The Mason is one of my favorite venues in Dallas. As a photographer, it is a dream background. The staff is also very professional and helpful. This place is absolutely dreamy. The upstairs ballroom is my favorite.

We are a wedding photographer and videography team and we love all our Mason weddings! You wont find another venue like this in the DFW metroplex. The historic building with its white and black front makes a statement. When you enter, you are surrounded by eclectic furniture and artwork that creates a fabulous maximalist vibe. Its the perfect backdrop for a classic, modern and romantic wedding theme. We cant wait until we work there again!

I was here as a guest for a wedding. At first I was a little confused because the surrounding area did not match what I had in mind (however, after the wedding my gf and I walked around the area for some great Mexican street food). The place is beautiful. Very creaky. I don t know it s history but it seems old. It s cramped and classy. If I was years older I m sure it would remind me of my parent s Sunday night dinner parties.

My husband and I had our wedding at The Mason and we couldnt recommend it more! For my wedding, I wanted something that had vintage character, was effortlessly romantic, and had an ethereal elegance to it. The Mason covered all of those bases! Regarding the management, Kyle and his team were always so kind and helpful, ready to answer any questions or lend a helping hand at any point. The Mason is amazing! This venue is such a classic beautiful place, I cant get over how wonderful it was to photograph a wedding at this location! The small gorgeous details are so luxurious, its as if youre being transported to a different era in time. Every level of this venue is a different adventure and I am LIVING for it! The staff are wonderful people who can guide you through the layers of history that this building keeps, they are professionals with passion and dedication. I hope I have the opportunity to come back and shoot here again! They handled this wedding with elegance!

My company hosted a 1920s themed party at this venue and everything was perfectly executed. Our coordinator, Kyle, was simply amazing from day one of planning. He put my mind at ease and answered every little tedious question I had. The onsite staff was also top notch and assisted with communicating our needs to the many vendors that evening. The venue is breathtaking and fit our theme perfectly. I only wish I had another event in the Dallas area to host here!

The Mason helped us to host the happiest night of our lives. The venue is stunning and felt so unique compared to other hotel ballrooms and venues we toured. Through the artwork, furniture, and stunning architecture, there is minimal decor that you need to add to make The Mason into your dream wedding venue. Even our month of coordinator said you get a lot for your money at this venue. Kyle Hennigan was a pleasure to work with and communicated quickly and concisely on all of our questions.

Upon arrival and looking for parking I saw a half naked homeless man camped beside the building taking a bath with a water bottle. Found parking for about 4 cars beside the building and a paid parking lot behind the gas station across from the Mason. The building behind did have what looked like a full time security guard. A homeless lady was kind and moved her shopping cart so we could get up the stairs with the big box with the wedding dress. The basement bridal changing room has NO BATHROOM. Bathroom located up one flight of stairs with two stalls for ladies and one stall for men with one urinal. The top floor has a major ceiling leak complete with 16 foot ladder and plastic covering the floor. We booked to take prewedding photos, The white dress was dirty on the bottom from the dirty floor after the photo shoot. Kyle did a tour at 2:15 for a prospective couple in the middle of our paid time, 1-3:00. Kyle was irritated because we arrive at 12:30 to change clothes to be ready for the photographer at 1:00. We were unable to use the top floor area with the furniture because of the ladder. I ask if it could be removed and Kyle said I was just lucky he wouldnt charge me for arriving early. Horrible place, security risk location, horrible customer service , parking issues and limited toilet facilities

The Mason is one of the most unique and beautiful venues I have ever been to. Each room is different, filled with pieces full of character and intricate details you wouldnt expect. I took bridal portraits there for one of my brides, and I got so much variety in each picture that made it look like you were in 3 different venues at once! Love this place and the people!

The Mason is one of the most beautiful venues in Dallas. What really separates The Mason from others is all of the furniture and decoration that comes with the venue rental. Every corner of the venue is beautiful and it made for an amazing event. The bride and groom suites, and the getting ready room are all amazing. PJ was our main contact and he was very communicative, patient, and accommodating. We felt like he and the team at The Mason went out of their way to make our wedding perfect. Throughout the planning process PJ was always available for e-mails, quick calls, and even impromptu meetings. Day of he and the team were there to let our vendors in and they were there all night handling everything and anything that came up. We highly recommend The Mason to anyone looking to have an event in Dallas! We had 186 guests and it was the perfect size.

This is the most amazing venue! Great for anywhere from 40-150 people. The staff was awesome and I was super impressed by their recommended caterer and bar service! Their event coordinator PJ was so helpful, super responsive to all emails, calls, etc. and ensured everything went absolutely perfect! I would recommend them to anyone and hope to be able to have another event there! Bar service- Mama s Medicine Caterer- Food Glorious Food (FGF)
