Absolutely the worst bar in town. I was charged $2.89 for a soda water that I asked in the beginning if it were free. When it came time to pay our tabs I asked the waitress Mary, I thought the water was free ? She made a huge scene and went and grabbed the owner. The owner came up to me and tried intimidating me by hovering over me and threatening me to pay for the water. I had already given them my card by the way and had told them multiple times to just run it and I ll leave. They continued harassing me calling me broke and made me feel like a slave. I wish the interaction was recorded because they d all go viral.

Big Apple as always cheerful wait staff. Chef coming out to make sure everyone was happy with their food. Friendly folks at the bar. The Wood-Fired crust on their pizzas is delicious. Get a cup of sauce for dipping the crust.

I came from the airport of DFW just trying to get off the property of the place but I came here and its exactly what I wanted not to loud but not to quiet just perfect for someone like me and the food is outstanding I would highly recommend to anyone who looks for these kind of aspects in a cafe/bar! The DJ quick guy is a horrible DJ. He talks entirely too much, you cannot hear the music because he is talking over it. He specifically plays Mexican music very loud until he is asked to play another Genre. The bar tenders had to ask him several times to turn the music down because it was too loud. PLEASE find another DJ because I will share my knowledge and inform everyone not to come to this bar. A patron should not have to leave their seat to ask DJ Quick to do his job and change up genres.

I love dive bars, dont get me wrong. This place has my name all over it. Been coming here for years when Im in Dallas for work. Within hours of leaving after eating wings and a BLT with a colleague from work, I began to feel sick. (No alcohol was consumed) I woke up from my nap around 2 hours later shivering uncontrollably and began vomiting. I texted my co worker to see how he felt, and wouldnt you know, sick as well. I dont believe in coincidences in this department. I think maybe the owners ought to remind their kitchen employees the importance of cross contamination with raw chicken and clean the establishment. Until then...I wont be back. I was this close to driving myself to the hospital a few hours ago...luckily the pain has worn off...just a headache now.

I ordered food from here like I usually do, but it did not turn out great. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, the staff made excuses for the food. Then did not offer a refund. Food is meh, but customer service was not great at all. Serve the customer, that s what customer service is. Please do better, so I can come back. Thanks

Changing my original opinion to 1 star. Would be zero if I could. After placing our order we had to wait about a hour for our food. When it was brought out it smoking burnt. Don t order the Calzone or Stromboli. They clearly don t care about providing a fun entertaining night. They rather just take your money. I don t understand how anyone could look at black top burnt food and say yeah that s good. That ll be $10 bucks please knowing they would never accept it for themselves.

Horrible meal. Granted it was THNXGVNG and they only offered pizza or a turkey meal, unfortunately I chose the turkey meal. It was all COLD boxed/processed food, and the turkey was laughable...looked like sliced deli meat with stuffing inside . We are still laughing about that..crying that we wasted our time and money out of desperation after Cowboys game. Unbelievable! I think the waitress knew it because she never came back after dropping our food. I had to go up to the bar to ask for the check and pay. Less tip for her unfortunately.

This past Saturday was my first day back visiting this place since April. I used to go mostly in the morning and had Morgan and Mary as our waiter. Always had a good time with them. I didn t get the name of our server this past Saturday but she was wearing a green dress and has some blonde strands in her hair. I noticed she was being kinda rude with me but I didn t mention anything with the group I was with. My boyfriend is the one that brought up the fact that she was being short and had an attitude towards me. She continued to be like that throughout the time we were there. It kinda sucked trying to go back and have a good time and take new people but ended up being the worst service. I wanted to mention it to the owner since he was there that night but I did my best to ignore her attitude towards us and enjoy the rest of the evening.

The pizza here is to die for the Alfredo chicken pizza is the best pizza you will ever have management here is also amazing however had my first bad experience here yesterday I have been driving the 60 miles to get this pizza at least once a month for 8 years and before that I lived in the apartment behind this place in college. The blond waitress working last night wanted to treat this place as a strip club rather than a respectable bar she would insist on placing the napkins and cheese on the table by reaching in between my wife and I and latterly slapping my face with her Brest she did not do it once but when she brought napkins and again when she brought refills my wife is going through Brest cancer screening at the moment and she just wanted to enjoy some good pizza at the respectable place we always go and never had this problem before .

Cool dive bar setting with good food. I dont drink anymore but I still get the food from time to time. Walking distance from hotel. Good reviews for wings and pizza. Nothing fancy about this bar, but nice, quiet, typical bar food menu. Only six beers on tap but a pretty good bottle selection. full bar. Bartender was very friendly. Ordered 6 wings, hot. They took about 20 mins so hopefully theyre pretty good. Ordered another draft Shiner. Guy opened a bottle and poured it in a glass. I told him I ordered draft. He said tap not working right. Although my first beer was a draft Shiner. Should have asked if Id like a bottle or a different draft. I personally dont like bottled beer...Just me. Wings came, very tasty. Pretty hot. But I like em hot. So....Ive gone from 5 stars to 2 because the beer incident. The good wings brought it up to 3. Overall a pretty good joint.

Stopped by for dinner on New Year s Eve. Big Apple was close to the Marriott and was on their Places near by list. Must say the wife and I were happy with the experience. Food was good, priced fairly and service was quick and attentive. We liked it so much that we decided to go back on Sunday for lunch before a Cowboys game. Plenty of TVs around and the staff was willing to change stations so we could find a game of interest. Would recommend this for a nice casual meal and we will likely stop back by the next time we are in the area. Try the Stromboli or the Rueben while you are there.

The food was really good. I had the patty melt and it was tasty and I felt like I was in New York. The service was definitely Texas friendly and the drinks were amazing. The Fireball shot was good and the Long Island Ice Tea was on point. It s walking distance from the hotels in the area if you don t feel like driving I would suggest have a designated driver, the drinks definitely kick in.
