The Cowboys Club is cool looking and I ve walked by it so many times in C Terminal at DFW. Today we decided to try this place and grab a quick drink. I ordered a Bloody Mary and my wife ordered a mimosa. The first thing we noticed when we sat down was the rotten smell coming from the beer taps. It was so bad we could barely stand it sitting at the bar. It s clear they never clean these traps out. When we got our drinks I have to say my Bloody Mary is probably the worst I ve ever had. It was extremely bitter. My wife s mimosa was warm and they clearly used very cheap Prosecco. We politely asked for the tab. Those two drinks were $34. That s an incredibly expensive for two of the worst drinks we ve had. Sad to say I won t come back to this bar ever. I strongly don t recommend it to anyone. I also recommend the owners reevaluate what products to serve. The bartender was polite and it friendly. It s not his fault what products the owners choose to serve.

Bar tenders took nearly 10 minutes to provide service dispute an empty bar. Folks working here were not friendly upon my first interaction, all 3 bar tenders were clearly not happy to be here. Ordered one Jim beam old fashion which arrived in a 4 oz glass, bill came out to $20 after the bar tender assured me it would be less for a relatively cheap liquor. Had a brief conversation with the manager who assured me this is standard airport prices and this came with a double shot , there was nothing he could do. Based on the massive amount of ice and garish, it was roughly 1.5 oz or liquor for $20.

Just stopped into Cowboy Club here at DFW, go Cowboys! Said seat myself, and we did. Two of us rude waiter (prob 40 year old fella, balding and light beard). Rudely asked us to sit at a smaller table I told him I sat at another table but it was dirty, and that NONE of the other tables were wiped down. Asked if he would wipe one for us, said I will get to it in a little while . We left

Walked in and noticed at least 4-5 servers walking around but several tables dirty and empty. Asked one of the servers if she could clear one and she didn t even make eye contact and said, it will be a while and walked off. Another server came by and cleared it shortly after. Tried on two separate phones to place an order using the QR code and it would not work. Error message said to contact your server . After several minutes waiting to find who the server was, I asked one of the servers and she just pointed to the server and walked away. I thought it was just a bad experience with one person, but it was terrible customer service from 3 different servers. All seemed bothered to be here and that it was an inconvenience serving me. Not worth it - find another place to eat.

Miriam the waitress for my area was probably one of the rudest that I e ever had. Not sure why. I came in sat down wasn t greeted. She didn t speak to me at all accept to say What are you having . Next to me was a couple and across from me another couple who she serviced, continued to walk around me and ask them how they re doing and if they needed anything. I never got to order anything after the appetizer because she never came back. After 45 mins I wanted an adult beverage but by then all the waiting had me irritated. I waved her down and asked for a to go box. She got it and kind of tossed it on the table and left. I then got up and asked a guy at the register if he could cash me out, wondering why she didn t bring my ticket if I asked for a to go box. Anyways, I told him you guys should make sure all customers are treated fair. I told him what happened he apologized. She brought my change to the table and set it on the box of my food and walked off. Did I mention he hadn t even had a conversation with her about what I said at this point. I Hate Dallas Texas I will definitely be doing a story time on my social media

We popped in for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. Theres a QR code on the table and soon after we sat down, the server came up and took our order. She was impressively quick and on top of things. The food was delicious and we were able to get the check quickly. It was the darndest thing. My husband and I were in this establishment and had one drink each. We ordered another round from Ernesto who apparently struggled to hear my low-talking husband. After my husband repeated himself several times (since Ernesto just stood there with a clueless, dumb look on his face), he finally received our order. Shortly after, Ernesto returned letting us know weve been cut off. Mind you, we werent loud, or belligerent during our visit. It made no sense whatsoever! A tip for Ernesto: if you have trouble hearing people, ask them to repeat themselves rather than staring at them, speechless, with a clueless look on your face. Next, dont take it out on your patrons for your poor customer service skills. Strange experience, indeed!

Paper menus were hard to get, when I asked for one, it was a photocopy with all the prices marked out. When I asked about it, the person who responded implied they had paper menus for people who werent smart enough to figure out a QR code, and said none of the paper menus had prices. I get it, prices change, but order the new menus first, or do what other places have done and write the new prices on the menu. It isnt that hard. And to treat people like theyre stupid because they prefer to not use their phone to know how much their hamburger is going to cost is asinine.

Terrible experience. Normally I m all for efficiency, but if all of the ordering and paying is done through an app with very little server interaction, then why do we have to tip? Our server literally ignored us the entire time. Salad came out missing half the toppings and the server never stopped once to see if everything was okay. Just terrible.

