Spent the weekend at this hotel for my birthday weekend. The first night was okay woke up the next morning to no water exclamation point apparently a pipe had burst and water was all over the parking lot the only thing that the hotel had to offer was 25% if you were going to stay. Really? Who wants to stay in a hotel with no running water how do you wash your hands? How do you shower? No water they were not offering a refund they were only offering to go to their sister Hotel. Although they kept apologizing it was awful the bathrooms downstairs for customers was full of feces and urine Ive never stayed here before it was a gift but I will never say again people were leaving left and right people were traveling that had made reservations had to find someplace else to stay it was just awful

First sorry to this location I left a 4 star review but was the wrong Hampton. This hotel was definitely a 5 star! 1st Staff was awesome the entire time from house keeping, front desk, manager and breakfast!! House keeping amazing our room was so clean. We even moved the couch and it was clean. Absolutely no mold . They were great offering to clean room and giving us as many towels and (wash clothes, 4 of us washing faces every and night meant 8 a day) so that was great never they never one liked at us weird. Front desk great, even for the crazy lady who needed quarters to wash to giving us multiple keys. Not sure what was up there, keys kept not working and this was prior to the computer crash. Our room did have a bad lock in the end but both front desk and then management checked the door which had to be completely removed deceased something inside came loose. Manager was awesome really kind, didn t treat me poorly even in beginning nor after he did find out door was broke. He could have treated me like I was incompetent not knowing how the door worked but he did not (not our fault was broken). He also was able to get us into the suite right across the hall. Was so grateful for that, although moving was an inconvenient pain but not their fault, things break. They were great through the whole crowdstrike computer update when emerging went down. Staff had to walk you to your room all day and no eye rolling or attitudes, they were all so nice and kind!!! The staff at breakfast kept things hot roasted and full. Breakfast was better than most Hampton. They offered two types of eggs every day. Also had half and half for coffee and the morning I came down and coffee was like warm, attendant immediately replaced with kindness ( no attitude) Also it is right next to a slew of food options within walking distance, so while spouse had car no need for Uber for lunch! Amazed by our stay could not have been better!!! Thank you!

Bed bugs the first night. Bites and such all over my legs, waist and back. They changed my rooms, thats it. Didnt offer to clean anything or take care or any of it, they only changed my rooms, I had to pay to wash all my stuff and wasnt given anything else to make up for it. I was being followed outside (when i walked to the store)and I was being video recorded by someone in a car I the parking lot. Told the staff and they did absolutely nothing about it Kids across the hall were ding dong ditching multiple times, told staff, they did nothing, I ended up having to find one of the kids aunt outside and she went and yelled at them. Horrible Horrible Horrible hilton. Worst I have ever seen and Ive been to a dozen countries and about 40 states.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were in great shape, with plenty of towels and soaps. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good, featuring scrambled eggs, sausage patties, roasted potatoes, and waffle mix with extras like chocolate chips. Conveniently located near several restaurants and easy highway access. Walkability: There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as gas stations well within walking distance.

Excellent hotel. I was helped by several employees but I only got the name of one and her name is Haimi. (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She was outstanding and exemplified superior guest service. The other employees were very friendly, too. Its very convenient and close to the DFW airport. There is also an airport shuttle. The breakfast is always phenomenal and is a Hampton staple. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you and best of luck.

We stayed here for the rangers game and it was a great location. The room was very clean and noise level normal for a hotel. The breakfast was great. They had a great variety and lots of options. The check in and check out process was super simple as well. The staff was friendly and great.

I just cancelled our reservation. We had been driving with a baby and a toddler for a long time. When we pulled in, the toddler needed to use the restroom immediately so my husband took him into the lobby while I got the baby out of the carseat. The lobby staff refused to let them use the restroom without first checking in. He took our son to a nearby restaurant and I rebooked us into the Marriott.

