The team at Richard trial attorney are amazing. I received a ticket during the heights of COVID back in 2020 and hired this firm. They worked thru multiple court delays for close to 4 years and finally got my ticket dismissed today. 10/10 highly recommended.

Richard Trial & Attorneys did an outstanding job. I found them on a google search because I am ALWAYS at work and didn t have time so I hired an attorney for my Dallas county traffic tickets. Their pricing is very affordable and worth it 100 times over. I wasn t able to attend the court date but he got both of my tickets dismissed. Such a relief and an amazing feeling, thanks y all!!!

My mother recommended I call Richard for help when I was unable to renew my license unexpectedly. Apparently, 2 tickets I received over 12 years ago, randomly popped up on my driving record. Not only were the 2 citations almost $400 a piece, the county tacked on 2 other citations valued at around $300 a piece, for failure to appear, even though I never knew about these citations. Richard was extremely professional and explained how he could help. I hired his offices to help me for $250, he got me linked with the online portal, and as of yesterday, all of those citations have been dismissed!! Its been about a month and just like that, everything is taken care of and those citations will not be on my record! Im so grateful for their help and prompt response. They are the best and I will not only continue to use them in the future if needed, but I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

Cephus Richard and his legal assistant Jessica, along with the rest of his team are fantastic! They must be miracle workers! They managed to get my boyfriend his DL reinstated after over 6 years of having it be suspended due to old traffic tickets and new ones. I originally contacted them due to not being able to figure out why his DL was still Ineligible for reinstatement and they were able to tell us that multiple courts still had Omni hold fees on tickets dating back to 2009 and later. We thought we had all fines paid and closed but thanks to them we were able to find out we did not. Unfortunately, only 7 months after his DL reinstatement he received a ticket in a tiny town outside of South Padre coming back from my Father s wedding causing it to go back into suspended status. I happened to contact them again because they did so well handling the other 4 things we needed help resolving and they were able to successfully get him an ODL for being an academy soccer coach to cover the entire 2 year suspension term on his DL that way he could drive to coaching legally. We are so thankful to this team of wonderful people as they saved us so much money, time and were able to help us when we thought it was a lost cause!

I am so thrilled with the result! They were able to get everything dismissed! The firm was informative, patient, and listened to my explanation. I was anxious and asked a million questions but always felt relieved with their information and advice. Jessica fielded all my questions and if needed, forwarded onto the attorney. Mr. Cephus helped with 11 cases I had on my record. My expectations were very well exceeded. To begin with he didnt give me a ridiculous fee like other attorneys did, he was fair and reasonable with fees. What i liked most was that if i had any questions or concerns he would respond the same day, unlike other attorneys ive dealt with. Top level professionals made things super easy for me!
