I hired Mr Jeff Crouch as my fourth attorney in handling my case. He did a superb job in getting the job done in handling my late husband probate case. He was the only knowledgable person who got the job done while the prev attorneys dragged their feet and ripped me off. He was very knowledgeable with Denton county and explained how the probate process worked and answered my questions efficiently. After my wife died in October 2024 my legal documents needed to be redone. I had prior work done at Pyke & Associates several years ago and now contracted with them to redraw my will, powers of attorney, and get their advice about the revocable trust which my wife and I drew up years ago. The attorney assigned to work with me was Herman Moncure. After our first meeting I was convinced that he understood my needs. He then redrew them to my complete satisfation. In our review he carefully answered my questions and explained why a Declaration of Gurdianship was also needed. It was all done professionally. I can easily recommend the Pyke attorneys for legal family documents.

If you are going to work with Pyke & Associates don t utilize Jeff Crouch. He was unprepared, never consulted us as clients, showed up to court with out proper documentation and essentially could not get a simple Guardianship transfer approved. Had he consulted us as clients like our new Attorney, maybe he would have suggested a different approach. Awful experience, he s a waste of time and money and wanted more money to file a new application for Guardianship Vs Approving the Transfer. The only difference is the paper. All the facts were the same

James Balen at Pyke & Associates did a great job handling the probate of my mother s will. The firm is very organized. They were able to handle all steps of the probate remotely since I live out of town. They also outlined all the responsibilities of being an executor. This has been very helpful. This is a great Law Firm for probate law. My husband and I used Pyke and Assoc. a few years ago when we moved to Dallas . We updated our will etc. I just used them again for my parents. They walked my elderly parents through all the terminology and explained everything in the living will . They are reasonably priced , thorough, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them,

Pyke and Associates reviewed and reworked my Moms Trust, Will and Powers, so that everything was in order, given new legislation and a move to Texas. They were all very professional and very experienced with the elderly. This can be a frightening experience when we are discussing end of life scenarios; however, Ryan was so kind and caring, no to mention clear and concise as he worked through the paperwork with Mom. It was a very productive and effective process that I would recommend to all who do not have their estate paperwork in place.

This guy is a 2 bit crook who will lie straight to your face. He relies on the Buddy system in the Probate Court to cover for his ineptitude, incompetence, and absence of integrity. He looses when the Case goes to an Appeal Court. This is also sad Commentary on the Dallas Probate Courts that tolerate this level of unprofessional conduct.
