My son is taking private electric guitar lessons and has attended 2 rock shop programs. He has learned a lot and got to play in a band. The instructors are great and we can always find a time that works with our schedule.

I ve been in the rock shop 102 band for a while now, and it s great. Learning to play as a band and come together with peers is truly an experience that is hard to get elsewhere, and it really helps musically and even emotionally. I have matured musically so much learning to come together with people I wouldn t have known otherwise and make music. The instructors are really good at teaching us versatility in music, to learn things we wouldn t play otherwise. The rock shop has really helped me mature as a musician, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

As a middle aged man , older by the day , have always been infatuated with the guitar but never got passed the first few licks of Smoke on the water. As time passed learning to play became a bucket list item . Beat up fingers and all I decided to seek lessons. I really only wanted to strum a few cords with my grandson. I was apprehensive at first but my instructor just had a way about him that made learning very easy for this old man. Steve has been wonderful in all aspects. He is truly gifted and if you want to learn , this is the place to go . Steve is definitely 5 stars . Tommy Epting

My kids take piano and guitar lessons with Aaron, and I cant say enough good things about our experience here. Aaron is so patient, and does a great job teaching them musical theory and foundation, while also helping them learn songs of their choosing that they are already familiar with. This combo has made learning music fun for my kids. Recitals are laid back, with everyone showing SO much encouragement to each and every student, no matter their skill level. The office is also always quick to respond to emails and work with our ever changing schedule requests, which is a huge plus!

My wife and I decided to take guitar lessons together. Its been a wonderful experience with Guitar Lessons Wylie. Weve had the pleasure of working with 2 of their instructors and have loved every lesson. Weve spent quality time as a couple and explored music together. I cant say enough good things about our instructors.

My daughter has been taking ukulele lessons here for close to 6 months and she absolutely loves it! Her instructor is so patient and encouraging. He consistently introduces new techniques and helps her grow her skills without overwhelming her. He definitely makes it fun. There is a recital in November, and we are looking forward watching my daughter perform. The office team is fantastic to work with as well. They are very organized and responsive if you have questions or need to make a schedule adjustment.

Our youngest son has been taking guitar lessons for a few years now. His teachers have been very gifted and have encouraged him at every turn. Music has become an extremely important part of his life, thanks to this studio. His skills have grown at a fast pace. We are grateful for the education and support he receives from everyone involved. Highly, highly recommend.

My 10 year old son has taken guitar lessons here for 2 years with Aaron. He is making such wonderful progress and gaining so much confidence while cultivating a love and appreciation for music. I love that he is able to do a mix of music theory and mechanics while also incorporating songs he loves. That combination has kept him interested and moving forward!

My daughter started taking guitar lessons about 1.5 years ago - just before she turned 8. She takes lessons with Steve and we have had such a great experience! Steve is great at blending theory with fun songs as well as letting her experience different genres of music. We recently discovered she loves blues music! From the very first lesson kids learn well-known songs that they will enjoy playing. My son (age 10) started taking piano lessons from Aaron about 6 months ago and we have been amazed at the progress he has made in such a short time. He loves it and Aaron is also great at blending theory with fun songs as well as different genres. I took piano for over 12 years and my son is learning things that I never learned! My daughter is participating in the Praise and Worship Rock Shop where we have gotten to meet another teacher - Makenna. Every teacher we have come into contact with has been great with the kids and makes learning music fun. We highly recommend Guitar Lessons Wylie Texas!

Working with Steve was the best! He is flexible, considerate of students needs and desires, patient and connects well with the kids. My daughter discovered an interest in guitar as a teen. She has always enjoyed music and singing, she just never wanted to share her talent with others. Steve was able to help her feel comfortable not only with playing her guitar, but also singing as she played. I give him all the credit for why she is now singing and playing on stage for the youth at our church. Thanks so much Steve Horvath! We will be back in the fall! :)

Have been taking Music theory lessons from Alex for Guitar and he is absolutely amazing! Alex may be young in years but he is a master Guitarist and his knowledge of Music Theory is unbelievable. The things that I learned from Alex have been very valuable in advancing my playing and knowledge of what Im actually doing on the guitar. Thank you to Guitar Lessons Wylie!
