My family ate here last night while we were in town. It was our first time ever. I am very impressed with the kindness of our waitress. I didnt catch her name, but she was wearing a Grey shirt that had a 5 year button on it. She could tell that my son was on the spectrum so she wrote me a note asking to conform it. When I told her yes, she then asked if he had any triggers she could watch for. As a mom to a special needs child, that meant the world to me. So often he isnt seen and people just think hes weird or a badly behaved kid. He did great and us adults enjoyed being verbally abused all night lol. The food was great and serving sizes huge! We only make it to that state about once a year, but will be returning next year when we visit.

Drove over an hour to get here to celebrate a birthday. We walk in an immediately your inundated with junk signs etc. I went to the restroom I ve seen and smelled better restrooms at an abandoned gas station. I mean the filth is just disgusting. The tables were not clean, it smelled like sticky soda had been collecting for awhile. It just was NOT the experience we were thinking of. And on the way out the server had the audacity to ask didn t you know this is a concept restaurant? YEA DUDE BUT THE SIDE OF FILTH WITH THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES isn t gonna cut it. I d be embarrassed to bring anyone here from out of town.

It was an ok visit. This place isnt as nearly fun as the location in Vegas so I was kind of disappointed. There was a lady that kept yelling at various moments and it was slightly annoying because there was no joke she was just screaming. The drinks were great and the food was ok. Our first time coming here was ruined thanks to our waitress. We drove over five hours to get here and I couldn t wait and our waitress didn t even hardly acknowledge us or anything. This place is interesting and fun for a concept. We had fun overall and it was a new exiting experience for everyone. My one complaint is that the food is very expensive for what it is. What an amazing place this was! My family and I had a really good time with the servers. They put paper hats on us and put little quips and jokes on the paper hats which made us all laugh at each other. If youre looking to have a good time with some good food this is the place for you. I would recommend this place to anyone especially large groups as they can accommodate you well. The banter with the servers is quite fun.

Disappointing for the adult Birthday lunch we did there on Sunday for our party of 7. Two of our party, including my son-in-law whose birthday we were celebrating, ordered chicken fried steak. They took some bites and neither could eat the rest it tasted so bad. My son-in-law told our server and nothing was offered or done to make the experience better. I paid the total check at the end and no concession was made for it either. My son-in-law said the taste was so far off he hoped he didnt get food poisoning from the bites he took of it. Service was lacking. Our server was hanging out at the host stand chatting with the hostess most of the time rather than checking on us and bringing drink refills, and other things we needed, like more salad dressing (Salad comes with one small plastic cup of dressing), etc. To think we all came out of our way to have a fun and good dining experience at this restaurant. How can food and service be this bad when the place wasnt that busy on a Sunday afternoon. My recommendation is to dine elsewhere. We will next time!

Glad we finally stopped in. The drinks are great and strong especially for the price which is awesome! And the food was honestly pretty good. My husband got the sirloin with broccoli and fries and he loved it. I got the burger which was a classic delicious burger. We also had the fried pickle which are a must! Also we took our baby and he basically slept the whole time so it wasn t too loud or anything. We will definitely be going more often and would love to bring a group of friends out for a fun entertaining evening out!!!

THE Most Disappointing Birthday Dinner Ever Its true that the title of the restaurant gives everyone a fair warning... Last Resort. Special request to go here from my daughter for her 21st birthday dinner turned out awfu in Dallas. We got in very easy on a Wednesday evening at 5pm. That was the ONLY good thing about the experience. There were not very many people at the restaurant dining throughout the stay, and the wait-staff was awful on coming around and checking on us. Their thought for our needs were at its lowest. The manager who walked around periodically didnt even appear happy to be there either. Dont get me wrong... They were nice but not friendly, which is part of the gig, but its not their scripted insults Im talking about. Yes, the food is bar-trype restaurant food, but the food quality tasted cheaply prepared. Paying $350.00 (tip not included) at the end of dinner, which was averaged over $20 per Plote, I was expecting better quality food and better service. All of my friends asked how our experience was throughout this week, and they were shocked when I told them the bad news. Dont waste your time or your money, and definitely dont pay attention to the ads they or the inviting website appearance. If you do, you may just may wind up broke and disappointed in one visit. We would have had a better experience at either Hooters or the House of Blues next door to it. Parking: Its downtown Dallas. You get what you get.

The food was decent, the service was good, the atmosphere was ok for how late it was 8:30. Some idiot airman was blotto drunk, and fought his family including a grandma. Our server was busy watching the carnage instead of being in side giving the experience of DLR. we had two younger kids 13-15 with so maybe that s why it was tamed down. It was just a meh visit.

You need to understand what this place is about before going there. The whole premise is poor service and rude staff. That said, theyre actually good wait staff and play the role very well. Theyll joke and mess with you, which is fun. The food is good and reasonably priced. The burger was perfectly cooked and very juicy. My wifes fish and chips was outstanding. Its definitely worth a visit but be warned about the whole premise because it can be surprising if you arent ready.

We drove an hour to get here. We first walk in the lady by the door act like she didn t want to be there (idk if she was supposed to act like that .. didn t smile or greet us (we told her we have reservations and she didn t look up our name , she just said how many, we said 4 and followed her to the table ) . We told the waitress it s our first time here. She took our drink orders and left and she came back to take our appetizers and order of dinner . It was a party of 4 (2 separate tickets) . We order wings, ribs, mashed potatoes, fries , tots. My sister said the mashed potatoes was not hot , our ribs was dry and the wings were not fried long enough. We was waiting on her to come back and ask us how was the food or give us a hat . We did see other people eating with their hats on and we didn t get our hats until almost time for us to go ..we ask for our bill and we was charged auto gratuity ( on the sign there it s says a party of 6 you will be charge) our waitress really didn t interact with us or even check on us (the other waitresses and waiter did a great job) for the price we paid and for being our first time there .. I don t think we would go back . Our expectations were high for this place, but was sadly disappointed.
