Just booked Ashton Gardens North with Hala, and she was the best! Both my Fiancé and I have extremely busy work schedules- me being a night nurse and him working 8-5 every weekday... But she worked with us to get two tours in. I fell in love with the place with my first tour, and the second one was to show how amazing it was to my Fiancé. Hala was so easy to communicate with, she even put up with my crazy work hours to get us booked! Thank Hala!!!!

I ve had a really great experience with Ashton Gardens North so far in the planning process. As two extremely busy professionals, my fiancé and I were drawn to the all inclusive options at this venue and we have zero regrets. Everyone keeps asking me how wedding is going and I almost feel guilty thinking about how easy it has been Sydney has been invaluable to us as a planner - she s responsive, very organized, and seems genuinely interested in us as a couple and how our wedding will go big picture. Very grateful to have found this gem of a venue!

Choosing Ashton Gardens North has been one of the best decisions Ive made throughout my wedding planning process. The venue is gorgeous - fell in love the moment I set foot inside. They have (in my opinion) plans and packages for every budget. The best part - the wedding planners. More specifically - Sydney. Ive recently had the pleasure of having her assigned to me as my wedding planner and I cannot rave about her enough. Not only is she incredibly sweet and welcoming, but she is also exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. Her helpful suggestions and creative ideas have honestly brought my vision to life. Sydney has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything goes smoothly, taking the time to listen to my ideas and concerns (all while providing her expert guidance). Her ability to make the planning process enjoyable rather than overwhelming has been invaluable to me. I genuinely feel like I have someone in my corner who cares about making my wedding day special. I cant recommend her enough. Sydney is an absolute GEM! Ashton Gardens North (and its brides) are lucky to have her! :)

I am a bride who is getting married at this location in October of 2024. Throughout the planning experience, it has been both convenient and smooth with Ashton Gardens North. Their staff have been helpful and timely with all of their responses. The vendors affiliated with them are vetted and have been worth the money. The actual venue has great bones and is easy to decorate and make it look classy and beautiful. We greatly appreciated the venue because me and my fiancé are not rustic people and this location worked well with our theme (modern classic bridgerton). I would recommend this place and company 100%!

We had a wonderful experience at Ashton Gardens. Our wedding day went very smoothly, Anna was a wonderful day of coordinator. Madison was very informative during the wedding planning process and I was half as stressed as I knew I would be if I hadnt used their wedding planning process! All our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and they were surprised by how good the food was. I would definitely recommend Ashton Gardens if youre looking for a beautiful venue in Houston!

BEAUTIFUL space especially for a daytime wedding!! The planning team was attentive to our special requests (placement of the DJ, speeches location, going right into meal service from the ceremony) and they helped us throughout the process to make the day everything we wanted. The windows in the chapel and reception area allow for so much natural light and beauty that we saved money on floral. The floor plan of the reception is not ideal for all guests to see the grand entrance staircase, but we made as much adjustment as possible to make the seating work well. We made sure the persons giving speeches were placed where everyone could see them. Also, I recommend doing a mic check for the officiant in the chapel. If possible, do not use a mic because the acoustics in the room would probably allow guests to hear better without a mic. Overall, I highly recommend Ashton Gardens!! We heard from multiple guests that this was the best wedding they have ever attended. It was beautiful!

Amazing and gorgeous venue, after months of searching for the perfect venue, I can honestly say that Ashton Gardens North Houston was the magical place for our ( Dream Wedding ) We wanted a venue with all inclusive packages and it was perfect, We didn t want a venue where you have to hire different vendors for each service needed, that is just to much of a hassle, Ashton Gardens pretty much takes care of everything and they offer different packages depending on your budget and you get your very own Wedding Planner / Coordinator We were assigned ( Madison ) and she was lovely she helped and guided us through every step of the way, highly recommend. My friend recommended Ashton Gardens to me when I was searching for a wedding venue. I have to say, they make things so much easier and stress-free. Their packages cover most of the things you need such as a DJ, 9-hr photography, florists, cake, catering, 3 hours of open bar etc. All I need to worry about is to get my own make up artist. The North Houston venue is so beautiful, I love all the big windows, the chapel is also very beautiful too. Shout out to my planner Madison for always being there for me to answer all my questions, and keeping us on the right track.

