Poor service. Was told at the drive-thru window to wait at the front of the store and someone would bring my order out within 4-5 minutes. After waiting for 20-25 minutes, I went back to the window. The employee jokingly said we forgot you were out there . My food was cold and gross. Hoping Dominoes will be back soon.

Awful experience today 6/25/24 at 9pm I placed an online order, I received the notification saying it was ready to pick up, headed to the restaurant, the blond lady told me it wasn t ready, I waited for 20 more minutes a man came telling me to park at the front cause they burned my pizza and they were making another one and that was 30 more minutes. They came with the pizza , no apologies and no napkins and I waited almost an hour after I got to the restaurant :/

I bought two carry outs today and the young lady whose name is TRINITY greeted us with the biggest smile and most uplifting customer service that I have experienced in a long time . My wife and I are retired and have grown used to seeing much of todays generation ungratefulness for their job. We have grown used to being greeted as if we are a bother and they wished we werent there. Thats why today felt special to us. It reminded us of the good old days due to your stores customer service . I was a boss for 30 years before I retired. The biggest reason I retired was due to the lack of this generations enthusiasm that appreciation for their job. Today TRINITY ( I kept my receipt to find out her name) let me experience the smiling customer service that I miss seeing and feeling so much . I left there with a warmth feeling in my heart that I havent felt from customer service in a loooong time. I felt like I actually mattered. Today I actually felt like I was not just a customer but actually a human being . We even got a Goodbye and a smile when we left the store . Thank you Trinity for being so kind to us. I look forward to buying my next pizzas from you!! Dietary restrictions: Im on the keto diet and order the pizza with thin crust. It works great for me

I ordered through the website. They had a Doordash delivery driver send my order. When he arrived, the order hed picked up or been given was incorrect. I tried to call the store number to arrange my own pick up, but it went to what sounded like an overseas call center where the operator seemed confused as to how to handle my request for refund. Luckily the Doordash driver reported my request. The 2nd call center operator who confirmed the request for order cancelation mumbled and hung up on me. Why are we doing everything possible to prevent customers from getting a hold of the actual store location?

I ordered my food and sat down while it was being prepared. I noticed a young man with dark hair constantly taking his hat off and stretching his head. THEN he leaned on the food prep table and jammed his left hand down into his pants and held it there for a moment. THAT IS DISGUSTING. I asked to speak to a manager, and he proceeded to ask me if I could tell him. No, get me your manager. Then while I was explaining what happened he stands there in distance to listen. I yelled at him do you want to be a part of this conversation . The manager had him walk on. I told her he is not to touch my food. Then he seemed to still want to be involved in my food with someone telling him back up. As I was leaving he was scratching his head again. This kid might have lice or something. Plus, he didn t seem to catch the severity of the situation. I am never eating at this location anymore.

I ordered 3 large pizzas through the Pizza Hut app for pickup using the drive-thru. The ease of ordering was awesome! The pizza was just mediocre. The crust on the hand tossed was broken off on some of the slices. The dough on the pan pizza was slightly undercooked in the middle. The crust in the thin crust was perfect, but was missing a topping that was ordered.

I ordered a chicken Alfredo through Uber Eats. There was no problem with the delivery, although there is a problem with the way the food was prepared as a delivery. The pasta was in the aluminum dish with no top on it and put in a unsecured (not taped up) pizza box. It did not let take long for the driver to deliver it, but because the way the dish was uncovered and put in a pizza box, the food was cold. I called Pizza Hut and spoke to someone who told me it was not their fault, and I needed to call Uber Eats. I didn t understand why because Uber eats did not prepare the food, Uber eats did not put the food in a unsecure box. How is it uber eats responsibility to take my complaint and to give me a refund? The employee was not much help at all! I am sure the delivery driver was fine but you just never know in this crazy day and time if something was put in my food. Just a word of warning .. do not order the pasta for delivery.