This was my first trip to Texas. We were coming for a concert at AT&T stadium so we did 2 nights at the hotel. This appears to be a pretty new location or at least heavily remodeled. Everything was clean and modern. Check in was quick and easy. Got my bottles of water and headed off to the room. We had a King size bed and the room was a good size. Although strangely laid out and incredibly dark. Even with turning every light on it was still hard to see. The bed was clean and comfortable and theres an abundance of power outlets all over the room. Ive seen other reviews mention noise. We heard none....no road, plane, or even hallway noises. The bathroom and shower were nice and clean. The coffee pot was inexplicably placed in the bathroom though. Very weird and kinda icky. Theres large soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles bolted to the walls so you dont need to bring from home. Aside from the dark room, I wouldnt recommend showing up here with a ton of clothes. Theres nowhere to unpack really. Theres a small closet and three tiny baskets under the TV. Thats it. We were only there for 2 days so we just left stuff in suitcases but anything longer than that it would have been difficult. The small fridge and microwave worked well and temperature control for the room was excellent. The breakfast area was large and well maintained. The food was always well stocked and the waffles were a fun Texas shape. The only thing kind of odd is that there were 3 types of eggs but no bacon. Just maple sausage. Theres so many different food options that even if you are staying several days you can change it up. If you want something different theres tons of fast food and casual dining options within walking distance. The area was clean and seemed safe. Getting around this part of Fort Worth requires being comfortable with entering/exiting multiple 75mph highways so be prepared for that. The drive to AT&T Stadium was about 10 minutes and relatively easy. We also went to a nearby outlet mall and the JFK site in Dallas all within 30 min or less. We would absolutely not hesitate to come back to this hotel and area in general.

I have no complaints about my stay here. The room was clean and extremely nice/updated. The location was nice with many food options nearby. It was about a 10 minute drive to the rental return at the airport. The area itself felt safe. I was traveling solo and had to leave the hotel very early in the morning to get to the airport. It was still dark out as I was leaving but it was very well lit in the parking lot and I didn t feel scared to walk to my car. I was hoping someone would be working the front desk as I was leaving for extra precautions but nobody was there. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed one night in a 2 queen suite (with a sofa bed). It was probably the largest room Ive ever stayed in for a hotel- so much space which was wonderful traveling with two babies. The room was clean, comfortable. Loved the counter/sink space outside of where the tub and toilet are. The downfalls: we pulled the sofa mattress to the floor for my toddler, and the mattress was in really bad shape and falling apart on the bottom side (typical for a sofa mattress but understandably not necessarily easy to replace). The other downside was that there is no indoor pool or hot tub which we would have loved. Breakfast was very good! We would return there again.

The man at the front desk is amazing! Not sure if he s the manager or what. Rooms were very clean. $75 pet fee! Private parking was easy and very convenient. I was extremely impressed with the safety and cleanliness of downtown Fort Worth and the area outside the hotel. There was absolutely no one outside at 11 pm on a Thursday. Rooms: Extremely clean and homey. Safety: I felt very safe walking alone at night in the area as a woman. There was nobody outside at 11pm. No homeless.

Decided to stay in Arlington this trip around. Ended up staying at this hotel due to the proximity to ATT Stadium and the amount of food available in the area. Right in front, you had Golden Chick, McDonalds, Chipotle, Panda Express, Chick FIL a, a burger place, Starbucks, Panera Beard, and a few others. Upon checking in, I was greeted by the front desk staff. Getting to my room, the room was clean and home. The restroom was clean and fully stocked with towels and other necessities. One thing about this hotel that I wasnt happy with. There is no point intended on the hotel or its staff, Highway 360 is near the hotel. Around 430 you can hear the cars traveling. Another issue, I was on the 3rd floor, and I had bad upstairs neighbors. A bunch of banging and walking Hella hard in which I was able to hear everything. Aside from them doing it on purpose, a quick call to the front desk and it was taken care of. I will say, while taking a short, be careful about how hot you put the water. I didnt realize how hot it was in which I sustained some burns to my foot and leg. Overall, I was really pleased with the hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip back to the dfw area for work. I really enjoyed the numerous amount of food options that are within walking distances. Staff were friendly. This hotel does offer free breakfast, I cannot discuss or review the breakfast as I did not eat. Im not much of a breakfast person. Nearby activities: Youre 15 minutes away from AT&T stadium. Minutes away from Six Flags Arlington. Food and drinks: Numerous fast food places within walking distance. There were so many options I couldnt list them all.

Do NOT stay here if you need to actually sleep. I had to hunt someone down to check in around 8pm. Found the bathroom in my room to be dirty but no one was at the front desk after checking in. By 11pm the adjoining room was having a very loud party. Called the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do because it wasnt time for quiet hours?! Not sure why they put someone in an adjoining room when the place seemed mostly empty. The walls are paper thin so I could hear every word next door. Banging doors, yelling, etc. Got quieter, but then the party started up again at 3am. Tried calling the front desk again, no one there. I gave up about 3:30am after nonstop yelling next door and decided to just go sleep at the airport. Packed up to leave and found the elevators not working so I lugged everything down the stairs. No staff was to be found anywhere on the property. I felt very unsafe here, it was dirty and very noisy, and I slept better at the airport. I will NEVER come back to this hotel!!