We could not have asked for a better team to make our wedding dreams come true!! The process of working with Walter Wedding Estates from the beginning to the end was phenomenal!! Morgan hooked us up with a great deal and rate, Andrea helped us plan the most perfect day and listened to our needs every step of the way, and Janeen and Sydney executed our wedding day flawlessly. I never was concerned, I never felt nervous that something was missing, they took care of everything from the beginning to the end. I cant say enough about our experience with Ashton Gardens North. We had dual ceremonies (Indian and American) so we added a layer of complexity that their team doesnt see every day, but they handled it like champs. Andreas expert guidance, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients made our wedding and reception feel effortless and perfect. Every detail was attended to. --- Venue: Ashton Gardens North, 3/5 -Beautiful space and reasonable pricing with convenient vendor packages. -Large chapel windows letting in an abundance of natural light, and an elegant reception space with chandeliers, large windows, and a sweeping staircase for our grand entrance. -Fit 160 people comfortably, but would not recommend more. -Food was okay, but nothing to rave about. We chose traditional bruschetta, Cesar salad, steak, chicken, macaroni and cheese, and green beans after attending a few open houses and tastings. -Would recommend, but lower rating due to individuals we were assigned to work with that did not perform their assigned tasks appropriately. --- Venue Coordinator: Sheilah, 0/5 -The largest source of our stress throughout this entire process. -Consistently provided incorrect information, did not prepare prior to our scheduled meetings and was therefore actively playing catchup, and did not coordinate or respond well to our outside vendors and wedding planner. -She had a Master Document for vendors through the venue. We asked her to update this prior to the wedding and she declined, saying she would refer to my Day of Wedding Book instead. However, she was not present 99% of the wedding day, and the vendors continued to go off her incorrect document the entire day. -The sole appearance she made during our wedding day was to interrupt an intimate moment between my husband and I. --- Day of Venue Coordinator: Jackie, 5/5 Enjoyable to work with. Did her best with the information she was given by Sheilah. From my understanding, she was to work in tandem with Sheilah the day of our wedding, so not sure why everything was dumped on her. --- Florals: The Design Haus Houston, 4/5 Loved the end result of the florals. Really enjoyed Cortnie s energy and working with her. What was designed at the venue was not precisely what was included in the proposal, so I would have appreciated a heads up prior to walking in, but everything definitely fit with the vibe and the vision. --- Bakery: Jenny Layne Bakery, 4/5 Both the red velvet grooms cake and strawberry champagne bridal cake were super yummy we received numerous compliments on them both, and I know more than one person sought out multiple slices. Bridal cake was just pinker than the reference picture indicated, and the trees on the groom s came out more corny kid s cake than elegant forest. --- DJ: CoHost Entertainment, Paul, 2/5 -Had our phone meeting prior to wedding, where we discussed our preferences and expectations. Emailed our Day of Wedding Book to all our vendors at 3 different stages of wedding planning, including Paul. 2 minutes prior to our grand entrance, Paul still seemed unaware of our first dances despite being included in our discussion and the document provided to him. After he was verbally alerted to the song breakdown and timing in person and stating he would refer to the wedding book he already had, Paul still started our first dance song at the wrong place. As we had paid $700 for choreographed dance lessons, this completely ruined the routine we had been practicing for 6 weeks, and we were forced to ad lib the entire thing. I feel like this also threw off the vibes of the following father/daughter dance, as I was still too upset and frazzled to enjoy the moment with my dad. -My name is spelled incorrectly on all of the wedding booth pictures that the entertainment team set up, and cannot be changed. My guests will forever have pictures with the incorrect name included -On the good side, Paul played our requested playlist throughout the reception. He drove us safely from our wedding venue to our after party in a white Rolls Royce, which was our preferred exit vehicle. -In general, do not recommend. --- Lyons Paperie, 5/5 Linda managed to design whimsical yet elegant invitations and signage for all stages of our wedding. She took our theme and ran with it, and went above and beyond in her responses and suggestions. Her magical creations set the tone for our entire wedding, and we love this woman!

