This law office is honestly a big joke. The attorneys say whatever you want to hear to get money out of you. The courtroom officer had to call the attorney because she didn t even show up to court to support her client for the first hearing. But, it wouldn t even have mattered if she was there anyways because she didn t even have her stuff together or a plan! Then the attorney came in the courtroom and started arguing with the judge, which made him even more mad. Not to mention the judge had a tight schedule and had to leave soon, so he had to wait for the attorney to show up. They don t keep promises and they don t help or even try to fight for you in court. When they entered the courtroom, the attorneys didn t even have the respect to speak or even wave. The courtroom was dead silent and they could ve spoke up and defended the client more. When the judge asked her to bring up defendants she didn t even know the defendants names. Then, she started arguing with her client in front of the judge. They didn t even try to dismiss anything the prosecutor was saying. That s not even it, the client didn t even have the right attorney defending her case! Overall, they were very unprofessional. Not to mention, one of the attorneys came in the court room with the smell of alcohol on her breath. When, we were leaving the courtroom they didn t even ask us how we felt about everything, Randall specifically said Don t forget to send the payment! and left. They don t do their job very well, so if I were you choose a different attorney. There s no guarantee they will have your back. Honestly they just do it for the money and that s it, they don t have you best interest in heart at all. The only people that had the clients back in the courtroom was her friends and family! 0/10 They need to do way better!

My husband found out about a charge from 2019 that Dallas waited to file until 2021. We spoke to several law offices before hiring Mr. Isenberg, and are grateful with who we chose. They were able to get a PR bond from the court house, without ever having to be processed at county, for his felony warrant. It took two and a half years, and six months of court mandated things he had to complete, but the (felony) charge was dismissed! This is absolutely life changing for the both of us, and we cannot express our gratitude for this outcome. Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Mr. Isenberg and his team enough! I was completely overwhelmed and going through a very tough time in my life, which subsequently lead to my arrest. Mr. Isenberg took the time to listen and to explain all of the potential outcomes of my case. What I respect most about him is his honesty and candor. Unlike many other attorneys, he made no promises other than he and his team would work hard to achieve the best possible outcome. I brought my teenage daughter along with me as a life lesson and I admire how he took the time to also engage with her and encouraged her to pursue her education and make positive choices. I have so much respect for Mr. Isenberg. He genuinely cares and is a man of integrity. By the end of our consultation, he was already formulating a strategy and immediately assigned Ms. S. Mr Isenberg lied to me 5 years ago and it will affect me for the rest of my life. When I hired him he told me he would dismiss both of my cases so we could expunge them in the future. But he lied. He had a rookie attorney represent me in court years ago and now only one of my cases can be expunged while the other case can still be seen by certain entities. Additionally: Randall Isenberg said he would expunge and seal both of my cases for $1200. The lady Gloria called me yesterday (05/12/2022) and told me they would still honor $1200 for both cases. I walked in today to sign and the lady tells me they would charge me $1500. This felt like they spit in my face twice. This firm has no word. I would STRONGLY advise to go with a better attorney.

When my husband was arrested, I called a multitude of attorneys in the Dallas area to discuss his case. Every one of them made me assurances that I knew that they could not keep. They told me that it was a straightforward case and that they could take care of it without a problem. They told me not to worry about it. The first time that I ever called in to Mr. Isenbergs office he told me that the case was complicated, something that I already knew, but he was the first one to come out and say it, and that if any attorney could keep my husband out of prison then it was him and I immediately believed him. That was the best decision that I ever made. My husband was looking at 25-99 years and after 2 years of working, he eventually got him 10 years probation. Its so easy for attorneys to sell you the impossible and not deliver, after all, what are you going to do about it from prison? I encourage you to beware of any attorney that tells you they can achieve an expected outcome when you hire them. Its what we want to hear in our time of desperation, but will likely not hold up once your case is further along. Something that I expected from reading reviews and learned to be true is that you are not going to receive a lot of updates during your case, likely because he doesnt have the outcome worked out yet and does not like to give those false reassurances that other attorneys are so quick to give you, but rest assured that he and his team are hard at work getting you the best possible outcome. Throughout this process I learned to appreciate that he was willing to tell me the truth when I asked for it even if it was something that I didnt want to hear. We have our whole lives to be thankful for because of this man. You truly dont appreciate every piece of your life until you have considered what it would be like to lose it all. If you or your family have found yourself in a bad situation, then look no further. Hire him and his team, be honest and forthcoming with them from the start and try your very best to have peace in knowing that he is working to achieve the best possible outcome for you. Hello Mr. Isenberg, and thank you so much for representing me in my case. I never knew a great law firm like this could ever exist. I had another attorney before Mr. Randall, but he seem to be only interested more in the money than my case, so I received one of Mr. Isenbergs brochures in the mail. I explained my case a little over the phone, and I asked Mr. Isenberg was it too late for him to handle my case. I received my 3rd DWI, I hired the Manuel Diaz law firm and attorney Jeffrey Morrow took my case. All they offered me was 5 years of probation with 2 weeks in jail and a felony on my record. This didn t look good, so I went ahead and looked for another attorney for better assistance. I was charged with a DWI Felony 3rd in March of 2014, after doing some research online and talking to other defense lawyers. I decided to hire the Randal Isenberg law firm; it ended up being the best choice I would ever make. Facing possible felony charge and losing my teaching certificate plus other repercussions due to the charge, Mr. Isenberg was able to knock down the Felony 3rd to a DWI Second after being presented to the Grand jury. My case was just disposed about two weeks ago, and seeing Mr. Isenberg work in the court room my charge was further lowed and I was finally convicted of a DWI 1st Of course I wish it could have been dismissed, but considering that I started this long unwanted journey with a Felony and ended up with a class b misdemeanor I am more than pleased. Also this law firm worked with me in making payment arrangements thru out this year, I highly recommend this Law firm to anyone facing a DWI or any criminal charge. NOT GUILTY!! I was charged with a DWI and the evidence was not in my favor but in the end I was found Not Guilty! As I had never had any prior record or charges, I was not only anxious and stressed but also very unaware of what to do. I looked up many lawyers but in the end chose Randall Isenberg based on his extensive record as well as when I spoke to a friend, whom is also studying to be a lawyer, advised me that based on all of his credentials Mr. Isenberg seemed to be the best qualified to handle my case.
