I contacted this firm after I started an application on my own. The intake person was great! Since then I was told my application was to be submitted by the firm on 7/1/2024. It was then submitted on 7/9/2024. Communication was abhorrent! As of 9/3/2024 when I needed to perform a face to face because of the neglect I was informed by 2 different SSA officials that there was no record while I was speaking with Kimberly Warren. Sarai Lora was the previous para legal handling my case at the time! When I received a new para legal, Barbara Milan, this person had no clue as to what they were supposed to do! Barbara Milan appeared to be oblivious as to the nature of my claim, and said that she would confirm the dealings of my application by 9/13/2024. Still have heard nothing from Barbara Milan. As is my experience neither Sarai Lora, Kimberly Warren, and Barbara Milan have the communication ability to be competent at their respective jobs!

I started the process for help with disability claim. I completed forms and emailed them in June. I emailed the person assigned to my case asking for an update in Nov and never got a response back. I called and was told Mrs. Bailey is in the office today but when Im transferred to her line, it rings and rings until voice mail saying email response is the fastest but would call back. No call back. Ive called a requested call back from answering service 3 separate time and nothing. I physically drove to the Cypress location attempting to get some type of help and the address is not correct and this law firm was not even shown on the directory of the building. I dont understand how a firm with this high of ratings could operate this way. My case has not been assigned with any lawyer yet, so not in reference to any services regarding the lawyers. But Ive never spoken to one and the paralegal is MIA.

There were five law firms on my short list. I chose Marc Whitehead & Associates because they were a, quantum jump, from the others on my list. I know what happened to me, how, and when it occurred and when they believed me, I knew they had good judgement. They also demonstrated excellent professionalism, value, guality, and was very responsive from the beginning. Clara Albarran, their legal intake specialist made my choice a no brainer: her Professional Air- attitude, tone, and demeanor was reassuring. She emailed me information that informed me on the subject, allowing me to see my case more clearly, on the initial call, and offered to follow up with me, which was comforting. I could tell, she was characterized by intelligence and poise which reflected on who she represented.