Overall our experience was lovely, especially working with Sheilah, Brooke, and our photographer Maggie! They made our day amazing and were so quick to answer any question that we had. There were, however, some issues we ran into as we got closer to the wedding day that could have been avoided had information been disclosed to us. Ill break everything into pros and cons. Pros: beautiful venue, lovely team to work with, fast replies to all questions, food is AMAZING. Cons: lots of hidden costs that were not explained properly upfront especially when it came to appetizers and our mocktail/cocktail/coffee set up. I will say that Sheilah handled every concern we had right away and made us feel very heard. My husband called her many times for clarification and expressing his concerns/frustrations, and Sheilah found ways to work with us and make everything work out. Overall, I would recommend this venue and the team however make sure you do your research to ask ALL your questions before signing the contract. It was an absolutely lovely day that we will remember forever!

My daughters wedding was held at Ashton Gardens (North Houston) just 3 days ago. We worked closely with Madison, our coordinator, and I highly recommend her. She kept our planning on track leading up to the big day, worked with us through the nitty gritty details, and was a total godsend the day of the wedding as she kept things moving along and also dealt with a few minor surprises efficiently in the background, keeping any added stress off of me and my daughter. We had such a great experience getting married at the Ashton Gardens North Houston! The venue is stunning with tons of natural light and greenery, and there are endless photo ops around the property that all fit the same neutral yet grand aesthetic! Sheilah was extremely helpful and kind to work with during the wedding planning process, and she and Jackie were also a huge help with coordinating on the day of! They reassured us, hyped us up, and kept things running in the background so that we could enjoy the day with our friends and family. The reception decor was pretty. The church was pretty. That was about it for the positives. The L shaped venue was totally useless to anyone sitting in the back who couldnt see anything that was going on at the reception. The DJs music choices were horrible...all of the music had the curse words in them...this was a wedding reception. He couldnt even read the room when a song wasnt received well. The food was terrible. Im not sure what part of the cow the beef was...it was fatty and you couldnt even cut through it. The waitstaff didnt think to bring out coffee cups and water glasses as they were being used. We asked for a coffee mug for hot water for an elderly individual...took waiting 15min and asking multiple waitstaff.

Brittney was the absolute best! I was worried when starting my venue hunt to be pressured or to have a salesperson be pushy but when I tell you she made us feel so relaxed about the whole experience. It felt comfortable and she brought forward so much information in a very thoughtful way to where I feel like all my questions were answered and then some. They made our wedding dreams come true and helped create an experience that our guests raved about. Our planner Andrea G. was nothing short of extraordinary. She was available, attentive, professional, and so much fun to work with. Our all inclusive package was amazing. Cohost entertainment with Omar had everyone on the dance floor all night long, amazing food, Jenny Layne Bakery had our guests asking for more cake, and the florals by The Design Haus were gorgeous. Lyons Paperie added special touches with personalized napkins and Angela and Kristin with Emily Chappell Photography made sure to get the best moments of the day. Brittney was phenomenal to work with - we were looking at over 15 venues in the Houston area, and Brittney s professionalism, communication and expertise helped us to find the venue of our dreams! We are both military stationed overseas, so Brittney set up a zoom meeting prior to our visit to Houston to understand our vision and put together an itinerary to see our top 3 venues in one day! On our short visit over the holidays, she helped us to pick the perfect venue, hotel recommendation, and rehearsal dinner spot! She was so flexible and easy to communicate with. PLEASE READ THIS!! In the beginning, we had such a nice experience with the managing wedding coordinator, the prep, hiring partnered vendors, etc. But on the day of the wedding, we had a different day-of-coordinator, and she was not helpful at all. Here are some of the most disappointing experiences we had on our wedding day: 1) During the ceremony at the grand bride entrance, one of the doors would not open, which ruined the grand entrance moment. The staff were NOT prepared - they did not double check anything. 2) The DJ hired by the venue was TERRIBLE. DJ Paul did not remember ANY of the details that we requested - which created really awkward pauses and moments in our ceremony AND our reception. 3) Our day-of- coordinator would not listen to our requests at all. We were running behind on schedule so I asked her to start dinner ASAP so that our guests wouldnt be so hungry. She kept saying ok but did not listen to our requests. All our guests were starving. 4) I specifically had paid for my vendors (photography/videography) to eat and allowed them to take a quick dinner break during the reception. But my photographer/videographer came back after 30 minutes saying that the venue coordinator wouldnt give them any more food other than the appetizer salad, and that they would have to wait until ALL the guests (130 people) have eaten and finished the food. Even though I had specifically requested that my vendors eat when they need to. The venue is very pretty, but I would not recommend this at all unless you hire your own people to do everything that the venue is supposed to do. Do not rely on the Walter Weddings reps, since they lack preparation and readiness for your special day.