I received a free cheese stick message on my Pizza Hut account. When I applied it to my cart to order, the total wasn t showing $0. I called the store before submitting the order to see if they would be able to honor it. I was told yes they can take care of it over the phone, so I proceeded to place the order online. When I arrived a nice young lady helped me and we spoke about her lovely nails for awhile and then transferred me over to an older lady named Silvia who may have been a manger. Silvia told me they can t honor it because it has to do with my rewards but I tried to explain what I got and she cut me off while I was talking and tried to give me a hotline number which I politely declined and decided to pay for the order. My order said it would be ready at 6:52pm and it was 6:58 by the time I finished paying. She then told me it would take 15 minutes. I told her unfortunately that won t work for me because I had to be somewhere at a specific time and I asked if she could cancel it. She then appeared frustrated and rolled her eyes. I tried to explain I m not trying to be difficult and attempted apologize and get her to see my side of the story so she could understand I wasn t upset. She cut me off while talking again and said the order doesn t get started until you pay for it and walked away mid conversation. I felt extremely disrespected and embarrassed by Silvia as other people were in the lobby watching the entire scene unfold. I hate looking unprofessional and rude. I have worked in the food customer service industry for 5 years. I understand needing manager approval and not being able to honor certain rewards because of the system. I am not upset about not getting free food as I was willing to pay for it no issue. I am upset about how I was treated at that location especially since I drove out of my way to this location because my app said the Pizza Hut closest to me didn t honor my coupon but that was the next closest one that did.

Victor from this location was great and should be getting more stars but the over service from the app and their system gets a 1 star. The app took me 6 trys to put in the right location and when it said I had my whole order it only charge for this so call free Med pizza for 16.77. I Immediately drove to this location to see if I can get my full order. ( the app and the store does not honor the rewards as a whole) so I can charged for the whole order and waited another 15 to 20 minutes... I was told this happened because so many people at this location were trying to work the system and get free food. Not sure why the online order would need lie and then return make you pay more. This took a lot of my time and I had to leave guests at my home to attempt to get this figure out... This is the reason why I like to get digiorno...

I put in an order to Pizza Hut on Adams. However, the delivery was late. Pizza didnt taste the same as it has in the past, did not taste any pork sausage and the sauce had a very odd taste. Also, the crust was not done like a thin crust should be. It was chewy and definitely not crispy. This pizza was a total waste for us and I added double meats of pork and hamburger, as well as double cheese and cost me 33.00. I am not happy at all.

I have tried to call up to the store and complain but no one will answer so I will just say it on here. We ordered our food at 5:56 pm and we didnt get it until 7:08 pm when we ordered our food the time that we were told it would be here is between 35 to 45 mins. We got a text message stating our food was out for delivery at 6:38pm. When I asked the delivery driver why it took so long his response was oh our times changed to 65 mins. This is just horrible customer service. I dont complain often but this is just ridiculous.

I ordered my food at 815 pm and did not get it until 1055 pm . It was unacceptable. But my delivery driver was very nice I spent 44.00 dollars I expected better than that

I have never had an incomplete order. If any item is missing upon delivery the driver ALWAYs goes back to get it and deliver it. I have also never had any issues with ordering large orders or even small ones. Always friendly and helpful when placing an order or answering any questions about the order.

2hr wait. By rhe time pizza got to our location. It was like cold left over pizza. Its so sad after talking to the employees to find out where the pizza was. The nice girl tells me that on a saturday night there were only 2 people driving. This country is falling apart when a company can not get more pro active in hiring so that the can full fill there buisness plan. If you can not achieve a minimum level of expectation. Then its better to shut down and regroup after you get reinforcements. Very sad will not be ordering there again

We have had mistakes from this store in the past and they always correct them with remakes. This time the pizza was perfectly made to our order and delivered hot! I would highly recommend Pizza Hut to everyone.

If you are ordering here, you may want to pick up. That way you get everything in your order at the same time without having to wait an hour for half the order. Second time ordering, second time having to call back and say items were missing. Wont happen again.

Our pizzas were only slightly warm. There were hardly any toppings on the pizzas. Specifically, the large pizza were ordered had only 15 pieces of pepperoni. That is ridiculous! The black olives on the medium were few and far between. We were very disappointed. The bread sticks were not hot.