I was very pleased with everything. They were very busy but were on their game with service. I travel often through DFW and frequently find myself delayed. The Cowboys Club is by far the best place to just sit and have a pretty quiet wait. They don t seem to run anyone out for lack of ordering. The food is pretty good, more lacking in presentation than flavor. Pricing is silly but it s captive so what ya gonna do? The one thing I d warn about is watching your servers and only ordering from the ones who wash their hands. It s a common sight to see people clearing, sweeping, touching communal cleaning products and cash, not washing their hands .and then preparing your order. No way to know if hygiene is better in the kitchen because you can t see back there. May not bother everyone, but it puts me off ordering until I actually see one doing dishes or the like and washing up after. Not that the majority of workers ever check in - the two bartenders on shift currently are sitting at a table by themselves, chatting. One waitress seems to be doing everything else on the floor. Couldnt this be solved with better training? I guess the revolving door of customers doesn t demand high quality service.

I popped in because I saw another reviewer say they had the best burgers in the airport. After giving them a shot, I can say it s the best burger I ve had at an airport, period. Everything from the music (a great mix of 90s & 00s while I was there), the food (even the fries were seasoned to perfection), and service was fantastic. Darelys was my waitress and she was awesome. It s not often any more where you get genuinely friendly service. The next time I find myself at DFW, I ll make it a point to come here!

The staff was generally friendly during our layover. The food was absolutely terrible. I expect to pay a premium for food in an airport. What I did not expect was how bad the burgers and fries were. You can only get burgers medium well, and well done . After seeing the burgers, this is likely because they are frozen pucks. The burgers were flavorless, and the fries were soggy. The Big Mac on my flight back was fine dinning by comparison.

Great place to park it while waiting for departure in Term A at DFW. Would have been a 5 except for the requirement to order food before an alcohol order can be placed. Not sure if its Covid related(?) or simply a way to keep patrons from over indulging, but it was a bit odd. Never ran into this before. The bbq chicken wings were fried and slathered with sauce perfectly for us. Mimosa and Bloody Mary were generous in size, but also in price... expected for an airport bar. It was clean and bartender was friendly.

Before anything let us go on record. I have been in customer service for 6 years. I do not usually right reviews. BUT . This experience deserves documentation. Shortly after arrival, my girlfriend and I found a dashing table by the window. The server ERNESTO after 5-6 minutes approached the table to grab our drink orders. I was surprisingly declined my beverage order because of my inadequate form of I.D ( which was accepted by every other restaurant and business at the airport). He then further attempted to elaborate how silly it was I was not carrying an additional form of identification. Trying to exit the rude conversation being pushed upon us my girlfriend placed her drink order. We then waited 15 l minutes to receive a single beer not by our waiter. After consuming the beverage I wanted to pay for it but it wasn t until 20 minutes later and me standing up to search for someone to pay for it, were we addressed. ERNESTO did not offer an apology, or any type of empathy for the miscommunication. This was by far the worst customer service or restaurant experience I have had.

Its just Eh. Service was bad because for the entire restaurant there was 1 server. We couldnt get the menu to pull up as it kept trying to take me to the previous tables bill and the entire place smells like a musty toilet. Its $20 a drink so buy some bleach for the drains and try a little. I could never eat here with the rancid smell but if the rest is any indication I would steer clear

This place has horrible customer service. I waited for the staff behind the bar to take my order and a gentlemen came in after me receiving service. The staff didn t even acknowledge my presence which contributed to my frustration. I highly recommend skipping this place.

Everything here is fine...Emphasis on fine. There is nothing horrible or nothing great. Service is effective but completely unengaging or interesting. Ordered margarita without salt, got salt. Ordered a cheeseburger...came out with unmelted cheese...and luke warm...but still tasted alright. So basically, not completely miserable, but wishing I would have chosen one of the many fabulous options in DFW.

Good airport restaurant. I wish they had their closing time posted outside and I didn t know that my margarita was $19, but they did let me order just after last call when they were fairly busy. The turkey burger was delicious. All in all, I d come here again, but I ll check the menu prices before I order.

We have a 3 hours wait for our flight back home so we figure we d stop and get a few drinks. first: i get we have to buy food with our drinks, that s fine. but to tell us after we ve drank our drinks is absurd. second: service is AWFUL. we ve tried using the code to order online and it s not working, the waitress has asked everyone around us except us, my bf went to the counter to order and was told to stand in 3 different spots because other people were arriving and sitting at the bar. third: they cannot make a mojito, and when my bf went up to return his the bartender said it wasn t good was it IF YOU KNOW ITS NOT GOING TO BE GOOD WHY WOULD YOU SERVE IT.

Good food, cold beer, and friendly staff. I had the boneless hot wings and an IPA. Its a little pricey but for an airport not bad.. Staff makes it worth the trip.

I LOVE this bar. The food is great, the bartenders are so friendly, always a good selection of sports on tv, and great local beers on tap. I stop here every time I come through DFW, and I dont plan on stopping any time soon. Its too bad there are only 5 stars.