She was so sweet and easy to talk to in the planning process and on the day of. The venue was gorgeous and the food was delicious. The only issue was had was when Madison left once the dance floor opened and another coordinator took over. We had an issue with the cake not being passed out to our guests thus leaving it to my family to pass it out. Other than that the day went perfectly and we would highly recommend this venue to those in the Houston area. Our guests loved the venue, drinks, and food and were raving about how serene and in touch with nature the venue was. They also couldn t believe how gorgeous the chapel was!!! Our wedding was flawless! They were willing to work within our budget and were very affordable. The day-of wedding coordinators helped everything run smoothly, and everything was clean and well-kept. The coordinators helped answer all of my questions ahead of time so everything went well on the wedding day. The landscaping looked immaculate, and the food was super tasty. We had a terrible wedding experience with Sheliah and Nicole for Ashton Gardens North Houston they have refused to respond our emails, phone calls, voicemails, and text messages. Refuse to address our full complaint caught them in lies with emails to prove. The things we paid for in our contract were not received and the things we did get were not what was discussed in our planning meetings. Beware of this company they are a scam and will get over on you. We will never recommend Ashton Gardens Co-host entertainment or Walters Estates. They also force you to leave a 5-star review when you are close to your wedding date.

This venue was perfect .until I started getting phone calls/text the day after the wedding. They all started the same, I didn t say anything because we didn t want to ruin anyone s night, but . It seems they started running out of food before the last two tables were served. It was a fajita bar and 20 people had no tortillas and very little meat (they were quite strict on how many pieces of meat each got from the beginning).At least 6 of those 20 got no food at all. There were 150 invited, 148 showed up and I didn t attempt to eat .this means there was enough food for 127 people. We paid about $20,000 for only 127 of our guests to eat! What makes it worse is either the staff didn t make the coordinator aware or she chose not to inform us .nor have I gotten a response to neither the email or phone messages I have left. Good news is my daughter had a great wedding, but now feels humiliated over this as am I!!! Despite all the things that were done well, this has situation and how it was handled over shadows all of it!

Everything we dreamed of! From the first moment we saw the chapel we knew this was the venue for us. The glass walls really bring the feeling of an outdoor wedding but all the comforts and planning of being inside. We had a more intimate wedding with about 40 people and the space was a great size for it! Since it was a smaller wedding than they normally hold, we were able to do 2 long family style tables in the reception hall instead of the round tables. Laura was super helpful with getting that and all the other details nailed down! We had quite a few food allergies in the family to work around and they did a wonderful job of working around those. The place was perfect and having almost everything taken care of in the wedding packages was a big relief. Couldn t imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

I am giving 5 stars only because Phoebe and Ann were amazing and I know this counts towards them. My Experience: I struggled to get in touch with someone at the location just about every time I called. The only way to reach someone was by email (Phoebe was fantastic at communicating) which can be frustrating when you are having to wait 4-5 days for responses (that is if you get one.) Phoebe went above and beyond to ensure our needs and wishes were met but one thing to beware of is the day of rental time. For example, if your ceremony is to begin at 7PM, you cannot arrive until 2PM. There were some lightbulbs out in the reception area the day of and they quickly got that fixed. Our DJ (DJ Will) was AWESOME! The food (we selected a plated duet) is just okay but I think that can be expected when serving 180 people. Overall, I think the location could be updated and power washed. We rented chairs for our reception space due to the style and age of chairs provided by the venue (to each his/her own.)

