Overall food was good games were fun. However I ordered all you can eat wings then closed out the tab only for the to reject giving more wings. Because I had closed my tab. It shouldnt matter if I closed it or not. To sum it all up they charged me 25$ for one plate of wings

We didnt eat just went for the games with the kids! Kids enjoy playing games. I will say some games are pretty pricy for how short of a time you get to play and it takes a lot to earn tickets for prizes. Over all its fun just wish price point was better on games.

I wasnt aware that a person needed to be at the table at all times as Ive been to this location many times and never had an issue. The issue is, if some kids wanted to play certain games and others wanted to play something else, both parents couldnt attend to them separately since one had to be stationary at the table otherwise itd be cleaned and given away. My children are under 10 and need constant supervision. Definitely will not be coming back because I was under the impression it was family friendly.

My time with the arcade machines was fun. The employees and manager were very friendly and were cracking jokes with me and my SO. Love the vibe. The overall variety of arcade games was a bit lackluster but I still had a fun time and I would come again so I could win the bigger prizes.

We got seated around 2pm there were only 4 other tables in the dining room. We waited 20 min then left. multiple servers were at the hostess stand just talking. As we were walking out they were laughing and said guess their mad worst service ever. And they wonder why customers act the way they do. Look at the kind of service we get.

I took my niece and nephew to Dave and Busters for the half-price arcade game night on Wednesday. If you are new, set up an account online to get you free tokens toward game play. We played for a couple of hours, had a blast! They have a lot of games! Everything from old arcade to new to 3D, claw machines, etc. Something for everyone! The service provided was excellent. I had questions, and the gentleman was very patient and informative answered all of my questions. The environment is clean. Restrooms clean. We did not eat there, so I can not comment on the food. For something economical to do with the kids check it out...WEDNESDAY, HALF-PRICE ARCAGE GAMES!!!

Server added cards to my bill and the generated tip included the cost of cards. She didnt tell us about the specials when asked, didnt talk about half off until i mentioned it. Felt like the she/he tried to swindle me into tipping more than my food/service bill was, horribly slow service. Manager tried to argue when asked about check, tip and service. Was my B-day. All was great. Was having a good time. Restroom break. My daughter (25) went with & we went to handicapped stall. No toilet paper. Opened door and employee was standing right outside door holding toilet paper. Was very rude. Wouldnt give me toilet paper so I got paper towels and my daughter finished then I went to use my turn with paper towels (ugh) and employee was still standing there and I could see her rude stare thru the cracks of door. I opened stall door with my pants halfway down and told her if she wanted to watch that bad here ya go. She stayed right there, still not even offering toilet paper. Because of her, just her, we will never go there again. Rude young lady with long PINK & BLACK hair. I cant believe she did that.

This was a lot of fun. My grandsons had a wonderful time. They enjoyed exploring all if the fun games and things to do here. We had some issues with basketballs getting stuck. It seems like this would be an easy fix. Maybe management should go through quarterly and play the games. Some of the games are impossible and should not be on the floor. There is a claw game with stuffed animals that probably never has winners. Why have this on the floor? We ate there. The waitress was kind. The food was decent. It wasn t cheap but didnt break the bank. The tickets you get for the gaming is a joke. It reminded me of the old carnival days. This should be more encouraging for kids.

As a kitchen manager, I got the new avo salad and wofe got the salmon salad, because the dark cajun/blackened looking picture of the chicken and salmon of it on the menu looked tasty. The salmom came out looking great but had Zero falvor and neither did any of the other elements of the dish. The chicken was so bland and flavorless and looked nothing likethe picture. The ceasar dressing and the bacon in the salad was delicious though. Kids had the cheese burgers and flatbread pizzas. Burgers were burnt, dry, and flavorless. Fries were acceptable. Pizza crust was gummy and needs improvement. Fried pickles were mostly enjoyable except the ones that were clumped up and gooey with uncooked batter in between the pickles. Ranch that accompanied them was tasty. Food prices are crazy for what the food is. Female bar tender had a terrible attitude and got the $0 tip she deserved, however, our server at our table earlier in the evening, got a humble $25 cash tip, and didnt seem to appreciate it. Crazy how servers think they should be paid a fortune for taking our order, walking our food over, and filling our drinks 2 times in a 30 minute meal. I think the $25 cash was generous. Games were pretty fun especially at half price and got a few prizes that the kids enjoyed. Will be back for half price games, but will definitely have to eat elsewhere before coming back. Kitchen needs improvement for sure. Be warned. P.s. Try goombas pizza down the road before you eat here, best pizza in the entire city and theyve been there for many years.

I only came in to play games. It had been a while since I had been in to a D&B. The new games suck. The coin fall games look similar, but they dont give you any tickets unless you knock cards off. This seemed more like a bonus with how low the value for the cards are. I didnt realize I didnt get any tickets until I had spent a fair amount >$60. In that time, I was able to knock off 4 cards. That is 400 tickets. I am not sure if that could even get me a piece of candy. I will not be back to this location even when I go back to San Antonio. They just dont have any games that are worth it, in my opinion. This location may be nice for a family on Wednesday when games are half price. Not for the adults to go and have a beer while playing games, like it used to be.

