If you just feel like spitting food into a napkin order anything from here! By far the worst food I ve ever had from a bar. Not only did the wings taste frozen but the French fries were so soggy they almost tasted wet. For your sake never order the food

First time visiting. Drinks were reasonable, food was reasonable yet expensive, but cleanliness was subpar. The bartender continued to stack glasses in front of me instead of washing them. Then, she dumped a tower of glasses on me spilling everything. If this is how they maintain the cleanliness of what you can see, imagine the kitchen. There s too many places to visit in this town to give this place a time of day.

Absolutely love this place! I love the staff here and the food is just great! Tommy in the kitchen just kills it every time! Madison, Gatlin, Jessie, John, Hailey, and the rest of the staff are amazing! I want to name them all. Great place!

The band playing was awesome (12 Mile). Lots of people were having a good time. We played some pool on some tables that could use some upkeep. We didnt have any food, so I didnt rate it. The bar looks like it could be cleaned up better or more often, but it is a nice place to meet new people. Very friendly atmosphere.

Its like a dive bar with an identity crisis. Its just a dank cigarette smell away from being a dive, but actually a cool place to hang out with decent bar food. They have r pool tables, TVs and activities theough the week like bingo and trivia.

We went inside place a to go order. Marcus made a non alcoholic beverage to sip on while we were waiting for our order. The atmosphere was lively on a Thursday evening! I ordered the magical mushrooms and they were AMAZING. I ordered a burger and my partner ordered steak fingers. The gravy for the steak fingers was delectable. Such a great job in the kitchen! I cant wait to go back and dine inside! Highly recommend this place for food.

We were skeptical at first, since it looked like an old home town bar when we went in, and we have a 2 year old. We are so glad we stayed! The food was delicious and Marcus, our server, was phenomenal!! He was extremely accommodating, great with kids, and very attentive. Our son ate every last bit of his food, too. We would say this was the best restaurant experience we have had in months!

I wanted to enjoy a nice brunch with my son and his friends only to be highly disappointed. We waited entirely too long. One person was finished long before we had food. They ran out of champagne and we couldn t order another round of mimosas. The guys left hungry and we ended up going to another place to eat $120 later. Would not recommend for brunch.

The person with the ear gages didn t make us feel very welcoming when we came in. The cure burger was pretty decent. The grilled chicken was supposed to come with rice but they didn t have it. We ordered the lettuce cups for $3 and it was literally just small lettuce leaves! I have no idea why they have that as something special on the menu.

Best bar in town! Wouldn t take my business anywhere else, in all honesty. The food is a ten out of ten, the staff is amazing, the drinks are to die for, and the place is all in all very spacious and clean. Highly recommend trying it out. If you don t, you re out of your mind and missing out.

The place has really changed. They redid the menu and removed many things. The drinks are watered down. My wife ordered the Penny cheesesteak you tasted salt and little else. There were almost no onions or peppers on it. They re-did the cheese dip there was very little there for the price. We have been going there for years and will not be back. They could not even get a manager because there was not one there.

This is a place for good cocktails and bar food. The beer is selection is more than most. It has some local favorites and many standard beers on tap. Any cocktail that I have ever order has been wonderful. Atmosphere is dark with loud music or bands.

I am an over picky eater and I have yet to find anything on the menu that has yet to please me. A must have is the queso and curly fries. Oh my lanta!! The steak bits are incredible as well. We pick the kids up once a week for lunch so they can go and see Ronda during the day shift. She makes it extra special for them everytime! They always look forward to a few rounds on Golden Tee. Thanks to The Penny and Ronda for making The Penny our #1 family place to eat!!

I went to The Penny Tap House (Friday, 09/10/2021) because of their post (see comments). I asked Chelsea, Does this apply now? (Meaning time of day, 1:30). She answered rudely, Well, isnt today Friday?! Then, didnt know if it did or did not. She asked Brittney, who answered, It should be all day. Turns out, its only from 3:00-8:00 because my friends water-downed drink rang-up full-price. I didnt order because Chelsea put me in a temporarily bad mood. I took my business where I know theres great service and drinks! TPTH responded to my review and totally missed the point and blamed me, the customer. Chelsea maintained her sarcasm by loving my response. None of this surprised me considering their overall poor attitude towards customers (others left without ordering) and lack of knowledge regarding their own posts/services. *Shout-out to The Grill where happy hour starts at 3:00 every day and their food, drinks, and service has been consistently awesome for 8 years!*

I came here to try it out. The bar is pretty spacious. I came around 6pm and it had about 10 people. I ordered the blood orange cider and the penny cheesesteak. The cider tastes ok because I didnt detect much of the blood orange taste. The penny cheesesteak was pretty tasty. The marinated meat did pay off. The sauce was all right. The grilled bell pepper and onion didnt make much of a presence. I also changed the fries to truffle fries and the fries tasted decent.

A really nice little quaint pub. Bartender told us all craft beer were 3.50 on this Tuesday night which we thought was cool. I had a couple of my favorite Stash IPA and my lady had a couple Art Car IPA. We got our bill and paid it... but when I got home I realized I had been screwed by the bartendress... Four beers at 3.50 each should have been 14.00 but my total bill was 19.88. Pretty sure tax wasnt over 30 percent. So if you decide to visit here watch your bill closely! I will return but I will also be cautious...

Not really the type to go to bars etc, but built the picnic tables for the Penny Tap, and got to see the inside of the bar when I delivered them. Very nice place! Lots of room, lots of tables, stage for comedians or a band, bartenders were fast and friendly, and the patio is perfect for a peaceful drink. 5 stars