What a beautiful way to celebrate our love. Ashton gardens north was definitely an amazing choice. With Covid, wedding planning seemed extremely stressful and tedious but thanks to the Ashton garden s team we were able to plan and execute swiftly. Josh and I planned our wedding via email and zoom. We never once visited the venue but trusted our gut that this was the perfect spot for us. Once we met the initial team over zoom, we quickly signed our contract and planned our wedding. It seems crazy to think that we never got to walk through the venue but we are super grateful that we made this decision. Communication was on point, the level of service was extremely professional and client centric, and last but not least we were working with genuine people. The overall experience cannot be put into words. The venue was everything we had hoped for. The day of our wedding both Elizabeth and Hailey were extremely helpful, patient, and kind. They were attentive to every detail and kept us on schedule without any pressure. Honestly we couldn t have asked for better coordinators. The venue was warm and just breath taking. SUMMARY: This venue is wonderful, but you will need to put in some extra effort on your own in order to have a perfect day. I recommend this venue with the caveat that you need your own day of coordinator and you will have the wedding of your dreams! One thing to note is that this venue has just been bought out, so it operates very corporately, hands off, and rigidly. The more you can take on and manage yourself the better your experience will be. PROS: - Beautiful Venue with lots of natural lighting - Space is nice and separated for ceremony, cocktail, and reception - Plenty of space in the bridal suite to get ready on site and small but good enough space for groomsmen to get ready on site - Catering, Bar, and Serving Staff are wonderful CONS: - Managers are not kind or flexible - Day of Coordinator does not actually serve as a day of coordinator, they serve more as Event Supervisors (essentially makes sure that the venue doesn t burn down) - The venue offers rehearsal only on Monday-Thursday during very early afternoon hours or Day of Rehearsal. - Day of rehearsal will shorten your getting ready time due to the fact that it s during your rental time. -The venue will assure you that rehearsal will only take 5 minutes. (It absolutely will not. You will need 30 minutes to an hour to make sure that there is enough time to practice placement and walking orders) HELPFUL TIPS: Hire a Day of Coordinator to handle the things that your AG day of coordinator will not do. Examples of what your AG day of coordinator will not do are listed below. - Ensure that getting ready is on schedule - Ensure that boutonnières, corsages, pocket squares, and bowties are distributed - Ensure all personal decor items are distributed (table numbers, centerpieces, card box, guest book, signs etc) - Ensure seating for elderly is available during cocktail hour - Ensure glow sticks or party items are distributed - Staging the exit car appropriately for exit (our car was not in the right place and the coordinator assistant was not helpful in having it moved so my Mother-In-Law had it moved to be lined up at the end of the exit line) - Ensuring that the Bride & Groom eat first before the guests so that there is plenty of time for table visits. We were served at the same pace as our guests, which set back the schedule for the rest of the night. When we asked the AG day of coordinator about this, she said she couldn t do anything since she was on dinner service. This is a good example of the general unhelpfulness we experienced because the entire problem was with dinner service (we were not being served first). - Ensure that the air is cool or doors are opened when the dance floor gets hot - Ensure that drinks for Bride & Groom are constantly filled - Moving the tables for the dance floor - Making sure the reception is guest ready (the venue will try to have things on schedule, but if things fall behind you may need to hold off on letting guests in) - Make sure that the coordinator mentions to the DJ things like visiting the photo booth and late night snack availability - Ask for better placement of the late night snack (preferably near the bar if you want guests to see the snack and actually eat them)

Basically this is your one stop shop for wedding venues. We decided to have our daughters wedding here when we saw the chapel. The chapel is what sold us first. One of the most beautiful settings I ve seen. The chapel Doesn t need any decorations but we did put some bows on the pews. The bridal suite is perfect to accommodate a huge bridal party if needed. Every corner of this venue is picture perfect. REEM was a pleasure to work with. In the beginning of planning for the event, I was a little frustrated with one of the staff members as we were charged WAY before our final headcount was submitted. I gave an estimate of expected guests and was charged for the max estimate, which was 25 people higher than we had. We had 2 meetings scheduled, one of which was forgotten about and Reem saved the day with a phone call to apologize and answer any questions we had. REEM was the one who made sure our dollars were stretched by keeping the bar open until the end of the evening and throwing in some extra appetizers and a late night snack. Upon arrival the day of, the floor was a little dirty and my father ended up sweeping the remnants from the event the evening prior. Elizabeth was our day-of coordinator and was a pleasure to work with, making sure we had enough water, beer and wine when getting ready and overall keeping the wedding day on schedule. I highly recommend getting married at Ashton Gardens North and allowing the venue to plan the day of your dreams. The event space is simply stunning.

