Very good restaurant. We went to celebrate my dad s birthday and dinner was delicious. Beef was really tasty and tender, the service was really good. Salad was so delicious! The restaurant is very dark though!

My food and service was amazing.. I love the service. Every time I come here they have great customer service. Every place is not perfect, but every time I do come here.. people are always happy and the food is especially amazing. This place has always stood up to there promises and integrity! Thoroughly enjoyed our time st Niko s. The salad was fresh and delicious. Freshly baked bread was brought to the table. Prime rib was delicious as was the loaded baked potato. Chicken fried steak was large and perfectly cooked. Service was very good, attentive and quick to take care of requests. We were able to carry on a conversation and the atmosphere was what you expect in a steakhouse. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

We went to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. Initially we had 12. I asked to reduce our party to 6 and that we had 5 to seat. They would not seat us. They said no. We cant seat you. After some Insisting they said they would have to talk to their manager. Mind you, they had Noone seated in the area we wanted to sit. When the manager came, I told him I didnt like the way I was treated and he proceeded to say you can go. We had already decorated so we left them and went elsewhere. Horrible experience.

Our group visited NIKO Steakhouse for the first time on the recommendation of someone local. Fast friendly service, a table was available for us within 5 minutes. The various dishes that were tasted were of excellent taste and more than sufficient. Special drinks are available daily for a special adjusted price. Desert Texas Pecan Pie is delicious. We will come again next week. A tip though; the air conditioner works very well here, adjust your clothes. Parking: On your own property

Food was not good I had stuffed flounder it was a little fishy but thought it maybe just me. Shrimp was stuffed as well and it was fishy. Boneless buffalo wings were great. Now to service I wish I could give more stars but unfortunately she was terrible never asked us how food was she seemed a little aggravated. I am not sure if we caught them on bad night. My mom mentioned about the fishy taste and her response was sorry walked off.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Niko s. They don t take same-day reservations. The person that answered the phone told us that if we had an early dinner, waiting for a table wouldn t be a problem. We got to the restaurant at 6 PM and were immediately seated. Abbie was our waitress. She was professional, prompt, courteous and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and upscale. I ordered a mesquite grilled mahi-mahi covered with a Veracruz sauce. My wife ordered mesquite grilled chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Veracruz sauce is not intended to be very spicy hot. It wasn t. Nevertheless the sauce overwhelmed the incredible mesquite flavor of the mahi-mahi. Frankly I much more enjoyed the flavor of the mesquite grilled mahi-mahi that wasn t in contact with the Veracruz sauce sauce than the fish that was in contact with the sauce. That s not because the Veracruz sauce wasn t good. It was good. It s just because the flavor of mesquite grilled mahi-mahi was so much better than the sauce, and the Veracruz sauce somewhat obscured that flavor. On a return visit to Nico s I definitely would consider ordering the mesquite grilled mahi-mahi again. However, this time I would ask for the sauce to be on the side. As an alternative, I might ask the chef if he could top my fish with some garlic butter or aïoli. That way I think I would even more enjoy the dish. My wife very much enjoyed her mesquite grilled chicken Alfredo. I tasted it, too, and thought it was exquisite. For dessert, we had a piece of cheesecake with a raspberry sauce. The dessert was also exquisite. Our meal was reasonably priced at approximately $55 plus tax and tip. As I already said, both my wife and I plan to soon return to eat at Niko s again.

We went to Nikos today (favorite place) Must have had a new waiter (Ross) he could barely keep up , lunch hour was over . Still left 20%. Cook musta been off , our Spinach Artichoke dip was runny an no artichokes in it , my salad was wilted an no red onions, chicken fried steak was very thin , gravy cold , an loaded potatoes cold .Chili was cold as well . We asked to be seated away from the bar because the bar area is always loud. Of course, the hostess sat us in the bar dining room. When we asked to be moved, she called a guy in a big chefs hat, assuming he was the manager. Who came out and asked us to go back the wait in the already long wait queue or just leave. Needless to say, we will not go back. My son was treating me to a Father s Day lunch. The Longhorn was a much better experience. Too bad, I always try to support local businesses over national chains. Oh well, if Nikos does not know what customer service is, it is just too bad.

unfortunately, the last 3 times we have been to Nikos we have noticed the downward spiral. the steaks have been either tougher or more grisly. service has been getting not to nikos standards. every one has an off night, twice, hmm, not good, third time our usual 5 rating rave has gone down to a generous 3 . 4 or 5 1st bites of husbands ribeye were grisly and had to embarrassingly spit back out, my prime rib was overcooked, definitely not med RARE. total meal for 2 $78, definitely money not well spent or enjoyed. what has happened to the NIKOS that was our favorite and/or special occasion restaurant? we gave a generous 3 rating, but where we recommended Nikos to everyone, cannot do so any more.

