We ordered right behind an elderly couple, female in a wheelchair husband pushing her clearly retirees. I had to witness the cashier refusing them a large drink cup for their water. I added the 2.50 styrofoam cup they wanted to fill with water and graciously walked it over to them. Disappointed was an understatement. To add the cherry on top of this review before leaving I called over the possibly manager (wearing headphones) to point out a cockroach climbing the window at our table. Her response being oh . As I walked out I realized I would never be back.

Ordered fajita platter, supposed to make 12 fajita tacos. It was mix of beef and chicken. If i put a 1 inch long piece of beef and 1 inch long piece of chicken on a tortilla, i could make 4 tacos. There was plenty of rice and beans for 4 people. For spending just over 40 bucks, SO FAR FROM WORTH IT. I was majorly disappointed. Theres a taco platter off menu, thats actually worth the price. Ask for that. Otherwise, rip off.

I love Rosas, but the food wasnt great today. The refried beans were burnt, the tacos had ground beef that had huge hunks of meat that werent broken up, and the taco shells were broken, including one that was just one half of the taco shell. This is not my typical experience at Rosas. Hopefully, next time will be better.

As a recent widow I find myself eating out more often than I ever have before. And with this new adventure I have found myself dissatisfied many times because the food doesnt taste as good as home...UNTIL I was introduced to Rosass Cafe! OMG! The cuisine here is prepared as if I was making it at home myself. And I am not easy to please considering I was raised on Mexican Food made from scratch! However, it is not just the food that has created in me a RAVING FAN, but the service is exceptional! I have had the repeated pleasure of being served through the window by Alandria and she delivers! She doesnt just hand me my food and rush me on, she visits, she engages, she greets with a smile, and she is extremely accommodating answering any questions I may have. Today I ordered a taco salad, which is not my norm, and I always get do Arbol salsas, however; today by her suggestion I tried the tomatillo and OMG, what a splendid, tasteful surprise. Normally tomatillo sauce is lacking, tasting mainly like vinegar; but again, this not the case for Rosas Cafe! With the delectable entrées and delightful service I dont mind holding off for a bit longer cooking at home! Thank you Rosas and thank YOU Alandria for making every experience enjoyable, and creating a returning RAVING FAN! Sincerely, Ms. Hogan

Workers knew nothing and were on there phones instead of taking our order and Hispanic girl at the register muttered to another worker something when we were asking questions about the menu. Portions were TERRIBLE and was comparable to crumbs of meat. Margarita sucked too. Dont recommend save your money and go to Glorias or something.

I recently visited Rosas Cafe and Tortilla Factory and had a decent experience. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with a lively, casual vibe thats perfect for a quick meal. The menu offers a wide range of Mexican dishes, and the homemade tortillas are definitely a highlight. While the food was generally good, it didnt quite live up to the hype for me. The portions were fair, but some of the flavors seemed a bit muted compared to what I expected. The tacos were tasty, but not particularly memorable, and the rice and beans were average. On the plus side, the service was quick and efficient, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, Rosas Cafe and Tortilla Factory is a solid choice if youre looking for a casual Mexican meal, but it didnt quite wow me like I hoped it would.

Rosas always hits the spot. I always get the Tres Amigos enchilada platter. The best part of Rosas is the salsa bar. They have it all: pico de Gallo, onions, cilantro, 5 kinds of salsa, jalapeños, limes, onions...it makes it more of an experience when you get to top off the food the way you want it. Its also always super fast and fresh. Tortillas made on sight, bright, funky decor. Dietary restrictions: Many GF options: beans, rice, chips, salsa, enchiladas

Not sure who was working the drive through, but I asked for a chicken enchilada plate which they were out of shredded chicken. So I tried substituting for steak, and then tells me it s going to cost 35$ for a plate. I m sorry but for that much I can go to a fancy restaurant. Ridiculous!

05/14/2024 - Tonight was awful. The meat was swimming in grease. The queso was gloppy and wasnt warm. The booths were sticky and there was water actually sitting on the booth seat. The to-go meal tortillas were soggy with grease. I should of asked for our money back. It was absolutely horrendous. 9/21/2023 - It is SO expensive to eat here! It costs $30 for 2 people WITHOUT drinks. #14 - $5 for 3 strips of fajita meat in a flour tortilla & the majority of the queso ON the wrapper, not in the tortilla.. 8/28/21 - My order was posted as ready on the board 5+ minutes. Dont post ready for pickup when you havent even started making my food!!!