My wedding was 12/19/2021 and there is nothing else to be said besides it was AMAZING. The venue is absolutely beautiful. Reem and her team were SPOT ON with everything. It was a bit rough since I planned the whole wedding out of the Houston area but everything was laid out beautifully. While I m sure others have had wonderful experiences here, we regretted choosing Ashton gardens north for months before our wedding. We were told multiple things, in writing, that the staff then went back on and said I can t do anything about it. It s understandable that you cannot change the policies, but then why in the world were the policies not communicated properly? We were straight up lied to. I had multiple comments from family and guests that our coordinator was rude the day of. Also, they broke the door to the chapel supposedly the day of my wedding (which is 100% a lie) which was one of the main reasons we booked there - for the chapel with the grand entrance. The layout of the reception hall is awkward and the pew seats are outdated, but the wall of windows and doors were what sold us and they tore that dream away the day of my wedding. It was awful. They re ridiculously overpriced (there are a lot of hidden fees so beware) and unprofessional staff. We had our final meeting scheduled where it was so important that I attend that we did not go on our family trip for fear of unstable internet, and then our coordinator didn t show up to the call with no email, notification, or anything. When we finally got ahold of her, we were still lied to and expected to meet at her convenience. She wouldn t even apologize for not showing up as it was not her fault. It was mind-blowingly unprofessional. Please take your business elsewhere - even the West location may be better. But the North location has gone downhill and is not worth the stress.

First, let me start by saying how beautiful and cost effective this venue is. You have the comfort of being indoors, and still have the beauty of the outdoors since both the chapel and reception has glass windows! Next, the staff, our coordinator, sales directory were all exceptional. At not point in the planning process were we lost in the mix, and for the big day, our coordinator not only kept us on time and events moving, but she made it so that it felt seamless and stress free! They definitely made the execution of our special day flawless!

I would love to be writing a review about my beautiful wedding. But I can t even get them to give me pricing. I have been going back and forth with Amanda for days. I understand the end goal is to have your guest come in for a tour and look at the facility, I get it. But if you can t give me an approximate price, I am not interested. I was given a price range, but it was between thousands of dollars. I was told to choose a package, but not given options. In my opinion, she could care less if she got my business or not. It shouldn t be this hard to give someone your business. I know I haven t had this issue with ANY other venue in the Houston Area.

My fiancé and I visited the venue today (by appointment) and it was a nice experience. Amanda greeted us and made sure our questions were answered and was very patient. The venue is beautiful, especially the cathedral (not religious looking at all). Definitely recommend for any couple looking for a wedding venue.

So I ve been debating if I m going to be 100% on this review. I hate that I have to give bad feedback because I have been obsessed with this venue for some time now. We got married at the north location and the chapel, as well as the reception area, is so beautiful! It s every brides dream to have a beautiful wedding. What I didn t enjoy on my wedding day was my coordinator, Shelby. I do understand that she tried her best, but nothing that was discussed in our meeting got accomplished. When I arrived to the venue, nothing was set up and I was told that I would be able to look at the set up prior to the wedding starting. Because nothing was set up, the whole day was rushed. The whole ceremony/reception, Shelby asked my husband and I questions. Prior to that, at our meeting we made it clear to ask all questions to my sister. I couldn t even enjoy the actual wedding because every 5 minutes, I was planning the next step of the day. I also don t think there was enough wait staff. So I had to rush through a lot of stuff that was planned. Also, I didn t get to take any cake home. I am very sad about that because I have nothing to freeze for next year. Our coordinator just seemed unprepared. But once we got the party started, it was a good time. I hate that I even let that bother me on my special day.

Staff was very attentive, everything set up & prepared as planned. My sons wedding was beautiful! Staff wore masks for COVID-19 & provided hand sanitizer. However, I was very disappointed in the condition of the grounds. Dying vines, empty pots and fountain on patio wasnt working, all missed opportunities for wedding photos. Hedges out front hadnt been trimmed and grounds around entrance look neglected. I was shocked the large glass windows in the chapel and reception hall hadnt even been cleaned! My son tried to reschedule because of the pandemic, but was told he would lose the HUGE deposit he made. A large number of guests did not attend because of the pandemic. The venue livestreamed, but I was told you couldnt hear and it was far away, up in tbe rear of the chapel.