Visited this restaurant this week and was not disappointed a bit by the experience. The service was great and the food even better. There was a bit of a wait to begin with which I didn t expect but that s probably a testament to how good the place is. I ll definitely visit again in the future. I rarely post negative reviews. But, to begin, there was a cockroach behind the host, who he stepped on and crushed after we told him. The food is meh. The only good dish was the lobster dip. The chicken and shrooms tasted like a dirty grill. The mashed potatoes tasted horrible and were too salty. The mac n cheese tasted just like instant Kraft mac n cheese. On the other hand, the $3 margaritas were delicious!!

My husband and I went in to celebrate our 9th anniversary. Neither of us had ever eaten here before but heard very good things about the food. I ordered the baked potato soup, 6 ounce sirloin with grilled shrimp, and an amaretto sour to drink. My husband ordered the steak chili, 8 ounce sirloin with quail, and a Miller Lite to drink. As a side I had the corn and he had the broccoli. Everything was very good. Our waiter was kind and brought out our bread and food fairly quickly. The only reason I didnt give the review 5 stars is because we both ordered our steak medium rare but my steak was over cooked. It was still good but my husbands was better because it was cooked to perfection. The meal wasnt over priced for the quality. We will most likely be back for another special occasion.

Unfortunately none of the food had any taste and my medium rare steak came out as well as everyone in my tables came out well done. My experience was unpleasant, hopefully they change things soon. I had a experience recently with the GM kip, I walked into have a nice date night with my bf and as soon as we walked in the GM was yelling very loud and using stupid and dumb to describe the hosts and waiters when talking to them. Once he was done screaming and we got to sit in franks section and he was the best! Very good service from him, it was our first time here and definitely the last the service was amazing but after seeing the way the management treats there staff this place is despicable.

They talk to front hosts/hostesses about their phone etiquette, but seemingly still allow them to talk on the phone in a derogatory manor to their customers. Best thing about this place is the atmosphere. For a steakhouse it was extremely disappointing. The meat was tough even for a medium request. The prime rib was horrible. The worst tasting food weve eaten in Texas. Wont be returning here again. I returned my plate prime rib as I could not stomach it down. They were accommodating enough to not charge me for the plate I had not eaten but a few bites. Sorry, do not see how this place could receive such high ratings.

Food was hit & miss - I loved the spinach and artichoke appetizer, but I didn t enjoy my pecan crusted chicken salad - the menu promised mixed greens etc and when I got it, it was romaine so not exactly what I d expect. The pecan crusted chicken was very greasy and burnt. My guy got a sirloin and it was very delicious and well cooked. Atmosphere is all right, what I didn t like was they have giant TVs that advertise pictures of the meals that I found kind of tacky but could just be my preference.

The food and the place were all good but unfortunately between the time I arrived and the waiter showed up at my table, 20 minutes passed just because I was interested in the menu and the music, I stayed or I would have left... maybe because it was Monday and it was 10:00 pm were they late?

All was good! The steak was very tasty. I enjoyed the shish kebab with a Caesar salad and chili. The mac and cheese is very creamy and the potato soup was insanely good and highly recommended. Creme brulee was good too ! No complaints on the food or service. The only thing that I didnt like as much was the amount of TVs and A huge bar in the middle of the restaurant.

I have eaten there several times and always had good service until tonight. I said at the bar and ordered the filet mignon with garlic butter on top. They brought out the steak and forgot the garlic butter so they brought it out in a little cup nice and cold and all I asked was can you take it back in the kitchen and melt the butter sauce like its supposed to be and I was told no the kitchen doesnt like doing that, so I dont like eating there anymore. I was celebrating my 55th birthday and I chose your establishment to do so and was highly disappointed. So sorry to say I will not be your Patron anymore

Was expecting a much better experience. Service was ok with a very long wait, food was mediocre, and atmosphere was loud and clustered. Manager was walking around but not really interacting with the guests. Steak was fair, and sides seemed boxed/in volume.

The food is amazing but the staff is even more amazing. We came in with a large party and Ashley didn t skip a beat. She was beyond amazing. The bar staff were also just as accommodating and friendly as well. This restaurant is 10/10.

Im vision impaired and walk with a white cane. I can understand they arent responsible for patrons not moving out of way but when crossing from one dining room to other to access the restroom... hostess/waitstaff cluster around podium and do not make way for disabled customers

We just ate at Nikos for the first time. Walking in the door the entry and bar looks great. The restaurant are is very nice. The appetizers (Stuffed mushrooms & Spinach/artichoke dip) were good. The steak was overwhelming with the mesquite. Side mushrooms were OK. The menu says Steak and Shrimp is 6 oz sirloin with a quarter pound of shrimp. There were three medium size at best Shrimp on a skewer. They were overwhelmed with mesquite and overcooked. We got the New York style cheesecake with strawberry. It came as a big plop/disc of cheesecake filling in a bowl with strawberry compote, no crust. We confirmed thats how it comes, disappointing and definitely not New York Style.

My waitress was great, going out of her way to bring me things. The cut of meat was good and the creme brulee was smooth.. unfortunately the steak had a seasoning on it that I didnt care for and the caprese salad had a very sweet balsamic dressing. When I do go back Ill definitely be asking for some modifications Food
