Ive been to several Swig locations but this was my first experience at a grand opening. The line was long but it moved fast. We were given a small menu to look at while we were waiting as well as a free cup full of my favorite mini chocolate chip cookies, which made the wait more enjoyable. Both mine at my friends drinks tasted great. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Although they had a lot to keep up with they didnt look overwhelmed and took their time to talk to us and take our order without making us feel rushed. Im excited to return to this location.

I went through the drive thru on the day after grand opening when there was no wait. I was the only car and unfortunately they refused to do any blended drinks because they have already made so many today and yesterday was grand opening . I d understand if they were busy, but they literally had no customers inside or in the drive thru. Hopefully my next experience is better.