You will not find a better wedding venue in Houston! Our day was perfect, fun, and easy! It doesnt matter what the weather is like or what your budget is, this venue makes your dream day a reality. Our coordinator, Amanda, was there every step of the way. Her organization made the day go by flawlessly so we could actually focus on the ceremony and each other. We truly cannot say enough great things about our experience. We actually miss the staff because they were so personable. There arent enough stars. This place was truly perfect (and affordable)! Did I mention they have their own large parking lot so your guests dont have to worry about parking miles away or in the street? Everything is in the same place. Convenient and fun for everyone so you can focus on what matters.

We got married at Ashton Gardens North - an absolute breathtaking venue!!! Honestly, we couldnt have asked for a better venue or a better wedding coordinator. Our coordinator, Tara, made the whole experience a breeze and an enjoyable one at that (which is hard to do because weddings are stressful!)!! She helped answer the many questions we had and always quick to reply. The wait staff was so friendly and our guests loved interacting with them. I recommend picking vendors off their preferred list because it makes the whole process even more seamless. I wasnt expecting to be able to actually enjoy my wedding day and night, but with Tara and the other staff at Ashton Gardens North, we could. We didnt have to lift a finger. I loved every minute of it and wish we could get married there every year; they did an amazing job and I cant sing their praises enough!!! Book and ask for Tara - best wedding decision youll make. Also, the moonlight package is a beautiful addition!

The venue is incredible, its a brides dream. We were very satisfied with everything until we changed our Wedding Coordinator to Paige. We begin getting conflicting information from that point. Now let me say my daughter was concerned from the start with Paige because she said her wedding was a week after my daughter. Maybe Coordinators shouldnt be doing wedding that close to their wedding. Im trying to think of an excuse. Paige disappeared for most of the night, we were continually searching for her. While there were several problems like people being told by her there was no white cake left and we took home tons. While I was disappointed with so much, I guess my main disappointment was when my daughter told me her and her new husband were going to take out some of their friends because they were allergic to fish and Paige told them she could not fix them another plate because the fish was placed on top of the chicken on every plate. Now let me say I had no problems with anyone else at the venue. The Bartender was wonderful and so is Amanda. The place is beautiful, I am writing this so that Paige can get more training so that this does not happen to anyone else. I know it is appropriate to write nice things but I have to tell the truth here because this is too much money and you cannot get a do over. I also read the other comments and it appears that any of the comments with unfavorable remarks were given excuses instead of thank you remarks for bring it to their attention. I was in Customer Service for over 36 years and I know that it is the right thing to do to encourage feedback, especially when you have such a beautiful venue, you should want a excellent staff to go along with it. I am simply letting you know so that training can take place. The wait staff was amazing, my only problem was the Coordinator. Im making it plain, I have no problems with the makeup of the place it was simply gorgeous but looks arent everything.

The venue is gorgeous, and the chapel speaks for itself. A wedding coordinator is included when you book at Ashton Gardens! Paige, our wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing. She is kind, patient, professional, and organized. Not only is she on top of every little detail, but she is so pleasant to work with. It is so evident she enjoys her job and truly cared about making the day perfect for us. She was responsive to all my emails and questions leading up to the day. The process of working out our day-of itinerary, setting the details, and customizing the layout of the ballroom with her went smoothly. While the venue does have restrictions on outside vendors, Paige worked with us to accommodate our request. On the day of, she did an excellent job of setting everything up according to my labels and instructions, packing it all up at the end of the night, and making sure everything in between ran smoothly. I think the only thing that went wrong on our day was that the champagne we ordered for the bridal suite was not provided. I didnt notice until the end of the night when we got to our hotel and found that the bottle of champagne was sent home with us in our to-go bag (yes, they pack up our leftover food and cake for us!). Such a small detail, and quite honestly we were so busy during the day with hair and makeup and getting all our photos in, it didnt bother me at all. One downside of the venue is that day-of access begins at 11am. With request and approval from corporate, we were allowed 10am access. We made it work with our hair & makeup and photo schedule, but the late access time is definitely something to consider if you are wanting to get ready at the venue. We were very impressed with the level of service from the wait staff. They introduced themselves to us (B&G) and checked up on us frequently throughout dinner. They remembered our guests drinks and offered refills. During cocktail hour, they came into the chapel and served hors doeuvres to family members waiting to take family photos. I could go on and on about everything the venue offers and how they think of every detail...but Ill let you find out for yourself when you visit and plan with them. All in all, we loved our day. Paige and the staff played a huge part in making the day as special as it was.

