I have called and messaged multiple times over the past month to get a quote for my baby shower. I have even gone to an open house. When I call and if someone answers, they say someone will call me right back. At the open house we waited over an hour and a half before leaving because no one ever came to us to discuss the packages and what they offer. I do give it to them that it is a beautiful location but the customer service is horrible.

I celebrated the fifteenth of my daughter Emelin and the Maldonado Herrera family. We were satisfied with all the attention, the arrangements and everything, very delicious cake and excellent food. I had my daughters 15th Birthday. The place is beautiful and clean. The complaint I have is that the day of I had no help and I was running around instead of enjoying my daughters Quince. The DJ had everything wrong. He didn t show the slide show that was supposed to go with my daughters dance that she dedicated to her grandmother that passed away the month before. I never received the photo album that was in my contract. They were supposed to call me back and never did. Last year was a difficult year for us as we lost 7 people close to us. Including my mother and Mother in law and this was the last thing on my mind. But I never received any call back on how to get the album. Communication was very poor.

I celebrated my birthday party last weekend at Pedregal Reception Hall. My Family, friends and self had a blast. Great service, food was delicious and the dj rocks the whole night, Hora Loca was awesome, decoration was unique (cowboy) and got amazing pictures. Also, I loved the country decoration. My family and I would like to thanked everyone from Pedregal Reception Hall for making my celebration really memorable.

This was the place we choose for one of our daughters 15th. Before we ever went to check it out we pass by there every weekend til one day we looked it up and and set up a visit to check it out on one of there openhouse. Venue is small but nice. Clean and well decorated. However we had an event with some of my clients earlier in the month. We do choreography, MC, and DJ for special events such as weddings and Quinceañeras. We had trouble managing the event due to the venues staff (manager and waiters) being difficult to work with. I guess no one informed them that we are all there to make our clients event the best it can possibly be. They would disregard what we asked, do it with a bad attitude or simply do the opposite of what we would ask such as continously walking through the center of the floor, in front of the camera or behind the people being photographed. For a better rating from us we would suggest for then to attempt to build better relations not just with their clients but also all other services that come to their venue as they will be the bigger impact on future references or lack there of. I am sure we will work with them again soon. I will update my review according to further interactions.

Well... I didnt rent this place I was just there for an event. This place is for very small crowds not large familys you have to clean up after your event the security didnt want to let an older woman go to the restroom because they were at capacity even when she said she would leave afterwards. I do not recommend this place! Sorry not sorry!

Had my 15 here. Yes it s not big but I wanted elegant! It s not some ghetto bingo hall. My only thing was is that my servers were eating our food and taking some home in to go boxes. That was a HUGE problem. But otherwise the service was great! And if you pay cash it s cheaper!
