Great food! We will definitely be back when in the area. It s rare that the whole family agrees, but we all liked our plates. The ordering system is horrible. Its very odd that youre allowed to get as many refills as you want but the ice has to be requested. Isnt ice the cheapest thing on the menu? Chicken fried steak was 10% bland meat and 90% batter. Everything else was below average. All tables and chairs are too close to each other. The manager came to pretend to want to help. That was sweet I guess. Eliminate the servers altogether because their pointless to have. The first time ever our tip was zero. Save your money and go somewhere else.

All kinds of good stuff with the little bit of a bar menu with some perks. Crab legs crawfish fried jalapenos are some of my favorites but they have the full menu. All you got to do is grab a draft beer and youre good to go! The burgers are pretty good but when Im in there I usually get something a little bit different. I do have to say I absolutely love the loaded baked potato and the batter on the onion rings are out of this world

Just went to this location for the first time to celebrate my birthday. Like the other locations, the food is good and consistent. We were pleasantly surprised by our server, a young man named Haden. He was extremely courteous and professional. He displayed manners I have not seen in years from a young server at any restaurant. Typical icehouse atmosphere. Great layout and bar area. We always enjoy Willies. Hubs had the patty melt - he only complaint was, the use of texas toast made for a sandwich with a lot of bread! We are sure that there are others who would enjoy it. The mac and cheese was yummy and the onion rings never disappoint. I tried the fried chicken tacos for the first time and they were so big, I could not eat the second one. Hubs got iced tea and was disappointed. I have always known that they need to improve their iced tea and so I ordered lemonade. The iced tea they use is too bitter.

Second visit: Awful. Ordered boiled shrimp in garlic butter but get spicy. The waitress said they would remake them. Instead the oddball little manager decided to reshake spicy shrimp in garlic sauce. It tasted as bad as it sounds. The waitress ignored us. I changed my rating from 5 to 2 . Old review: I was craving seafood and the wife isn t always on board. I was able to order boiled shrimp and a catfish poboy while she got a bbq tater. We hit DoorDash. The food was excellent! My friends and I had a great time like always at Willie s! The vibes were great & our server Kaitlyn was the absolute best!!!! She was so kind to me and my friends, and I highly recommend requesting her if you go :)

Love Willies Grill & Icehouse !! Food was great and the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is great, and our waitress Kaitlyn was awesome! She gave us great service and had a very friendly attitude. We loved the food and will be back soon ! Thanks again Kaitlyn! Food
