We started a contract in march 2024 Mr.Tim was paid in full Sep 18 and his full payment was not supposed to be paid until around Dec or Jan Taking on our case Mr.Tim made a promise that my husband would be able to get a bond hearing I have messages as well to provide proof as well as audio once he received his first payment every thing he said changed His communication is not well until it s time to make a payment he came in as our lawyer providing the same info we already had and no results when you ask him to give updates he seems as though it s a bother We have 9 children and my husband is paralyzed and is in a wheelchair I have pictures showing my husband is accumulating wounds and his health is at risk and I have to contact the facility every month to make sure they take care of him properly they ignore his health issues and I often have to contact parkland health as well because they do not have the proper equipment for him I have explained this to Mr. Tim upon paying him in full he communicated well and also promised things that he has not done he knew we where paying him in full he got his office to call and contact us as well as he responded right away once he got the payment he began to get rude no response back directing us to the office when we had direct contact with him he didn t provide the service he promised it took him 2 weeks to have us in the same position but worse we are asking for him to provide us with full refund or to allow us to provide 2,000 as he stated we only needed 10,000 to get out and or to set a meeting and find a real solution I feel as though my husbands race has a big part in why we are not getting the service we paid for our children are upset and sad and not doing well the provider of the family is not here and his life is in danger and Mr.Tim caused that trauma to our children there expectations as well as ours are crushed we trusted him he has not done the proper paper work on file it shows we have a different attorney but we are paying him and legally he was supposed to get that taken care of when we started the contract and I hope no one else has to go through to is with him he has really caused my family a lot of pain he could have been honest and no took the case from the beginning. I would just like to show proof of some of the messages and I have audio as well where he had me come to the court making it seem like my husband was set to get out when really it was for payment purposes only and he know I m his wife when call he say who are you again and if you use him as your lawyer you will se the patterns as well

I had 10 for $750. He was late to my court hearing when I was in jail. Told me he could get me out of jail. For 750 I ended up getting my self out. And this man did not return my money. I decided to go ahead and keep him and see if he was going to do me, right? The second time he was also late to my second hearing and I called his office to ask where he was and his office was rude. Before I hired Tim Jefferrey to represent my husband explain to him how my husband is innocent and need my husband home because we just had our baby boy. I notify Tim Jefferey that my husband is my provider and he been held at Dallas County Jail For 8 months already. Tim Jefferrey notify me that, my husband has been in there for to long and he will be able to get my husband out or get the case dismissed. After I hired him it seemed like everything that Tim Jefferrey told me he didn t get done. He answer the phone sometimes but when he did he told me to call back or sometimes didn t answer. I called the office , the assistant seem they were getting frustrated with me and told me things that was not discussed with Tim Jefferrey before hired . Then when I realized I no longer wanted Tim Jefferey to represent my husband anymore because nothing was getting done. I ask Tim Jefferrey for my money back but he didn t want to give me my money back.

I will Never Never NEVER Recommend this Attorney. I paid my son fees and was given the run around when I asked about the promise to get time served in Oct 2018. I called the office to double check that the time served was valid and Tim Jeffrey said his assistant was working the case. I left her message after message and she either say it s handled (for me to find out it s wasn t ) or she will call me the next day with information (and she never called). This went on for months. After being frustrated but hoping they were working on the case and paperwork was just taking awhile in March 2019, my son caught the chain to go to prison. I still haven t heard from Tim Jeffrey office and I m sure I won t. My son is still doing time. Very unprofessional.

Mr. Jeffrey handled my manslaughter case a couple of years ago and was able to get it reduced and I was placed on probation. I later picked up a couple of misdemeanors including a ucw and they tried to revoke my probation. Mr. Jeffrey was able to keep me on probation and took care of the misdemeanors for me. I am so thankful for his help during some real difficult times for me.

This guy and his staff is very unprofessional and only concerned about getting payments. From day one everything he promised he would do to help my son case he did not do, in fact he was trying to get my son time without even considering what my son wanted. The court lawyer, whom my son fired offered the same offer. EVERY TIME I called him out on a lie he would try to bully me telling me Im trying to send my son to jail when clearly I just seen all the lies and wouldnt go for it. I was in school when i hired him and it was hard to go to the office and handle business. I paid my son bill on time and when i called the office to request for him to go see my son they asked for another payment and i had already paid for weeks in advance. He lied and said the feds wanted to pick up his just so he could receive payments, because his staff didnt update the payment records.When i questioned him and asked what kind of business was he running he replied very rudely stating that doesnt deal with the front (but its his office). He was Very unprofessional, a bully, and lied about everything only for the money. PLEASE do not trust this lawyer, I wish I would have read his reviews first before trusting him with the fate of my son.

We had a Criminal Case that he would appeal. We had only one chance to appeal and within a time frame of 30 days to enter that with the courts. He said many points he will investigate and make the appeal strong on my LOs behalf. No he did not do that at all. What he did was throw the case to another Lawyer which was never discussed when he took the case. The main Client was my loved one in Jail and since he didnt speak English he never contacted him. The other Lawyer basically didnt do anything. Both lawyers ignored my loved one and us after we basically paid $13,000 to Jeffreys office. He knew when he took the case the Client was Spanish speaking and he said not to worry he had Astrid that could translate. TIM JEFFREYS LIED TO MY FAMILY AND THE ONE CHANCE WE HAD TO APPEAL WAS IN HIS HANDS AND NOW WE ARE UNABLE TO APPEAL AGAIN!!! THANK YOU TIM JEFFREY FOR NOT CARING FOR MY LO AND US THAT PAID ALL THAT MONEY BECAUSE WE BELIEVED YOU!!!
