Worst experience in my life!! I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Bergquist Law Firm. After hiring them to handle a legal matter, I found their communication to be lacking and their representation to be subpar. First I had planned on writing this review for a while now, but I wanted to say what needed to be said, without getting long and winded. I was rear-ended in Wylie Texas, and things seemed terrible. I couldnt get the other drivers insurance to agree to let me simply just go get checked out. I contacted Bergquist Law firm, and felt instantly at ease. Everyone I delt with at Bergquist was kind, understanding, compassionate. Hannah was beyond reproach in every aspect of my case. The end result was, they got me more then I was hoping for. I overall had a good experience with Bergquist Law Firm. This law firm was recommended to me by my doctor after I was hurt in a car accident. After contacting the law firm, things started off a little slow because there was a change in attorney on my case more than once. After Jovani Diaz was assigned to my case, things were smooth sailing. The case manager, Hannah Phillips was VERY helpful during this process. Hannah was always there to help and always responded quickly to whatever questions I had. I am appreciative of all the hard work done by Bergquist Law Firm and would recommend them! Five Stars!

One of the attorneys gave me their card, and I called. The attorney I spoke to said he needed to speak to the lead attorney to see if they could assists with the auto injury for myself and daughter. They asked me to send in all the evidence that I had via email. After doing so, I received a follow up email the next day saying they decided not to help with our matter but all the information I sent them was protected by attorney-client privilege. He emphasized that I should find an attorney to help with my accident, but did not refer me to anyone in particular, so I am back at square one. Not sure why they made that decision and it seems like that could have been determined during the free consultation. I was disappointed. It was a vulnerable conversation to have, especially, sharing personal information with a complete stranger. Good luck!

Brandon Thomas- if you have him as a lawyer and its a difficult case that lacks evidence he will drop you and not fight for you.. He never called me at a reasonable time it was always close to when he was leaving the office or going to a meeting for court. He never set up a confrence call he said he was going to do. He never emailed out my release forms to the adjusters. I had to forward them to the people.Also, he had no problem calling me at 0900 am to tell me he is dropping the case. because he feels he would have benefit from my case. There is so much more to this but he would have had to fight for it. I am completely not at fault for my case i just needed a STRONG lawyer to help me and he did not provide that. Im not saying this law firm is bad but i would not recommend Brand Thomas if there is lack of evidence to proof your self not at fault for the auto accident.

Terrible company. I have called countless times just to speak with the attorney representing my case but to no avail. They are horrible at returning phone calls and are very unprofessional. Maybe they are prioritizing other clients cases over mine? Maybe because I am deemed an unpreviledged person; thats why my case is NOT a big deal? First of all, that is a training office to those who graduated from the law schools, and when I said Training I mean it is easy for any lawyer who taking care of your case to leave Bergquist and move your case to someone else in the same office or even another branch in different city without telling you. I had a bad experience with that office, my case has started in Dallas (where I live), then moved to Houston (I dont know why) in time that Dallas office has many people working in that branch. the first Dallas Lawyer had transferred my case with (missing an important part of my case) to Houston office, where the other lawyer could not take a successful control. I am still suffering and I tried to explain that to him, but he said Sorry I can t do anything about that . After a few weeks, the lawyer in Houston has left the job without even sending an email or even texting me. The and after few days i know that a third employee is working on my case with a low level of experience about my case. Don t think you are a valued customer, you are only a $$, and they will not fight for your case.

Bergquist Law Firm is the most incompetent law firm I have encountered. My case is open and shut case in which this firm has not been able to settle. They have poor communication skills and from what I can tell have no knowledge of how to properly litigate or be an advocate for any of their clients. Including myself. It shows they have inadequate management, due to the fact that in the span of 1 year I have had 2 attorneys quit during my case. I have yet to encounter any competent work from thisfirm. I asked for a copy of my contract, something a firm should be able to produce at a moments notice but yet nothing. The office assistant wasnt even able to produce THAT. Most firms, the assistant is able to place the client on hold to find AN ATTORNEY somewhere in a LAW FIRMS office..because thats what they do, right?! Not this firm. Not today... probably not ever. is there even attorneys that work here?! I believe there reviews are paid for because I have yet to receive adequate response to simple tasks. You would THINK if you are being PAID (because I am paying them) that they would produce satisfactory counsel, which is what I THOUGHT was what I am paying for. I was hit by a drunk driver who went to jail ON THE SCENE, who had INSURANCE and have already claimed liability. So whats the hold up? Either hire competent attorneys, management or shut this whole firm down. I thought the point was to be compensated for injuries sustained, pain and suffering and emotional damage caused by the WRECK.

My injury case with them went totally wrong Ms Laura Rivas is not for her clients. I could not get in contact with her after i signed in between that time she had others call me to tell me go here not knowing it was to just build up money for her in the medical bills also check your paperwork some of the bills was not as muchh as she quoted . DONT GET FOOLED BIG BUILDING BEAUTIFUL PRETTY FACES READY TO SUCK YOU UP DRY
