A wonderful dining experience! Husband made reservations for date night, and it didn t disappoint! Kevin was our waiter and went above and beyond, also having great recommendations. We had the egg rolls, and figi shrimp for appetizers. The egg rolls were my personal favorite with such a creative way of pairing with cilantro and mint! Then the ribeye and bleu filet for main course. Both were good but the bleu filet was out of this world, the husband was jealous he didn t order it!

Looking for a romantic spot, look no farther! If youre looking to eat and get full, look elsewhere! Theres only 11 items on the menu, and the portions are not large. I m not one to write a negative review, but I m sharing in hopes that management will see this and reconsider how they treat staff. We had a reservation for May 7 at 4pm to celebrate my husband s graduation. We were kindly greeted by a young lady who promptly took us to our table. Immediately after being sat, the briefly phone rang and the Manager (Patrick) yelled the phone is ringing, where is my hostess? loud enough for us to hear. This was deeply humiliating, and after trying to explain to the manager she was attending to us his response was to double down and reiterate that she needed to not leave the host stand for the rest of the day . Our table was 10 feet away from the host stand. We were the only customers in the restaurant and we were in awe this is the way Patrick speaks to staff when he thinks no one is listening. Previous to today, Christopher s has been our restaurant of choice to celebrate special occasions: my graduation, our engagement, and every anniversary. Today was our last visit as we are relocating out of state and we are deeply saddened that this was our last impression of the establishment. However, knowing the way management speaks to staff was mortifying and had we witnessed this before, we wouldn t have returned. Service and food were wonderful as always.

The hostess was great from the start, sat us 15mins before our reservation. Drinks we reasonable pricing considering the the place. Our server was awesome, he had a trainee who he taught well. Made recommendations and his favorites. Made us feel welcome and wished our Birthday person as soon as he came in, by name. bread service was great, I recommend. we ordered our entrees, which were in the $40 range but cheaper then most steakhouses. they even included their own generous sides. I got the special the osso bucco. tender and cooked perfectly. the sauce was a little too much, lots of fresh thyme and salt was a little overwhelming. everyone enjoyed they meals, I feel quality was not as great as a great steakhouse but for the price was great. creme burlee, seemed not as light as it should be. the sugar crust was the best I ever had. keylime pie and chocolate cake were good but a little pricey at $13.95 a pop. All in all Made oor special occasion, the best it could have been. the server alone was worth it. Thank you great night!

Living in Fort Worth, I haven t eaten here in a long time, although last time I did it was excellent. My review is on customer service My parents were headed there yesterday evening to celebrate my dad s birthday with friends. I called very last minute to see if they could send a bottle of champagne to the table. Despite the short notice, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate the request, ensuring every detail was perfect. In an era where outstanding service is increasingly rare, Christophers commitment to making their dining experience special deserves recognition. Ive tried to find a reason to not give 5 stars but cant. Weve been to fine restaurants from Tampa to Newport Beach. Weve been to Christophers multiple times while our daughter has been at A&M. Came here for the first time with my wife and friends. We ordered the Delmonico Steak, Beef and Shrimp Chipotle Pasta, and the Bacon Wrapped Salmon. For appetizers, we ordered off their 25th year Anniversary special menu. We ordered the Mrs. Pham s Vietnamese Spring Rolls and the Smoked Duck and Applewood Quesadillas. They were all very delicious and flavorful. My steak which I ordered a medium, came out perfect. There were parts of the steak that were perfectly medium rare-ish, but weirdly dry and bland. I had to rely on the red wine butter sauce for flavor because I was too embarrassed to ask for some salt lol. Definitely will be back on special occasions because although delicious, it s still pretty pricey. Our waiter was very friendly and fast. There was a female staff who accidentally spilt (out of all dishes) a little bit of the fish sauce that came with the spring rolls, onto the floor and partially on my feet which made my toes kinda stinky and sticky so that was a bummer. Their ambiance is a bit dim, but beautiful and romantic. Lots of parking and overall great service.

Although They claim that their priority is delivering excellence over winning awards, their actions often indicate otherwise. In my experience they may compromise on the quality of their food and service to meet award criteria, thereby contradicting their stated commitment to excellence. Their excellence becomes questionable. Food is not delicious, seeming that the prices are off the roof. The service, as well, is extremely upsetting, their demeanor is incredibly ill,-mannered and ruin the experience.

Unfortunately, it was quite underwhelming. From the moment we arrived, the hostess displayed rudeness that tainted the entire experience. Despite hoping for a redeeming factor in the food, it was far from special. The steak, in particular, had an overpowering flavor reminiscent of clembuterol, which was highly off-putting. The only saving grace was the dessert, which was the sole item that didnt end up as leftovers on our table. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

This was probably the worst experience I ve ever had at eating at a restaurant. The food was horrible out of everything that I ve eaten and the only thing that was good was the banana, bread pudding and ice cream I had ordered the ribeye steak I asked for medium well and they gave me a steak, so red and bloody. It was still mooing and I ve never tasted a grilled steak with chocolate sauce, supposed to be red wine sauce, but it was so sweet it taste like chocolate. It was very disgusting and the spring salad that I had was very disgusting. I ve been to fine dining, but this was not fine dining. Whoever the chef is need to be fired and rearrange their menu because their prices are too high for the food that you get, I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone

This is a great place to go to celebrate something like ring day or just to have a nice dinner with family. Everything on the menu is amazing, you cannot go wrong with any choice you make. Splurge on the steak if you can because you will not regret it. Atmosphere is great and the service is always amazing. Worth trying it out!