Having our wedding at Ashton Gardens was easily the best decision in terms of planning the event. Regardless of our DJ choice, our cake, floral arrangements, etc, they would have been NOTHING without Ashton Gardens. This venue is GORGEOUS, and I loved having two separate indoor spaces for our ceremony and reception; this was a huge deciding factor for our December wedding. Every step from the initial tour to our grand exit after the reception was seamless, completely enjoyable, and so easy for me. The staff take any inkling of stress out of the picture, and do everything possible to make your day absolutely perfect. Our coordinator, Paige, was a total game changer. She made the day of the wedding sooo fun, handled every single question and detail and made sure that my husband and I had nothing to worry about during the day. The staff are fabulous at Ashton Gardens, we had our drinks refilled constantly, never had less than 2 sips out before we had a refill ready in front of us. We were waited on hand and foot. My husband and I were truly treated as King and Queen for the night. We miss it, and just want to replay the evening over and over again! I CANNOT rave enough about how choosing Ashton Gardens as your wedding venue will be the BEST decision you make in your wedding plans!!!!

The event planner Paige was nearly unapproachable and refused to work with me. I was Father of one of the brides and the sole financial provider of the event. The planner was unable to start the ceremony on time partially due to the other bride. One hour late the ceremony started and we were shorted that hour of open bar that was prepaid. The excuse was given after I insisted of serving wine during the hour delay was 1 glass of wine to guests who drank replaced the hour of open bar . Anyone with any sense would realize that the first hour of open bar is always the busiest. The planner refused to extend the reception blaming the manager on duty. The manager blamed the planner thus the circle of indecision provided nothing. When the deposit was returned it was sent to one of the brides who had paid nothing into the event. This business is run poorly and Paige is not professional, responsive nor courteous when working with the person paying for the entire event. I d recommend finding any other venue for ease of orchestrating any event. The property is pretty, and unusual, as entering youll view low end apartments and multiple commercial tractor trailer trucks. The rebuttal from the owner has more mistakes than I care to try to amend. For the 40 years that Ive been in business with loyal customers, Ive always dealt with the parties that are paying the bills, not someone else in the customers office that was offering opinions. There was no screaming at anyone and the statement about losing 15 min of the bar is totally ridiculous and inaccurate. It was also not my daughter that was late, the owner further illustrating their lack of knowledge of the entire matter.

First I just have to say our wedding was absolutely perfect. Tara, our coordinator did an amazing job setting up and keeping the day running smoothly. She was attentive, calming when needed, and did whatever it took to get the job done! From the very beginning the staff at Ashton Gardens North made us feel welcome and kind of like we were at home. They didn t give any less on the day of the wedding. The waiters waiting on us we re ever so polite, the director came by our table to make sure everything was as we wished, and the coordinator did everything we needed and more. If you are considering having your wedding here, do it! It has so much included in the price and it honestly made it so easy for us through the entire planning process. We were able to check several things off of our list right away because of the all inclusiveness. Amanda, the sales manager was the person who sold us. From the day we met she was just so helpful and professional. Everyone here truly loves what they do, and you can absolutely tell. They will all hold a special place in our hearts for helping our special day be as perfect as it was!

My wife and I got married here in October 2019. It was incredible. We probably looked at 15-20 other venues. This place was the most beautiful and the best value. The grounds, staff, bar and food were incredible. Our wedding coordinator, Paige, was out of this world! She made our day stress free. Beautiful venue with amazing staff! We enjoyed every moment of our wedding day here, from the planning, food, cocktail hour, and our coordinator everything happened perfectly! They let you try a sample menu which really helped us make a decision on our entrees and cocktail bites! Our coordinator Paige was amazing!! She was so professional and quick to reply to any question or concern we had. I still get compliments about how this was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever been to. Got married here in December 2015. My wife and I checked out a lot of other places and this one by far takes the cake. We loved the fact that it was surrounded by trees and was pretty much secluded. The staff did an amazing job with everything. The food was great and the service was awesome. I would definitely recommend having a wedding here.