One would think, however, that a hotel this near the airport would run a shuttle consistent with the timing of flights, however we found out too late that the shuttles dont start running until 7:00AM, too late for early morning flights. It wasn t a five star hotel, but we knew that when we booked. The hotel s location was in close proximity to the airport and the activities we had planned. The food was just okay. We didn t use any of the amenities. We had a super early flight and I called days leading up to the trip to inquire about early check in and the shuttle service. Every time I called the person on the phone would defer me to check back at a later time. The shuttle service was prompt and Fred, the driver, was nice. Now for the not so good - when I called the night before to inquire about early check in, Dominiq said it wasn t 100% guaranteed but there was a good chance we could check in early because the hotel wasn t at full capacity the night before or the day of our arrival. I m not sure what happened between 8pm the night before and 8am the day of but when we arrived all rooms were sold out. We arrived around 8:30 am and waited until about 12:45 pm before we left the hotel because we had an appointment. The hotel did hold our luggage which was nice. Since we had been waiting in the lobby all morning, we made sure we didn t return until after 3pm which is the check in time. Once we returned, the room was still not ready and it was about 3:30 pm. We had been awake since 3am for our early flight, so it was an inconvenience. Andrew, the GM, offered to comp the stay because of the inconvenience. He specifically said we wouldn t have to pay anything additional from what we already paid on the app (we used points when we booked). It wasn t until check out that we realized it was just comp d for one night and not the entire two night stay. The pillows were unbelievably flat, the sink water had barely any pressure, and the shower had poor drainage. We literally showered in a tub of water. We didn t complain, because the stay was free or so we thought. We also used the lobby restroom while we were waiting for hours and the cleanliness was subpar. One of the stalls was in a complete unusable condition. The other stall I cleaned myself. There definitely could be some improvements.

Was not satisfied with room at all for what I paid. The room was a large suite, but only had 2 small drawers for clothing in entryway (not convenient). Had only 1 chair at desk and TV on wall could only turn 25% each way, couldnt watch TV on bed or couch. Had no glass cups, only small cardboard cups , not good when you pay $175 a night. The bathroom/toilet did not have any ventilation, and closet had only 6 hangers. You could hear people walking above you or next door.

Everything was good with a few exceptions. The tesla charger seems to need some safety inspection and repair work. LEDs for floor buttons do not light up for certain floors in the elevator, also some light bulbs out on ceiling of elevator.

This is the lack of customer service you can expect from this hotel and the Hilton organization: I keep correcting this Assistant but they will not listen and only defend the unprofessional and rude behavior along with their excuses. If you want great service from beginning to end of your stay, do not stay at this hotel. Thank you for contacting Hilton Guest Assistance. As guest assistance department doesnt have authority towards hotels billing systems and we are unable to intervene. However, according to the policy as your reservation is checked-out and there can not be any modification after the check-out. The hotel GM was in contact with you and stated that you had checked in on 10/16/22 and provided a Tax-exempt form in the middle of your stay on 10/18/2022. So, when the agent who took this form went into the reservation to make the adjustments it changed the first 2 nights dates as this always happens when the hotel processes a tax adjustment after check in. To tell me a worldwide corporation does not have the ability to correct an inaccurate document related to accounting and finance tells me your either incompetent or Hilton it self is in the practice of defrauding their clients and the Federal Government. When arrived to check in the front desk associate told me to come back at a later time and it would be no problem to correct the No-Tax paperwork at a later date. This was wrong in every way. Because Hilton and its employees were unwilling to accommodate a simple and easy request that all other hotel chains and companies seem to be able to do without effort, tells me it is your choice to provide below standard service to your customers. This is why I am now avoiding every property, subsidiary and any other hotel associated with Hilton in anyway. I waited over an hour for the shuttle to the hotel. They never seemed apologetic or able to do anything for it. After threatening with them and asking for a Uber the van showed up miraculously quickly. This was very annoying since I had an interview earrrlyyy in the morning and they cut into my sleep and prep time by quite a bit.