This place is unassumingly large! Lots of parking, easy in, easy out. There are plenty of dining areas with a decent assortment of food and a full bar. TV s with plenty of things to watch. Private rooms for large gatherings Plenty of video games and large prize area There are no pinball machines/games here Yes, the good and drink is a bit pricey but my meal was very good and the service was prompt and friendly in the larger dining area. We took my son for his 13th birthday and everything was going great until I was approached by the manager for recording guests on the premises. Apparently you cant take a picture of your child, they have someone that does that and you need to pay. I was completely unaware of this and the way it was brought to my attention made me feel like I was going to be ejected from the building if I questioned anything. This Dave & Busters was so helpful and honest. My son was visiting with his high school, from New Orleans, and left his credit card at this location. Three trips to this location in two months have been three trips of disappointment. We went twice during their half-off entree specials. The service was terrible. First trip, with maybe 5 tables total as it was slow, it was taking 20 minutes to even see the server. We were there for over an hour and a half from seated to wrapping up. We thought it was because the server was having an odd day. The second trip was even worse a few weeks later. Multiple orders came out wrong then our server was avoiding us. They would see us needing service and then go to another table. We werent spiteful or difficult but bad service is bad service. Third trip, in June, Im here for an all day happy hour special. The bartender says their register computer isnt honoring it as its not in their system. On top of that, no draft beer, only bottles. This location shouldnt be a continual disappointment. BTW, when the canned response shows up... the answer is no, Im not contacting corporate about this. The several years of similar issues showing up in the reviews show us that it doesnt matter to them as our private opinions will not matter. Ill stick to the Rivercenter location which at least halfway tries to give a good experience.

Honestly I was surprised! 50% off of food Monday-Thursday for a limited time made their 14 oz steak an amazing deal! Only major ding is if you are gluten free, they can t guarantee no cross contamination

The food was good. I was a little disappointed with the wings, but overall, the place was perfect . It was a little overpriced but fun experience. I would definitely go again. Kid-friendliness: The waiter was over the top, and he made sure our experience was great.

Just had the rudest interview of my life. From he host screaming at me to the floor manager not showing up for class without my resume sent through indeed. When she showed up to talk to me after I politely moved to the correct interview spot she looked like she wanted to eat me raw. After she demanded my new part time jobs info which I wasnt going to give cause I just got hired- its not a reference- I explained that my info was through indeed. Dont post jobs on indeed if your not going to actually use it. She had another manager tell me they will call me if they need me. Dont work for This location yall. The reason I applied is because years ago one of my first jobs was dave and busters concord North Carolina. They were family to me. Good luck job seekers!

Dave & Buster s was a wonderful time we went for the Wednesday half off food and games special so it was really inexpensive and a wonderful time! If you ve been to Dave & Buster s before, you might want to try them again if you were disappointed because they have a new menu and a new kitchen equipment from what we hear and the food was spectacular! The service was still a bit slow, but I m sure they re getting used to having bigger crowds again will give them a pass on that! Vegetarian options: Cheese sticks for sure they have many veggie options

It was alright. We got to play some games and stuff. The staff was all over the place but it is alright, we were there 7pm on a sunday I would assume they just was tired. The food was okay, though next time I wouldnt get their pasta it just wasnt the best thing. EDIT: From reading the other reviews it looks like staff being far and inbetween is very common. Parking: It is in a weird spot. Plenty of space, but like so much space that I wouldnt expect this location to have that many people in it at once. Also kind of a maze to get out from. Kid-friendliness: ARCADE AND CHICKEN ARCADE AND CHICKEN CHILDREN PARADISE

I honestly love Dave and Busters. The price point definitely makes it a special occasion place for us, but its always worth it. As far as the food, delicious. My husband said the wings were some of the best hes ever had, and I particularly loved their flatbread pizza. The service is fine. Its a little bit of a long wait for your server to get to and from you and the kitchen, especially at the bar, but honestly we dont mind when we have friends. The arcade is really fun! We usually try to fill up our play cards when there is a discount, but we can usually find a game for everyone to play when we go in a group. Of course its a little loud, and probably not the best for people with sensory issues, but if youre into arcades, youll love it. Lots of games, and lots of variety with staples like ski-ball. If I had my way, Id put more games like the ax throwing booth (fake rubber axes), and less of the gambling and shooting booths, but its fun regardless. Be prepared to spend, though. Its expensive. The quality is nicer than other arcade restaurants, but expect about a $200 check for two at the end of the night, especially if you drink, which we do not. Between food and play tokens, I would budget about $100-150 per person. Lastly, the prize area is super clean with some pretty cool things. Obviously theyre sold at pretty expensive prices, as with most arcades, but if you run out of tickets you can use money. We spent 1000 tickets on a bracelet, a push pop, and a fun dip. We bought another fun dip for $1.50 because we didnt feel like sharing. Definitely more of a fun souvenir booth than a good way to get gifts. I wouldnt play to max out tickets, but the tickets were a fun way of getting something to commemorate a nice family night out, and a sweet treat for the road. Kid-friendliness: We brought our 3 year old and there were plenty of games we could play with her, such as the Hungry Hippos that you can ride. It was definitely a little overstimulating for her but she loves it so much. If you have a kid thats a runner, I would exercise caution, the floor is huge and it can be easier to lose an errant child, so I would make a separation plan if you have a lot of kids with you. I have never felt in danger there, theres usually not people who curse extremely loud or get so drunk they might accidentally hurt a child, but I usually go during the week so that we can avoid crowds and get discounts. I recommend Wednesdays if you are going to bring kiddos, and if your child has sensory issues, definitely scope it out before hand to see if there are ways you can make it work, especially with it being more expensive than other, more appropriate kids arcades.

Way over priced. Not worth it i paid $35+ for a mediocre hamburger and 1 drink. Even on Wednesdays when games are half off, the games are way too expensive. I wouldnt go here again. Just to expensive.
