We go to Pearland Parkway location every Monday before my son s karate. The atmosphere is good and the food is always great. The manager is friendly and always stops by to check on us. The highlight is always our Server Delylah. We always ask for her by name and she is the best waitress we ve had. We usually have the same order every time. She always greets us with our normal drinks and has our appetizers already started. I would recommend to ask for if she is there.

So I called to ask a question about something and they never answered the phone. When i got their and asked them about the phine the excuse was they are under new management and that they had no clue the phone wasnt working. I easnt busy at all. So my husband ordered our dinner online and it said it would be ready 30 minutes later. I got their before the 30 minutes was up. When I got our food home the pizza was cold, the fried pickels tasted like straight salt, and they over charge for a salad where you dont get as much as they say. He ordered extra ranch and it wasnt in our bag. My son had 3 bites of his food and didnt eat any more. I dont live very far from this location so its not the drive home thay made the pizza cold. Very disappointed in this place.

Ordered the ham & pineapple pizza. Only problem was there was barely, if any, ham. When the waitress delivered it I inquired because I didn t see any ham. She said it was under the cheese. Well it wasn t. Mistake hopefully, cause if it happens again they ll lose me as a customer. Should have had the same amount of ham as pineapples.

We love taking advantage of the pizza special but tonight my wife and I enjoyed a few drinks and an appetizer before we took out pizza to go. This was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. Julio the manager was very attentive and went to every guest in the restaurant making connections. My bartender Amanda was awesome, she was present and always made sure my cup was full. So I usually dont do negative reviews but this was a pretty bad experience from a place that is usually a pretty decent pizza stop. Our waitress informed us that someone sitting next to us posted a review that we had to get our own beer from the bar. Thats true. Our server walked by it maybe 4 times then was holding up the wall in what appeared to be the office while our drinks sat. We brushed it off and got it. The waitress told us she got in trouble for the other persons review....but the manager never came to address it as you would expect when something doesnt go right. Food came out and was wrong. Had to get help from a different waitress to correct it. Still not bad enough for us to leave a review. Things happen. The only reason Im leaving a review, is that since the review from the people sitting next to us (25 minutes ago), multiple people have given 5 star reviews. That does not seem in slightest to be legit, but a way to cover up a comment in a bad review.

Will never go to this location again. We ordered 2 personal pizzas, pizza rolls and Birdie Wrap. The pizzas and the rolls came out. 25 minutes later after those items came out, no Birdie Wrap. I asked our waitress and she said oh a large group ordered ahead of us. I was like how did 3 out of four of our items come out before a wrap and before the large group? She said they only had two cooks. I said its just a wrap with grilled chicken but two pizzas were made and baked before a wrap? I asked to speak to a manager, before the manager came, they brought me a breaded chicken sandwich. I told them I ordered the wrap and literally had a conversation with the waitress about the extraordinary time it was taking to make a wrap. The manager proceeds to tell me that it is the same chicken. I said but its not a wrap. Then I said the wrap has grilled chicken and the sandwich, based on the menu, would be a breaded dark meat chicken sandwich. I asked are you really telling me they are the same and she said yes. I was you cant be serious and she responds, well what would you like me to do? I said, well for one, maybe offer some kind of discount and apology. She said okay I can take something off and she left. Waited for another 10 minutes for her to bring my bill so we could pay but she never came back. Went to bar and asked her can we have our bill. And I asked her can you tell me the name of your manager or district manager as I felt she handled the situation very poorly and she tells me there is nobody over her and their is no district manager and that she IS the manager. I said, okay can I have your name and she said no that she doesnt feel comfortable giving her name. So I tried to take a picture of her so I could identify her and she lost it, yelling at the bartender help, he is trying to take a picture of me! The bartender then came while the unidentified manager ran into the kitchen. The bar tender came over and asked what was going on and i explained what happened with our order and that I felt the manager handled it poorly by first telling me that the grilled chicken in the wrap was the same as the dark meat breaded chicken in the sandwich and then also lied about not having a manager over her or a district manager. The bartender then proceeds to tell me that she is also a manager but just not on duty. At the end, Sierra the bartender asked what we would like done and I restated that a discount of some sort would be nice and I would like to know who the manager over them was, and guess what, she gave me a name, although the other manager said nobody was above them. So Sierra said we will comp you the sandwich. I said the sandwich that I neither ordered or accepted she said yes. Sorry for the rant, but this was the worst encounter with a so-called manager period.

I was at my local center court on Pearland parkway tonight I was sitting at the bar watching the game as I had to witness a guy treating a manger Alexus absolutely horrible I felt horrible for her . He was not wanting to hear her out and being very unreasonable. Yelling and using fault language for no reason Started trying to take pictures of her which was very strange. People should start treating people with more respect . I definitely feel bad for Alexus and what happen to her tonight. Thankfully her coworker Sierra stepped up and deescalated the situation, which shouldn t have even had to happen if the man had respected Alexis in the first place. Overall Alexus and Sierra handled the situation as best as they could.

