broke into my work truck: they tried to siphon fuel and steal my tools. They need a sign that reads get a job , don t steal youre on camera
