Food was good but cold any or warm when we received it. We ordered a salmon BLT , a big burrito & potato cake, 1 pancake on the side. Unfortunately for the service it wasnt the best, we only received one drink at the beginning and it was gone before our food came out and it was hard trying to get the server attention. We finally got her attention but our food was almost gone pictures attached. I would recommend not going to lie. Because the main focus for me is the food. Give it a try . I came in at noon. So maybe try an earlier time or later time. Oh yea THEY DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS. It s a first come first served type of seating. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. We will return and try lunch. Only request is to get more help so the food doesn t just have to sit until somebody gets it and people don t have to sit and go thirsty. Mimosas wasn t our favorite but we got margaritas instead and they were a lot better!!!!!!!! Vegetarian options: No options at all. Not the place to eat for vegans and vegetarians

I have been here before and LOVED it. I came this past Saturday and was VERY annoyed by the lack of interest by the host and wait staff, well in ANYTHING but their personal cell phones. I felt that this couldnt possibly be the place I reviewed last year and loved....so I came back Sunday for brunch. This IS the new 303! SO SAD!! We got there right as they were opening. We were to have four people, but the other two had yet to arrive. We though we could sit down and have a bloody mary while we waited for them. We were informed they could not seat us until all parties had arrived. I get this when youvare busy....but we were the only ones there Once our party arrived, the host staff was INCREDIBLY disinterested in assisting us. We just took a seat. From that point forward the service was inexcusable! From no celery, no olives, no onions, no worcestershire sauce for the bloody mary to no butter for biscuits. These issues are no big deal...for a destination that doesnt care. We asked for a manager, they never came! We paid or bill and departed this place for the last time. Such a shame, as the food was AMAZING!!!! STILL!!!!

A hidden gem for sure if you like to watch a good game, eat and drink with friends. I loved Friday Night after the game around 10:30pm. DJ was lit. Very pro-latino though. Not a bad thing just make sure you bring a group with you so you not looking outta place.

Im not sure who in Bishop Arts requested this bar/grill, but this is the type of place that would of made more sense somewhere on Northwest Highway circa 2008. 303 Bar and Grill is every awful singles-bar cliché a person somehow managed to pack into one building. From the ridiculously loud music, to the just as equally loud, obnoxious bar flies screaming their best pickup lines over the god awful sound system. And the staff. My goodness. If theyre not sitting at a table hanging out with one another rather than tend tables, they are padding their tips when closing out your tab with a card (I found this out the hard way, and after reading the other one star reviews I take sad solace knowing that I wasnt the only one). They are strangely rude, lack basic food service skills, and seem to think that skimpy clothing is equivalent to good service. And one more note about the barflies, it was very obvious that some of them should have been cut off, but that didnt seem to register with the staff. Just a note. I had the meatloaf which wasnt too bad, but I could have got something similar at Cretias with a way nicer ambience, and an actual polite staff. But being new to the area were just trying out the local eateries, and coming to our own conclusions. So I just bagged it, and left. I get that Bishop Arts is a popular spot with people looking for a goodtime, and for good reason. It has so much to offer. But this relic of an irresponsible era in nightlife needs to go. From the questionable bouncers, to the overserved patrons, its kind of a wonder that the local community hasnt gotten together, and had an uncomfortable but necessary conversation about 303.

Ive been here before for dinner, food was ok, and I came back to try brunch. Came in, no one came to seat us, so I assumed we could sit where we wanted. After sitting down for a bit and settling in, a waiter came by to say they usually reserve larger tables for bigger parties and tell us to move to a small weirdly placed table in the middle of the restaurant. We just left, so just to say I was willing to try this place out again, but will never be back. TO THE OWNERS, HAVE YOUR STAFF SEAT YOUR PATRONS IF THEY ARE GONNA BE SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT SEATING.

This is a burger bar nothing else. I ordered the fried cod and shrimp basket and it was oily and More flake then meat the shrimp weren t good it was disgusting the wings no flavor just fried naked the waitress was nice but after we tipped shen then gave us the receipt which included a $4 service fee which she said is charged per ticket if the total of the table is over $100 I am not from Texas so I don t know if that how things are changed here this is like a biker bar with good drinks and burgers anything else is garbage

Went during the week, lunch hour. Took over 10 minutes to get out drinks. We then ordered our food. I ordered the Texas Cheddar burger it was very good, the bread had wonderful soft taste not like your regular bun. I had to get up and ask for refills and extra ranch because we didnt see our waitress and she wasnt coming over to check on us. Service needs to get better. Food is great! Parking: The parking spots are small. There are 2 construction trucks parked already blocking the entrance. ADA parking will be difficult since the spaces are not the regular size. Once you exit from W Davis, its a very trafficked street, so be extra cautious. Wheelchair accessibility: Not enough space to exit and enter with a wheelchair. It seemed like they only had stairs

Arrived around noon and ordered immediately, the waitress declined every request I made (all flats/can I get spicy with lemon pepper sprinkled) that wasnt a big issue because that may be the policy. Then we noticed people that arrived after us getting their food. About 25 minutes after we ordered the waitress comes over and states they dont have the ghost pepper wings that I ordered, so I asked if my colleague food was ready and she stated yes, I then asked how long it would take for me to get regular buffalo wings, she stated five minutes. IF YOU ARE NOT HISPANIC DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This bar is the most racist bar in Dallas the entire staff is Hispanic and they literally only take care of other Hispanics that come in. This bar literally refused service to the only 2 black tables in the restaurant telling us we had to buy a bottle in order to stay at a table that only sat 2 ppl. First of all that is against TABC law to serve a full bottle of alcohol to 2 ppl at a table so I will be making a call to them. Meanwhile I asked the 2 Hispanic ladies that were sitting right next to us if they told them the same thing and they said no we came in and had to get someone to take our order but they took it and have not said anything to us about having to buy a bottle . I will never in my life return the this bar and will let everyone non Hispanic person I know to never come here. I will also be contacting the BBB.

