Parking: My first time here was rather pleasant. Came again and noticed not much of a selection to choose from. Order a blended peanut butter crunch flavoured drink. Was trying to figure out where was the peanut butter flavour. Lol, I thought at least I will get the crunch! Nope .called just to inform them. They in fact were polite enough to offer me 2 free drinks. Well I accepted 1 for the next day.The following day I went and attempted to order at the window and noticed there was an unkempt young man with a severe case of dandruff! I merely inquired as to whom may I speak with to redeem my complimentary drink. His response was we don t give out names to protect managers and employees. Mind you I m a new customer there in this location not anyone inquiring through the phone.It occurred to me there was no transparency in this company as the store manager made it very clear in her conversation with me through the drive through. She was very polite and so were the employees. I suspect that they just didn t realize that when one works for a company that serves the public it is absolutely imperative that you remain as transparent as possible OMG! Nevertheless,ultimately I declined my complimentary drink as I will not be returning. Where there is no transparency there is something nefarious.

The speedy and spectacular service is what keeps me coming back. The coffee is delish and I love that medical workers are offered a discount. The only issue I have is with the savory food. They need to rethink their burritos and sandwiches. My food is always piping hot to the point that the bread is toughened. Alone the spicy sausage tasted amazing but it cannot be eaten with the bagel because of the heat damage. I ll keep coming but no more hot food for me.

So glad they brought a scooters down to south Texas! They were my go to when I was a student in Nebraska. There is this one girl who always greets me nicely at the drive thru every time I go. Went today to order my usual Iced Chai with Oatmilk. When I picked up my drink, it tasted like pure coffee. When I went back, i explained to the lady the situation and she said the chai is made with coffee concentration? This is the 4th time i ve been to scooters, and never has it tasted like this. Then when I asked for a remake she said they can remake the drink at a DISCOUNTED price??!! This sucked. As soon as she said that I just said it s fine and drove off, paying for nothing. Dietary restrictions: My Dr. took coffee away from my diet.

I had eagerly anticipated the opening of Scooters Coffee, and when I saw the announcement, I sensed that something wonderful was about to arrive in Edinburg. Ive had the pleasure of visiting Scooters in the Dallas area, where I frequented it daily, and there was a distinct quality to their coffee that I couldnt find elsewhere. Finally, I had the opportunity to visit the Edinburg location, and it did not disappoint. Understanding that this location was new and the baristas were still finding their rhythm, I approached my visit patiently. The wait was undoubtedly worthwhile. The coffee I had grown to adore was now available in my hometown! I will certainly become a regular at this location and eagerly anticipate my morning coffee there.

Customer service was great, the girls who attended me were very hospitable and sweet. I got a caramel coffee which was delicious and pricing was reasonable for the sizing. The people who are leaving reviews saying that they take forever must ve gone on opening day bc I was in and out in 2 minutes. Service was extremely quick! I ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

I was happy a coffee shop opened down the street from where I live. After looking at the menu I thought great, another bland spot like the others . Even on opening weekend, wait times were lower than other spots, and coffee was better. This place has become part of my morning routine, I keep my drinks simple and they re always perfect and consistent- can t say that about some other places. And the customer service is hands down the best part about this place.

The customer service was great! I made a mistake on my mobile order and the staff were really friendly and understanding about it. It took a few minutes to have it sorted out due to it being a mobile order, but the manager was courteous and gave me a coupon for half off on my next drink to thank me for my patience. Aside from that, I really liked the coffee and how quickly it was prepared. I havent tried the full menu yet, but the breakfast bacon sandwich was really good as was the pumpkin caramelicious. Scooters is average at best. Service is a little slower compared to nearby competitors surprisingly. Coffee is just OK, a lot of the additive flavorings are used. Unfortunately, some of the food products were out of stock and there was no cold brew available. The weirdest thing about my experience was ordering an iced Americano only to be served a warm Americano in a plastic cup that is usually used for iced drinks. No ice, and definitely not cold. I was thoroughly confused. Maybe Ill try again in the future.

Just absolutely awful. I ve never come across more incompetent employees. I m so frustrated. We ordered two incredibly simple coffees. An iced coffee with hazelnut and oat milk. And an iced coffee with oat mild and pumpkin. The first time around we received two just plain black iced coffees!! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN. We went back to get them fixed and the were WRONG AGAIN. When I asked why my drink didn t have ice the lady looked at me like I was stupid and said the nitro doesn t have ice WHOOOOOO TF ORDERED A NITRO CAUSE IT SURE WASN T ME! And then she got annoyed and gave me a cup of ice. And my husbands fixed drink was SALTY. Why would a sweet coffee be SALTY!? Now I m out 13$ and stuck with 3 bland coffees and one salty one. They re so so strong too. I had a few sips and now my head hurts so bad. Never coming back. We were so excited too. Save your money and go to 7brew. At least they train their employees on how to make coffee.

I really wanted to be pleasantly surprised with this new coffee shop. This was our first, and sadly our last time to this place. One of their street banners clearly states theyre Fast... I guess they think waiting 43 mins in line for 2 blended coffees is fast! Granted there were a few customers ahead of us, but thats just way too long to wait in any drive thru line. I had hoped that at least our coffees, a mocha coconut and a mocha almond, would be worth the wait....HUGE FAIL. Both were extremely bland, and it didnt help that they got my coffee wrong... THREE times!! I ended up leaving without the caramel drizzle. I wish them success, but unfortunately we wont be part of it :(
