Ok, so I consider myself a pizza snob and I was apprehensive because it s located in the gas station parking lot, but all I can say is wow! I was blown away; the pizza and salads (Greek and Napa walnut salads) were fantastic. I love thin crust and I m a BBQ chicken pizza fanatic and this crust was perfect and the flavor was spot on. I would say that they hands down beat Crust and Mod all day long. Plus, the customer service on the phone was friendly and the delivery driver kiddo was kind. Definitely recommend!!

I like this chain and specifically the slice offering. I understand that slices of pizza are probably not what most customers stop in for in this area but if its never going to be available why have it on the menu? Asking for a slice of pizza elicits a strange reaction from staff like we dont have any why are you asking for that? Yes they offer other items that are probably fine but thats not why I make the trip there.

This location is often hit or miss with the pizza being far better at their downtown location. This time around, the pizza just didn t meet my standards and when I called the store to ask if there was some mixup or reason the pizza wasn t as I d ordered, the manager said I don t know what to tell you as she continued to defend why I was somehow perceiving it wrong despite my ordering here many times prior. She only apologized at the very end after not offering to make it better in any way. If she would have led with an apology, I would have felt okay. But instead, she made it seem like I was mistaken and didn t care that their food, and the subsequent service, was subpar.

I was looking for something quick and was not craving any fast food. My mom got chipotle, the hubs suggested pizza by the slice. I wasnt even aware this place was there. I stopped by after pumping gas and asked what pizza by the slice they had available, only pepperoni and only 2 slices was the answer. They were cleaning and I didnt want to have them make more so I said, sure. The pizza slices looked like they had been there all day. Well, I ended up paying $8+ for 2 old dry slices! Are you kidding ? A slice of pizza for 3+? Im so disappointed that I couldnt even eat them. Took a bite, they look like they taste, old, dry and stale. :( I couldve gotten a whole pizza for 10, a whole meal at whataburger or chick fila, a burrito bowl at chipotle. This was trash

Awesome Cauliflower Crust Pizza and only 4 carbs for entire 10 crust!!! Mine was no cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, Kalamata olives, and basil. Best Italian sausage ever!!! Kalamata olives super fresh and tasty. Tomato sauce is perfect. Hot Buffalo Wings are delicious and always delivered piping hot. Oven roasted adds great texture. I opted for extra hot sauce vs Ranch or Blue cheese dipping sauce since I can t have dairy. I love that everything delivered has Tamper Proof seals. Very friendly staff at store and delivery. Overall Awesome place!!!

The best pizza on north side of Houston. Never met such friendly employees at a business and to top it off Jennifer the owner was very helpful and insightful with her employees. More than I expected from a gas station pizza joint. I was impressed with the pepperoni rolls and cheese sticks. I got a calzone and must say it was pretty well stuffed and a decent size. Excellent pizza but what sold me was the service. I made the mistake of showing up at the wrong location after ordering from another location. Showed up for carryout ten minutes before they were closing like a complete jabroni and realized my error. They offered to make my order on the spot. The manager from the right location ended up calling me and actually ended up meeting me halfway with my food. I wouldnt even have been mad if they hadnt done that but they did and I appreciate it. Long story short. They went above and beyond for me and the pizza was superb as well. 10 out of 10.

Ok lets start with this place just opened. Everyone has issues with being new. Customer service was great, she was very nice. Jumbo slice Pizza -it was not. The container is a Pizza shape & for the amount they charge, it should fill it. I am guessing (but I did post the menu). $3.50 a slice. Ok, the owner/manager needs to tell the workers to fill that slice box. The slice was so thin, 2 easily couldve been put in. Which should be the size for that box. Normal pizza, pepperoni. Didnt get anything special. Got garlic bread. Which was garlic bread. Hope they fix that. Lots of food areas for competition.

This review has zero to do with the pizza which is wonderful. The 3 stars ar for the over an hour it took to get our pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks. 35 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. They kept making excuses as my husband sat in there for over half an hour. I was excited to get a Pepperoni s near us. Their pizza is top notch. Our area is inundated with pizza places but none like this! The pizza is delicious and always super fresh. It s larger then other pizza places and a good value for your money. The pizza rolls are amazing! Love the bbq wings and my husband thought the calzone was one of the best he s ever had. The owners are very hands on and always greet you with a smile. EDIT: The manager reached out to me and offered to make it right and they did! The pizza i received was hot and fresh. Crust was perfectly crisp and the overall taste was excellent. He even threw in a homemade cookie for my young daughter. Customer service like this will keep me coming back time after time. They will definitely be my first choice when I want pizza to bring home. I do not regret giving them a second chance. Pizza was subpar at best. I received 2 extremely greasy slices of pizza. There was so much grease that the crust was completely soggy. We placed a large order for pickup. Several small speciality pizzas were very good. The large peperoni we ordered was OK but lacked sauce. The peperoni rolls were good. We ordered two types of wings. The regular hot were OK. We asked for extra wet and they were a bit dry. The Korean BBQ, on the other hand, were delicious. The calzone was also very good. Decent experience overall.

UPDATE: The owners of Pepperoni s made our experience just like Montrose. The pizza remake was delicious and everything tasted spectacular. I am glad we decided to give them another try. We will definitely be back and we are so glad we don t have to drive down to Montrose anymore. Thank you!! :) We normally go to the one down in Montrose every week, so we were excited when this location opened up. Our first time here was not so great. We were told our pizza would be ready in 10 minutes and then repeatedly were told it would be a few more minutes. 25 minutes go by and we were then told it would be another 10 minutes but our order was sitting on top of then oven. The pizza was subpar. The crust was too thick and it didn t taste the same. I guess we will continue driving down to Montrose whenever we want Pepperoni s. A bit disappointing to say the least. I hope it was just a bad night, but I don t think we will be giving this location another chance. I m glad others have had a different experience because Pepperoni s is generally a good place; just wish we had a different experience with this location :(
