When I googled this attorney read the reviews, I truly thought he d be a great fit for my family in assisting us with our first time landlord. Please don t be fooled by the reviews, if your case is not an importance to him he will claim heavy case load but will be vacationing while advising you to move. Then say we never had any agreement from the other party. We are truly hurt money wasted and time, only for a few copy and paste emails to be sent no REAL fight for us. Followed his advice we wanted move forward he turned his back. What a poor excuse for an attorney heavy caseload this was your career choice. I do not recommend Julius Staev to ANYONE ever.

Julius Staev helped me in a pinch when no other lawyers wanted to give me the time of day. My case at first glance seemed like a lost cause but Julius listened to me and reviewed my information and gave me a few options on how to move forward. Thanks to his guidance I went to court and saved myself from incurring a huge debt I simply couldn t afford. I won because of him and his knowledge of the law, his time and effort and his good communication .

I HIGHLY recommend Julius! He helped my husband and I get out of a tricky situation with our rental lease. We are originally from Minnesota and moved to Texas about three weeks ago. We got our apartment keys and quickly realized this was not what we had signed up for. We tried to negotiate with the managers, but they wouldnt get back to us, or see us after many attempts of trying to reach them. Finally we decided to get a lawyer. Julias has been very helpful, and really cares about his clients. He gave us peace of mind, and told us every possible outcome. He not only got us out of our horrible lease, but he got us a whole refund with it. We are so grateful we found Julius! I HIGHLY recommend Julius!

Thanks to Mr. Julius Staev I vas able to close a real estate purchase that had issues and complications from the sellers side. Mr. Staevs professional advices saved me money and time. Most importantly, Mr. Julius Staev has protected me from being exposed to any risk due to the sellers neglect for some regulations, and at the same time, hes helped me complete the real estate deal in my best interest. Julius Staev is an exceptional lawyer who in my opinion is in the upper echelon of attorneys (and I have worked with many). He was a fierce advocate for my defense needs in a real-estate dispute and was able to resolve a very difficult issue in my favor against a multi-billion dollar public corporation. Mr. Staev engaged their staff of lawyers and calmly, professionally, resolved a very delicate dispute that would have turned into a drawn out affair if not handled with his remarkable tactics and insight. If you are looking for someone to represent you who has incredible professional integrity, and understands the best way to represent his clients, you could not do any better than Mr. Staev.

Mr. Staev helped me with a real estate issue when I was purchasing some rental property. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable Mr. Staev was and how quickly he responded to my questions. If he did not have an answer, he would research the question and was always able to solve the issue. I was very happy with the legal services he provided and will use him again the future.

I know there are a lot of attorneys in Dallas and I dont have much experience with too many of them but I have had 6 or 8 lawyers in my lifetime due to my small business. Julius has been by far the best legal experience Ive had. He was always concise to keep my bill under control and yet very proactive in filings and negotiations to make sure we were ahead, on top, and winning. While our case was very complicated I came out roughly $50K ahead on my legal dispute and his excellent tactics, knowledge and people skills are the reason.