I have to say that the rooms are pretty decent and service is ok. The only problem we have, is that we came for a weekend vacation and since night one I could hear the pool music in my room (we stayed in a first floor, pool side). When I said that I can hear the pool music I meant at 5am, it woke me up like an alarm first day I let it pass, second day I came up to the front desk to ask if it was necessary to have music that loud in the pool at that time? Respectfully I told them I was on vacations and didn t want to wake up at 5am and I thought they were up and running for breakfast or something, but no, they not even open until 6am but playing unnecessary music at 5am waking up people on their rest time. They couldn t figure it out and only apologized. I feel so sorry, this is disappointing, coming from FL to relax for a weekend and waking up like I m going to work I hope they can resolved this issue for future customers. We love Hampton Inns but probably it won t be our first choice next time, or will make sure I don t get rooms next to the pool. Rooms: They start pool music (or outdoor music, not sure) at 5am, and you will definitely hear it in your room if you by the pool side first floor (that s where I stayed). Didn t sleep like I wanted to, because it won t be lowered or stop, so on my vacation I still waking up at 5am like an alarm, just staying in my bed waiting for them to open breakfast at 6am. Very disappointing if you planing to have a relax vacation. Food and drinks: We were pleased with the breakfast buffet, always stock and well maintained. Vary breakfast items, it was really nice. No problem finding seats to have breakfast, sometimes in others Hampton Inma you have to wait for seat (because of location), but we did t have this problem here.

We arrived pretty late after traveling back from our vacation. The placed looked clean and nice but once we were in our room we found bed beds. I m about to call the health department because I was told I would hear from a manager. Two days later I haven t heard from any one. I have pictures that are included. I travel all over the country and this is the first time this has ever happened . The lady at the front desk was super sweet and apologetic . I m super disappointed that we have not heard from anyone after the issue. If we were to bring these bed bugs home that would have been very costly. I need someone to please call me. The management has let me down and maybe needs a change. Maybe she feels to comfortable in her position.

The room was exceptional, the bed was like a cloud, but if youre heath conscious, there arent many choices for the free breakfast. My family doesnt eat beef or pork, so no breakfast meat for us. The potatoes were great, but the eggs looked different, maybe powdered? The oatmeal looked slimy, so I had tea, yogurt, banana & potatoes. Rooms: The rooms are nicely decorated, pillows and mattress was very comfy.

As soon as I walked in a middle aged male with lightskin who seemingly worked at the front desk but was dressed like A janitor started looking at me suspicious. He immediately confronted me as I walked in to ask me what my room number was as if wasn t really supposed to be there. Being a Black man this happens far to often, and I refused to tell him out of spite. He then locked the doors and told me he was calling the police. He then said I was asking weird questions when I never even approached him, he approached me. Super racist staff. Terrible experience. After this i went to the Marriott down the street and got much better service. I would never go here again.

Cleanish found just the plugs stuck into the outlet on my last stay. The Gym has two long term broken treadmills and a peloton that has never been set up with pedals like the rest of Hilton s, nor logged into hotel wifi. Wiping off visible grime from light switches would be nice as well. Could be a fine hotel with some minor changes like siding on the exterior.

Great location surrounded by restaurants. But room was awful. Air conditioning was either freezing or not cold enough, as it faced the bed and had no Hi/Lo setting. Had to use furniture to divert the air. Shower made a loud popping sound every time you move. Seemed like it was made of some type of cheap plastic. Room floor felt soft, like if you weren t careful, the downstairs neighbor would hear every step .which is what I heard from the person above me. Front of hotel looked like it had been hit by a tornado.

First, they have the televisions that dim themselves to where its hard to see and cant change it. Loses a star right off the bat for that. The latest time I stayed here the room has some dilapidated thermostat on the wall with an old sticker that says use control on unit, understandable. What isnt is the ac unit is broken with no lights on it with the fan running constantly that you cant turn off at all. No way to see what the temperature is set to. Good luck! For reference, I stayed over 120 nights in Hilton hotels last year. This one is sub par.

The staff was very friendly. They gave me a couple bottles of water to take up to my room which was awesome. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. They also had an airport shuttle which was very convenient. I realized after I left that I had forgotten a couple of clothing items that I left hanging in the closet. They found them and agreed to keep them safe until I visit again next week. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, but way overpriced for Friday night, just to find uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls, cracked bathroom sink, and peeling wallpaper, tv remote not working, very loud hallways, then construction crew working stomping upstairs at 7am on Saturday morning or Bigfoot walking around upstairs. Breakfast not great, acidic coffee, cold eggs, uncooked sausages, the only good items were orange juice and waffles plus fruit and yogurt.

