PJ, is an amazing lawyer and counselor. So easy to speak with and communicates so effectively and gives great advice. PJ responds immediately to any calls and emails and puts his clients and their time first. We have worked with PJ on two separate occasions and both times he has proven to be very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He always made time for us and answered all our questions. I consider myself an intelligent and well-educated business man. But when it comes to tackling the intricacies of legal matters, I know better than to take that world on alone. I was fortunate to have been referred to PJ Putnam to aid in the forming of an international corporation. I found myself laboring through the language and numerous legal requirements. It was clear I needed someone with the knowledge and expertise to ensure I was understanding the requirements for forming a partnership with a French National citizen. PJ was the person I was looking for. Excellent communication skills with timely advice, PJ broke down each section in terms that made sense to me. Now, PJ is my go-to man when it comes to legal matters, which I have many. I am an author and songwriter. His knowledge of intellectual property rights has been a blessing. So much so, that when it came time to construct a living will I called upon his office to complete that document. I could go on as to how much he continues to benefit my business. I had hired a logger to thin my timber. I went to my property to check his work. Upon arrival I found a truck loaded with logs of unmarked timber Timber Theft. I contacted PJs office immediately and they began the process to obtain payment for the timber that was not marked. PJ was very professional, very responsive to initiate contact with the purchasing logger and coordinate the process to pay for the timber. PJ was very thorough in his research to make sure payment was receive on a timely basis and that all repairs to my property were completed per the contract. I was very please with PJ and how he handled my case. If needed I would definitely use PJ and his law firm again.

I met PJ through a mutual friend a few years ago. He had shared some good advice about how to register my business, so when I needed help with a royalty agreement on a book contract I reached out to him. He was extremely responsive and drafted a very thorough agreement that met all my expectations. Because of his work, I know my creative work is protected and will provide appropriate compensation over the years.

Mr. Putnam came to mine and mine roommates aide in a Landlord-Tenant dispute. He was able to not only expedite the situation and help us garner our house deposit, which was being detained from us, but was very thorough and patient with explaining the process and legalities. Its amazing how much having a lawyer like Mr. Putnam helps in these horrible situations. Without him, I do not think the home owner would have budged a bit on the return of the deposit.

Really easy to communicate with these lawyers. They got back to me in a timely manner, both with phone calls/emails and documents. The documents they produced were ones that I easily understood and didnt need a law degree to figure out. These lawyers do very professional work and respected my time and listened to my needs. I had complete confidence in their advice and what they produced. They were very friendly and I will be using them for all the legal needs of my business