Friday 8/12. 2nd table from R of the fireplace. Hispanic female waitress/server was more interested in watching the clock to get off at 4pm rather than take our order. She also, kept referring to us as girls (while we are females) we are adult women, NOT girls. But, I suppose thats better than you guys. Our table ordered 2 orders of buffalo shrimp. The shrimp was cold so we sent it back. 5min later they bring the EXACT same cold shrimp out and give me my friends plate and give her my plate. Ive been a patron of this restaurant for about 5 years give or take and I have never received such poor service. I came here with a party of 10 for my birthday the waitress had an attitude from the time she greeted our table. She didnt refill our drinks and everytime she checked on us she never fulfilled the request stating she forgot each time she returned. After 25 minutes we asked one of the table cleaners who grabbed what we needed silverware, drink refills, ranch nothing to wild or out of reach. Eventually one of the people in my party left to go get shots at the bar where she overheard our waitress bad mouthing our table, we asked for a different server and explained to the manager the issues we were having, he did not affirm us in the slightest our waitress cashed us out as the four late arrivals ordered. We told her we were still planning on ordering more food to which she started Yeah but Im going to cash yall out because Ive already done all the work. and said she would get us another server and we can just pay twice no one else came to the table after that exchange. We wandered into the 303 late on a Sunday whilst visiting Dallas. We had some mixed feelings about it because we re white AF and we got frisked on the way in. But hey, cafe Brazil is Awful! Also I m hood enough for the both of us. The food was OUTSTANDING. And the music was a fun mix of Latino club bangers and Texas anthems spun by a live DJ. Keke, big moe, big pokey and UGK made me nostalgic for my more ratchet days. We had a blast. Highly recommend.

I visited this place 6/17/23 ordered 2 ranch waters. Ticket came out to 33.34 this included a 5.20 service charge plus tax. Meaning tip included. I didn t add any additional tip. I m from New York City. I came to Dallas to celebrate Father s Day. There were wayy tooo many flies in the restaurant. You need to bring a fly swatter if you decide to come. The next problem was after the drinks came out, the waitress took way too long to come and get our orders for food. Beware using your credit or debit card in this place and keep your receipts till they post because of the employees that work for this owner they tend to change the tip amount on top of the pre added tip. I order 3 beers and an added tip of $3.90 is included so it has a section of additional tip, the bartenders changed it from 0 to a $5 tip who the hell tips almost $9 for handing me 3 beers?? The waitress charged us 5 mexican candy shots, with only 1 being $5 and the others were $28 total. They were suppose to be $5 each until 10pm so we were confused on that. She tried saying it was the same but the total for 5 would ve been $25 so, it wouldn t have been the same lol. Not sure if that was done on purpose because we had ordered a lot of drinks and maybe they thought we wouldn t notice?? Not sure. But when my husband pointed out it didn t add up correctly, they fixed it. We had a table of 6 so the gratuity was added to the ticket already. I was told its usually a good spot, but we went around 8 and the music was not it The waitress said the dj got there at 10. So maybe that was why. It was also a fight night around 9:30 they turned down the music to focus on the fight. We did have some appetizers while we drank and those were good. I d still recommend.

Took a friend here, sat at a table and watched 4 servers stand around bar service well and ignore us. Finally got up and went to bar to order, meanwhile our waitress comes to table and tells my friend that if Im ordering from bar would have to move to the bar, which I would have gladly done if bar wasnt full!, got. Manager involved was taken care of by her! The bar staff was great!, I will never return, but if you go and bar is full I would leave!!!!!!!

Worst place ever. They didn t ask me how I wanted my burger cooked which they always do but I usually get it well done . When I got the burger it was really really red so when I called to ask how it was made., the girl said WELL-DONE , i explained to her how the burger looked , she then spoke to her manager and they refused to re-make it because i didn t specify that i wanted it well done. However , I had also gotten two other burgers and they were cooked properly well done, I told the girl that i would bring the burger I had back since i had barely taken a bite but they refused so I ended up throwing it all away. I will never be coming back .

Just left here, after receiving the worst customer service from a server, and then later her coworkers. The manager was very pleasant and nice, however, one bad apple, can ruin the whole batch, and spread to others like a virus! After noticing our waitress and the other ladies staring at our table with unpleasant expressions, my family and I left, as we did not feel comfortable with the ladies there serving or handling our food. I did speak with the manager while there, so Im certain if this is reviewed, shell be able to identify the server. She did say that she would address her and her behavior; however after the server saw that I was speaking with the manager, her attitude became worse and her attitude was definitely on display. We were looking forward as this was our first visit here and we were here to celebrate a birthday. Quality of service will definitely detour one from coming again.

Visiting Dallas with family and we decided to try this spot. Initially ordered the salmon with lemon butter sauce 0/10. I didnt like it, way too much lemon and salmon was not fully cooked. So I ordered the blacken salmon, 10/10!! Also tried the 303 punch, 0/10. Overall, 303 was a pretty cool spot.

Driving past and decided to try something new. Greeted upon entry and informed that we could seat ourselves. The table near the fireplace on this very cold day would ve been perfect, if available. Every table was a good one though with the sunlight being a great heat source. The full bar and the strategically positioned flat screens made the atmosphere very lively and enjoyable. Stephanie, our waitress was amazing. She was energetic, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Her meal suggestions were on point! The Pan Seared Salmon was seared to perfection and the Meatloaf Mountain was just that A mountain! Everything was delish .