I stayed here for 3 nights, for work training. Every time I walked into the room it stunk. There is mold in the bathroom in the shower. The handle for the toilet is broken. The room was either cold or hot there was no conferable temperature. The buttons inside and outside of the elevator wasn t cleaned the whole time I stayed there. The one down stairs it s the only button to push so EVERYONE has to touch that gross button for the elevator. The kitchen staff spoke NOEnglish & there wasn t a person of staff available other than her to talk. Which I was not able to do as I only speak English! There are no vending machines at all. They ONLY provide coke products to drink. I drink Dr Pepper, big inconvenience for me having to try to make my way are area I m not familiar with. For the price charged nightly there should be more options available for drinks, the staff should be bilingual, and there shouldn t be broken toilet handles and mold in the bathroom.

We had reservations to stay for four nights On the the third day they put us out and told us we had to leave accusing of smoking in the rooms. We never smoked in the rooms and I am aware of the non smoking policy. They didn t want me taking pictures in the lobby which I didn t see a problem with because I m staying there spending my money. I believe I was being racially profiled. This has never happened to me staying at any of the Hilton hotels. I am a Diamond member I never had any issues about smoking. I was very upset had to book another room and I came all the way from Michigan.

Bathroom light did not work in the original room. I pressed hotel management to be reassigned to another room. She was accommodating but unconcerned about the condition of the hotel room or the fact that by the time hotel management responded to the problem, I was late for a dinner reservation. She insisted that I move to the new room right away, instead of waiting until I returned from dinner. She said she needed me out of the original room so that she could rent out the room to someone else despite knowing that the bathroom light didn t work. She indicated that she would give me extra Hilton Honors points for my inconvenience. Once in the new room, that night I found long black hair in the bed. I have short brown hair, so it wasn t mine. I suspect the bed sheets weren t changed from the previous guest. A/C worked well in the room and the breakfast was good. Overall, I would stay at another local hotel in the area. This one doesn t measure up to the Hilton family of hotels.

Never stayed here prior to my latest stay, and was extremely disappointed with the hospitality, specifically with the front desk at check in. The lady was clearly annoyed with having to work or whatever was bothering her. She practically yanked my ID and credit card from my hand. She had an attitude when I asked about reserving a spot for the shuttle back to DFW when she responded you re not leaving yet, you don t need to reserve . The information on the app clearly states you must notify the front desk about shuttle service. The breakfast was not great, except the waffles the cinnamon roll batter paired well with coffee. The rooms are decent, but their AC was difficult to manage, as it was a hit or miss when attempting to making it work. The location is great, which would be the only reason I would stay here again, so long as I can check in on the app and avoid dealing with the front desk lady.

Only thing I wish is that they d make the EV chargers for hotel guests only . Too many people staying around the area at other hotels/living in the apartments and park to get free charging . Unfortunately, the airport shuttle doesnt start until 7 am, and I had an international flight departing at 6:15am with a checked bag. We loved our room and the staff were absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly. The pool area and pool was nice, clean and relaxing. Love that they also have a gym and a large parking area by the hotel. I love the fact that they changed up the menu for the breakfast whilst we we there so it was excited to see what each morning had to offer. Great location, close to Dallas Forth Worth Hotel and they offer a free shuttle to the airport which was great. Definitely a great stay for us.

I thought that this hotel wasnt that bad I genuinely liked it. We had a very nice room a tv, a table, kitchen, and a bathroom. It was very spacious but because of this the air conditioning wasnt as good but still worked. There is also a pool but it is a bummer if it is raining since its an outdoor pool. The breakfast was great and it was free so this is perfect for a family to stay. I had a very nice stay and I hope that any of yall do to.

I didnt stay! I just called and found out that you cannot leave your car in their parking lot while flying out to cozumel for 6 nights, I love the idea of them having thier own shuttle bus unlike Holliday Inn with shared shuttle to the airport, but hate the idea that you will have your car towed if left longer than 24 hours. Looks like Ill be staying at the Holliday Inn, at least they are courteous enough to charge a daily fee to park your car without having your car towed away.

I couldn t possibly rate this place any higher. Yeah the hotel itself is updated, clean, in such a great location, and has a nice breakfast & pool, but the staff is absolutely what blows this place away. I was traveling for an interview so only needed to stay for a night, & the people at the front desk were single handedly the most friendly & accommodating hospitality staff I ve ever met. I thought I had an issue with my room key & Shay came with me to my door after fixing it to make sure that I was able to get in (there was actually nothing wrong with it I was just not opening the door right lol). She went above & beyond for the short time I was there in multiple ways & her acts of kindness genuinely impacted me in such a positive way. The shuttle drivers were also so sweet & the hotel does everything they can to accommodate you with the shuttles. 10/10!!!!