This store constantly has issues with online orders. From being super late, to not having the order at all. Most recently, they called to tell me that they didn t have part of my order, put me on hold forever when I asked to cancel, talked to the manager several times and finally hung up. They told me to go back where you placed the order and cancel it which is impossible. I m done with them. I will not be coming back.

We went there for our first time bc it was one of only a few places that is open past 9pm. The atmosphere is very Sports Bar, which looked fun for major sports events. For appetizer we ordered Cheese Dunkers which were really good. I ordered Asian Street Fries and asked for extra jalapenos. The description is as follows from the menu Gochujang glazed beef w/ diced cucumbers, fresh jalapenos, green onions, & Sriracha drizzle. I can tell you the beef is just ground beef. I asked for extra jalapenos and cannot tell you I got them because they were not sliced like in the picture. However I was definitely charged $1.49 more than the menu price. I did not like like the beef flavor at all. I just moved it out the way and are my $15 fries. My wife ordered the All American Cheeseburger with tots. She took a few bites and then showed me the meat. She asked me what I thought and with the lighting the meat looked cooked medium. She took a few more bites and said It tastes weird to me. So I tried it and the meat was raw. It was cooked on the outside but definitely not on the inside. We told the waitress and she just said Oh Im sorry. Do you want something else? When my wife said no, the waitress never indicated anything to make it right. (Like, Ill take it off your check .. or Ill discount it.) At point I did eat the tots, bc I was still hungry since I didnt get many fries and didnt eat the toppings. So, $45 later we learned that this is one place we wont be going back to. I had a gut feeling when we sat down, but we were hungry and wanted to give the place a try. Chalk up the L.

This store location is horrible. Specially when you are doing Door Dash. I had waited over 20 minutes for a chicken pizza. The waitress told me twice order was almost ready. I will lead off with my daughter has celiac disease.Due to the lack of knowledge of their menu, they poisoned my daughter. Dietary restrictions: They have one item; a salad; they show to gluten free. Unfortunately the wait staff had no idea what was in the dressing. When asked directly they said it did not have gluten. They for some reason dont understand that wheat is gluten. Now my daughter who is the most careful in our family will suffer for the next two to six months clearing her system. I ve ordered takeout and have dined in. The food is just ok. I especially like the pesto crust on the pizza. My son loves the arcade games. The wings were large but not flavorful. For 12 wings we paid $18 which seems costly. I ordered a house margarita ($8) which I enjoyed. The staff are very nice and welcoming. There are tons of TVs so I can imagine this could be a great place to watch a game or celebrate after a sport event with youth.

I ve been coming to Center Court for 15yrs. I loved it for the first 5, and then I went less and less. Every time I think this place couldn t possibly get any worse, they exceed even my lowest of expectations. From the sub-par inattentive service, to the wildly distracting 10,000 television screens, overpriced pizza, and $8 local brew pints, the franchise has gotten worse with age, regardless of the location. If you re a family with kids, even older ones, don t expect anything but to be ignored for tables filled with the jock bros who want a hug, another shot, and the waitress number. That being said, the cheesecake, which once was so loved, now crumbles like powder from being exposed to the air for too long in the walk-in, uncovered and discolored. Even my kids didn t want it. Maybe that s why it s covered in a generous amount of sauce. Much like the franchise, it s become tired, old, and uninteresting. Done with it. This is the last time.

Im from out of town... called around to find a place with fried (not baked) chicken wings. This was 3rd place I called and thought I scores. WRONG! The wings were horrible! They were gooey, had no sauce or flavor. We got 18 of them and threw them out scared wed get sick. We ordered 2 pizzas. Both we asked for extra sauce, one without cheese due to someone having stomach irritability with cheese. 50 minutes later, the pizza had cheese and we asked for refund on that one. Didnt feel like waiting for other food to get cold. The other ... no extra sauce which needed it because it was so dry we had to dip it in ranch every bite just so we didnt choke on it... only thing decent on pizza was crust. $70 down the drain. Dont eat here and dont listen to the reviews like I did... smh ...

Service was good, but the food is not that good and its over priced. We ordered the Italian pizza, hot garlic wings, lemon pepper wings and kids alfredo pasta. I ate half a slice of pizza and didnt care too eat any more of it. The hot garlic wings barely had any sauce on them. The lemon pepper wings didnt really taste like anything. The Alfredo sauce on my sons pasta was not good at all. He did not eat his pasta. This was our first time here and we will not be back.

Went on Monday night for their pizza special. Had a party of 13 and hostess, Evonny, was able to get table set up within a few minutes. She was nice enough to sit us by the games since we had quite a bit of kids. The pizza was really good. Definitely recommend.

Great experience at this location. The servers were very attentive and helpful. The weather was surprisingly pleasant this evening and we availed the outside dining. The area, tables, chairs were clean and well placed. The place was well lit. The food as usual was good. Consistently the the food and taste is great. If you have pets, the outdoor seating is great advantage.

Arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday so wasn t too busy inside. Ordered Asian Fries and husband ordered boneless wings. Usually go to Friendswood location but decided to try PP since it s closer to home. Nice server, think she was a victim of a poorly managed establishment. Ladies room in shambles. Service not good. Husband served food a good 5 minutes before mine and was brought no silverware or napkins. Had to grab own napkins and S&P. My food was barely warm.. Took forEVER to get check handled and finally took care of it at counter. Will definitely stick with Friendswood from now on. Sadly this is becoming the norm in Pearland.

Lettuce & tomato was rotten. Burger was asked well done and we got a burnt burger and raw inside. The fries were the bacon cheddar, and there was absolutely no freaking cheese!!! The wings were soggy and didnt feel cooked. I had throw all the food away. I cant believe they actually passed this off as food.

I made an online order for carry out. My confirmation said 31 minutes. We were already out running errands and showed up in about 20 minutes so I assumed we might have to wait 10 minutes. My husband went into the store, told him he was there to pick up the order, they told him it wasnt ready so he sat down to wait. 20 minutes passed and I went inside to check on him and he was still waiting. He went up the waitress and told him he was still waiting. Another 20 minutes, 25, 30. We ended up waiting at the store an hour. The girl finally brought out the food and said our order just came out. We got to the car and the pizza was cold so obviously it had been sitting there for at least half an hour and the wings were only slightly warm. My husband called the manager and she refunded the $45 for a large pizza and wings. 2 stars for giving us a refund but the girl just straight up lied to us. Just be honest and say sorry I forgot your order let me make it right.

Just a bad experience. Was sat immediately; however, greet time took over 10 minutes and no acknowledgment from any staff members whatsoever. You could tell employees were ready to leave and finish their closing duties. Felt like a burden just being there, so we just left without any greet or beverage requests. And plenty of employees made eye contact with our table, so why burden them if they don t want to work.

Flavor wise it s very good pizza! I would say a good 7 1/2 out of 10 Only complain was the price! Pizza is a little pricey! And a modelo draft was $9 each! (Pizza rolls) in pic! Pretty good! So I returned on 2/20/2022! My son and I walked in at 9:15 pm and we were immediately rushed to order because according to waitress (she didn t know) just that the kitchen was closing early! Even though store hours are 11pm closing! I was done eating my last slice! When she returned to ask if she could take all the plates and bring the tab! My son was still eating! I walked away to use the RR and the waitress again returned to ask if my son was done with his drink! And just stood there until my son said ok! I asked for beer prices and was told $3 for a bottle of miller light but was charged $4.50 ! Again from my previous post ! The pizza is decent but well overpriced! No sight of any kind of management around!

Every time I order Togo they give me 30-45 min time line, yet every time it takes an hour plus. Then I get home and the pizza is cold or over cooked. Other two locations do a much better job. Pizza was done when I got here but apparently it takes 45 mins to cook tator tots and wings

I absolutely love their carnivore pizza and the dry rub wings. The carnivore pizza is probably my favorite pizza in all of Houston. The reason their getting two stars is the service. It has gone way downhill and I dont know why. They are so slow and the servers barely come to your table. We ordered a medium carnivore and a greek salad just after 5:50 on a Tuesday night; there were 2 or 3 other tables and a handful of people at the bar at the time we ordered. We expected to get our salad before the pizza like they have in the past. We had to ask for them to bring to us ahead of our pizza at about 6:15. We didnt get our pizza until 6:35. Forty minutes for a medium pizza when there is almost no one in there is ridiculous! It would be different if they were busy. They got busier when we got our pizza. We ended up having to ask the bartender for our check. They obviously need more staff to work or need a more efficient system. Ill be going to MOD down the way next time I want pizza.

A little late...Family from out town was here visiting and on their last night here (May 23) I ordered pizza from here. I love pizza from here and bragged to my family that they were gonna love it! VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE QUALITY!! They were not impressed nor was I. Pizza was so dry.. hardly any sauce or cheese. Paid $67 for 3 very badly made pizzas. Will not order from this location again!

So I think it was game night and it was packed and there werent enough service people so everything took a long time, even getting the bill. We ate here for the first time and was not impressed at all. The pizza was greasy, and WAY over priced, the philly cheese was good but the bread was soggy at the bottom and it fell apart. The fries were just okay and so much salt you couldn t taste the French fry. I could ve gotten 3 pizzas somewhere else for what I paid at Centercourt, which was $45 for one medium pizza with just pepperoni and a philly cheese and fries. This used to be our favorite little spot to go to because the food is pretty good, BUT the service was awful several times that we stopped going. Couldn t get the waitress to come to our table, the food took way too long to get, and items were often forgotten and we had to wait for that to get cooked while we ate the entree. I just ordered door dash from them for the first time in probably 6 months and no one confirmed my order for over 20 minutes and my driver had to sit and wait for them to cook it. Definitely will be my last order unfortunately.
