Went for an event KSBJ was hosting at the park. It was too hot to enjoy anything, but I will definitely return when the weather gets cold.

I wished I would have known the schedule ahead of time. Online it says until 7pm but everything closes at 4 and open certain days only. Picnic area: Really nice area, covered, to enjoy

Fabulous place to visit if you enjoy authentic historical buildings and life in the Houston area in the early 1900s. Free tours are given on Tuesdays. Our wonderful and informative 87-year old (or there about) tour guide was a member of the store owners family. Well worth the visit!

This is a nice park. There is not.ot if foot traffic and is unusually quite cause the park is near roads. Lot of people take photos here. Lots of nice areas for pics.

Great place for look back in history. Small park that one could tour in 12 mins or less. There are pecan trees there. Great place for pictures, very busy during prom and other celebratory events. No restrooms available.