Honestly one of the best steaks I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Moved to CS from Austin recently and there is only one place in Austin that I think can compete with the steaks. Atmosphere is great and the restaurant is very ideal for what is available in the BCS area.

Christophers is the kind of unique restaurant where you can go often for lunch or only occasionally for something special and each time is memorable. They have wait staff but a more appropriate term would probably be attendant. Ours was Austin, a cheerful fellow who made sure or anniversary dinner was a scrapbook-worthy event. Everything on the menu sounded mouth-wateringly delicious but when Austin said there were a few off-menu choices our ears perked right up! We had the lobster & shrimp pasta (spicy!) and the sea bass (off-menu, and super-tasty). Both were amazing and it looked like at least one person at every table in our room had the bass, so thats how popular it was. We went shortly after opening so it was quiet, but even as it got busier conversation remained effortless. Dessert was cheesecake (pictured) and chocolate truffle something with their unique flair. Sure, the meal was a touch pricy but it was so very, very worth it.

Wonderful experience for dinner with family. All food was beautiful and delicious. Our table had steak of various cuts and sauces and all were cooked perfectly to order and great quality. Sides were generous and included with the entree and again, beautifully presented and delicious. We all had a great experience and will return for our next special occasion in College Station.

We had a great anniversary here. The food was amazing. When they say vegetable presentation they mean all the vegetables. You get one of each vegetable. It was very good. Service was very good as well.

We chose Christopher s for a nice family dinner while visiting our son at school. We made a reservation and were seated right away. The redneck charcuterie was wonderful, cocktails were also great. Several of us ordered the Chef s special filet. The steaks were cooked ok, but were covered in a Demi glacé that was too sweet and overpowering to the entire dish. The steak would have been much better without it. The potatoes weren t great either. Just, ok. We ordered several desserts, the bananas foster bread pudding was delicious. My mother-in-law ordered the crème brûlée and it was over cooked and no flavor. The consistency was not the typical consistency and almost cake-like . We complained to the server and she said she would remove it from the bill. She did not do that. We asked again, and then the manager came to the table. He wasn t apologetic and was unprofessional in his approach to the situation . He said they typically take the dessert back if a customer complains, and then asked if we ate the dessert. We did NOT eat it, because it was terrible. We felt as if he thought we were just trying to score a free dessert. So sorry to say, but when you spend over $600 for dinner, you aren t trying to scam someone out of a $14 dessert. He also made it seem like an inconvenience to re-run the bill. He handled the situation very poorly. His interaction with us was the nail in the coffin for us. He turned a meh dinner into a really bad experience. We will not return.

My sister had us all out for my birthday on a Saturday 6th of August I ordered the meatloat with mashed potatoed and supposely cabbage under neath the potatoed well no cabbage and the meatloaf was so horrible that after three days im still trying to eat it. Christophers has went down hill as far as food goes. Ive been quiet a few times over the years but I dont think I will go back.

Today we celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary by starting with an early dinner at Christophers World Grille. Oh what a treat that was!!! My hubby had the 14 oz. Ribeye, & I had the Bacon wrapped Salmon with the vegetable selection. All was cooked to prefection!! A special thanks to the Chef & to our waitress, Tori who took such good care of us. Great place to eat for an intimate dinner, or just because!!

We went for our anniversary. I was excited to try it, but ultimately let down. I ordered the special, a ribeye medium rare. Came out medium well. Taste was good, but not what I ordered. Sent it back, next one came out rare. At this point I didnt have time to send it back as my wife was nearly done. It was fine. To miss a medium rare steak twice was not what I was expecting from such a highly regarded place. They did write a fun message on our plate at the end so,

The place was nice, the waitress was nice. It was nice, but for an evening out spending $180 for two, it should be more than nice. The appetizer was sparse and we had to pick through it. The presentation on the food was nice but a good piece of meat should not need any sauce ion it. It was a good tender cut and they grilled my Medium Rare just right. The sauce they had on it overpowered the steak. Again, a good steak should speak for itself when it comes to taste. We were seated next to a loud group of people and the waitress had to stop talking a few times and wait for them to get quiet to continue taking our order. There was another couple next to us and we never heard them. It would be good not to allow one table to ruin the experience for the rest.

Traveling to College Station doesnt give you much options for high class restaurants. I have dined at a variety of restaurants there, but finally I found a unique 5 star restaurant to enjoy. The service was wonderful and the food was marvelous. I truly enjoyed myself as well as my guests. It was so good that my spouse requested this to be the restaurant of choice whenever we seek a restaurant for a special occasion at College Station. I hope next time to meet the owner and thank him personally for such a magnificent experience. Our server, Jeremy, was spot on with details about the menu, cocktails and wine. You must try the almond crusted brie. Being a member of the National Press Club of Washington DC and traveling throughout the United States, it was nice to feel at home again at a restaurant that met my qualifications. Thank you to the staff and management. I highly suggest thus for foodies, businessmen and those who understand the art and quality of food and desserts. ENJOY!

Off the chart good..amazingly fresh service. Dessert selection was wide..Filets cooked to perfect temp. Lots of tables, good bar area. Dish was shrimp and lobster over linguine.