Best tortillas you can get unless you have a family member who can whip up genuine ones. Try taco Tuesday for a great price but only the taco plate. Fajitas are good but pricey. Chips and queso are delicious. Parking: Pretty easy except on Taco Tuesdays. Its packed for dinner. All locations. Wheelchair accessibility: Yep. All ramps and parking at all locations.

We enjoyed some delicious taco fajitas, the sauce not to mention a variety of sauces to choose from but a detail just for the snack were some soup pillas which by the way were not well cooked I feel like they need a little more cinnamon and they need to brown a little more so that they can have that texture and that flavor, otherwise they will be the tradition of flour tortillas that are half cooked, I suggest that you let them cook a little more

She then told him yes it was his. I was sitting waiting on Togo order and his was up there for a while! The older lady that bushes the tables really was helpful to me and others. She smiled and seemed to enjoy helping people but when she was asked for a Styrofoam cup the younger girl again had attitude with her, she was only trying to help. food was good. it was Very clean inside the restaurant.

So, Rosas has unfortunately fallen a few pegs since COVID times started. Their portions have gotten considerably smaller and their prices have gotten bigger. It all adds up to one thing. There are better tacos around. Now, with that said, their tortillas are still AWESOME. Their services is almost always AWESOME. So, if you need some overpriced tacos and they absolutely MUST come with some good service and decent salsa, this might be your stop.

Depending on what time I go the tacos sometimes seem to be just thrown together. As soon as I unwrap them they just come apart. Nothing a fork cant handle though. I still devour them without a second though.

When I finally came up to check on my meal, they had never started on it. I asked the manager for my refund and he gave it, never apologized, never said we will feed you and your family on us for your trouble or anything the customer friendly way. I picked up my family brought them to the front and before exiting, I wanted to let the manager Yan Marquez know my displeasures of not taking care of his customer for their mistakes. He wouldnt even come to the counter to speak with me. Before leaving the guy who took my order decided to take ownership and say that he will make my meal to go before we walk out.

The steak meat in the fajitas was very tasty and tender & the tortillas were really good! I haven t had a good tortilla like those in a while. They tasted like they were made fresh in the restaurant. I don t recommend the chips and queso unless you like thicker restaurant style chips and queso that tastes like velveeta cheese mixed with picante sauce. I prefer the white queso and thinner chips. I purchased the fajitas combo and you think for almost $20 dollars that they would make sure to give you the tortillas. Nope, not at Rosss.

Good food, but server never change her gloves. Same gloves cooking and cashing people out. Only two people working with full restaurant. Manager needs to step up and hire more people. Sopapillas took 20 min. To come out.

It is very unpleasant to spend your money on buying food for a family event and it is disgusting all the frozen sauces the raw meat a disaster we were missing half of the food you cannot buy takeaway totally disgusted by what they gave me and it is a Its a shame, I love the food and the place. We are a big family and we always buy a lot. I dont know what happened but they should be more attentive because they lose customers.

I ve been a couple times to get food for my family. Beautiful atmosphere. Some of the mangers or higher ups were rude to teammates in front of us. The food was pretty good. The cashier Odes s service was great he was very friendly and helpful with what I should get off menu since I wasn t sure.

This place is always perfectly replicated at every location, because it keeps it simple. Fresh ingredients, delightful salsa bar, doesnt break the bank, and the open concept makes for a relaxing environment to enjoy a meal.

Pulled up to the drive through, tried to order, was told we have no beef of chicken. When I asked what do you have? they said ground beef.. Derp... Then after being told to drive around front to wait for the order, we waited for 10 minutes for an employee to come out and say were also out of rice. 5 more minutes and we had to go in to ask where the heck our 4 taco plates with double beans were. Youd think I was joking, but Im not. Its not that hard people.

Rosas put Fuzzys out of business! Certainly better food and much quicker too! They don t mess around with portions and do it at an average price. 380 is a kick in the nuts but having a tortilla to munch on the way home isn t a bad problem
